Invited our cousins to have coffee sesh in here. Its our first time in here but the place is so gorgeous. With swing and ever decor of the room is so nice and really nice to invite your friends and catch up. We ordered the matcha but really not good. Sorry but it disappoints us. Not really a authentic matcha 1/5. The mocha cafe is okay, too sweet for me. They have varieties of breakfast food but that was okay. Hope they added more options for breakfast menus and hope they improve the taste of their coffee. Nonetheless its a nice place and always room for Improvement.

We stopped in and just love how cute the swing seats are though they are always full - haven't been able to sit at them yet - my husband and I stopped in the afternoon after a quick TJ trip - we got the cherry almond latte - iced - it was pretty good - my Husband lived his but it was a bit too sweet for me. Service was pretty quick - there was a lady with a kid who didn't know what he wanted and the server finally asked the lady if she could get our order since clearly they were going to be a while - that was nice - super cute atmosphere

Came in today after seeing online that this place has a really nice atmosphere! They have these awesome swinging benches, but they're definitely highly desirable seats--hopefully, we get to sit on them next time. For drinks, we tried the Banana Pistachio coffee and a Caramel Apple smoothie. My drink was really good! The Caramel Apple smoothie was a little too sweet. It looks like a great area to hang out. I'd definitely like to go back to try more of their different coffees, drinks, and pastries--and hopefully snag one of those swinging benches!

First time in. Definitely not the last! On the question to fill up our coffee passports, we decided to try The Bean Roasting. Wow! Breakfast items properly toasted. Very tasty! Even some crispy cheese edges! Coffee drinks are done really well. Amazed at all of the options in addition to chai, refreshers, hot and cold options. On top of that, some fun muffin tops and other pastries, a few lunch options and Gunther's ice cream including an affogato! Restaurant is clean, variety of seating for small and larger groups. Plenty of parking. Well done!

Everyone's greeted right when you walk in the front door, such a warm welcoming that you experience everywhere. Inside is very cute, floral, vibrant and cozy. Lots of chairs and tables. My favorite is the swinging bench with flowers that dangle from the ceiling lights. Could be a cute lunch date idea! Not that many food options, there are 3 options for lunch meals but there are lots of pastries. I tried the blueberry muffin top! It was delicious and moist paired with my Iced Mexican Mocha

Stop by after a trip to traders Joe's! The vibes are absolutely amazing! They have a cute little swing seating area and some extra seating. It was raining today but I saw some patio chairs inside so I'm assuming when the weather is good they have their patio set up with more seating! They have a pretty large menu! They have all sorts of drinks, a one stop coffee shop, something for everyone. From chai to espresso to boba to energy drinks to ice cream! I got the recommendation of a chai with extra ginger it was really good. I'll definitely be back to try the other things on their menu. I was also suggested a samosa to try with my chai and it also hit the spot! Thank you to the person for the suggestions. Service was nice and quick!

Won't be our last visit! [Roseville CA] While charging our car across the street daughter and I checked out this coffee shop located at the Roseville Square Shopping Center on Harding Blvd. Signs inside the shop says Nick's Roasting Company which is different from this check-in page so a little confusing there. Inside is fun and super cute with an eclectic seating arrangement including a couple of bench swings! The menu had many options -- both food and drink variety. I love that they have smoothies! We ordered a MATCHA TEA and STRAWBERRY SWIRL smoothie. Loved my smoothie... so refreshingly delicious! Service was excellent... our drinks were delivered to our table. Looking forward to returning! Looks like I'll have to take a different route heading home from work! Review #3954

This spot is located across the way from the Trader Joe's in the Roseville Square Shopping Center. I came with the family on a weekend afternoon. As soon as we entered, we were nicely greeted by friendly staff. During our time here, anytime I approached the counter, even just to look around, I was acknowledged & asked how I could be helped. The shop was bright, clean, & airy, with touches of plants & pretty wood. The temperature was cool on a warm day & mellow music played in the background. They have a shelf of merchandise for sale. Multiple styles of seating options are available at tables, a long high top, a really big booth, a few outdoor tables, & most notably, swinging benches, which were so novel & fun for us to sit in! It made for a charming experience. Our order-- Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream with m&m topping--They serve Gunther's ice cream here! The m&m's looked a little old, but little one enjoyed her treat. Regular Iced Thai Tea--I was intrigued that the tea had a distinct fruitiness & pleasant aftertaste. It wasn't overly sweet. However, it required more mixing with my straw because there were little clumps on the bottom & along the sides of the cup. Large Iced Mexican Mocha--The large is a huge portion & the cup wasn't the sturdiest plastic to grab onto. It was flavorful & smooth with a subtle hint of cinnamon. The chocolate stood out more than the coffee as the predominant flavor. We enjoyed the flavors, customer service, & atmosphere of this cute spot! We would definitely return to try more from the unique menu.

This place is renowned for its exceptional pastries. They are enormous, bursting with flavor, and they offer a wide range of options, including sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and more. Additionally, they have an impressive selection of coffees and teas that appear incredibly enticing.

The food is good. I got the egg breakfast sandwich with Canadian bacon with an iced monkey mocha. The service was very quick and the staff is nice. Ambiance is super cute. They have these fun chair swings. Fun coffee shop!!

Lovely little place with a friendly and not too loud atmosphere. The location has a great deal of outdoor and indoor seating which makes it a great place to organize one's life and thoughts while enjoying spot on coffee!

Blend whole beans - was told they use this for their in house coffee

Came here the month they opened and was impressed with their drinks and their staff! Staff was so friendly and enjoyed chatting with them. They answered my questions to the best of their abilities, mind you I was asking tough questions on their beans so don't blame them if they didn't know everything. Alan was my server and went above and beyond to reach out to one of the owners to get more details on the beans they sell. Didn't expect him to do that and I felt bad to bother the owner but the lady I spoke to was very nice about it and answered all my questions. Setting: plenty of tables inside to do work or have a coffee date -felt that everything is fairly priced for the amount of drink and whole beans you get Banana but muffin top: - mind blown that they even sell straight up muffin tops and I love it ! - not made in house but still so delicious and moist Kashmiri chai: ("pink" chai) -wow, just wow! so flavorful with all the spices and blend is so smooth -the only chai they can make iced -would highly recommend this drink Toasted mello: -this is on the super sweet side, which personally I don't mind, but their beans are pretty bold were you can actually taste the coffee and not watered down Whole Beans: Blend: -I wish on the bean bag/label they had more information of the beans origin, flavor profiles and roast date -as mentioned above, the staff was super nice to call one of the owners who helped answer my questions on the beans -was told this bag was robusta beans with a mix of dark and light roast to give a medium profile, roasted for ~25 min, great for pour over but was told still can use for espresso which is my normal so to -Luckily, they just roasted the beans the day before I purchased them Per their website : -This special blend is a unique flavor that enhances your taste buds with fruity, notes of cedar, subtle, tea-like flavors that favors light, gentle roasts, dry with a delicate body, a gentle sweetness and bittersweet red fruits. -After brewing this blend at home, I was an amazed on how smooth, bold and delicious it was! No acidity taste as a poor over and as a latte it definitely mixed well with both whole milk and my homemade almond/ macadamia milk -will definitely be purchasing these beans again! Overall: had a great experience at this cafe and appreciate the affordable and quality of the drinks! Can't wait to visit again when in the area.

To those of you that know me already have a pretty good idea that I am a coffee snob. Which takes me on a trip to Roseville, CA where I had the opportunity in trying out "Nick's Roasting". Located in the Roseville Square shopping center directly on Harding Blvd. and adjacent to Douglas Blvd., this place replaced what was once a Starbucks Coffee for many years while making their grand opening back in April 2025. As of late-2025, this is one of two locations with the other being in Napa, CA. I came here during the morning of Thursday 9/4/2025 at around 8:45am. Parking is relatively easy to find (no matter what time of day) as this business shares the lot with several other businesses including a Chubby's Diner and Trader Joe's. Best of all, this place has very generous hours of operation being opened as early as 6am during the workweek and closing at either 6:00pm or 7:00pm depending on what day it is. The interior setup of this place is the real winner as the wall fixtures, swinging egg chairs, hanging lights, open-air ambiance, and the food/drink menu is well represented in every way possible. Furthermore, you will immediately feel as if a Starbucks never existed here with as many renovations as they did to make this place come to life. I also wanted to add that there are a few outdoor tables and chairs (with weather permitting). Drink menu is quite impressive with just about every type of coffee and espresso drink imaginable. In addition to your typical coffee drinks to jumpstart your day, they also carry a wide assortment of specialty drinks (available in hot or iced), Indian chai, Boba, energy drinks, and smoothies. Some of their food offerings include the standard pastries (scones, croissants, rolls) as well as bagels, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and even lunch offerings. Finally, to those that have a sweet tooth, they even offer several ice cream flavors. Since I was craving a complete meal to get me through the morning, I ordered their "Iced Vanilla Latte" complete with the "Chorizo, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Burrito". Everything was priced very reasonable at around $12 + tax (as of late-2025). My latte is ready first and this hit the spot without being too sweet nor too bitter. But the real winner was their breakfast burrito. The amount of chorizo combined with the potato cubes, scrambled eggs, and cheese absolutely hit the spot and was made to perfection. I highly recommend it if you plan on trying something delicious and hearty. All in all, "Nick's Roasting" absolutely exceeded my expectations as the ambiance, customer service, food/drink quality, prices, and overall experience was top notch. I only wish good things for this relatively new business as they have everything down to a tee. And since I visit this area on a regular basis, I plan on making many future trips here. My rating, a unanimous and perfect five stars.

Note they only have 1 size so its like a large size coffee cup. I brought the coffee back and had asked them to remake it and the barista informed me that it only comes with 1 shot of espresso per drink thus thats why it taste so milky. 1 shot? What? I was so shocked, in such a big cup I would expect at least two shots since the total of it was over $7. Anyways I asked them to remake it with less milk and 5-6 minutes later, it honestly ended up just being worse than earlier... Now it just taste very watery, like a diluted espresso and I can't even drink it. She was nice and helpful but I was disappointed I couldn't enjoy the coffee like I wanted to. So I just tossed the whole cup away, what a waste.

That level of awareness and willingness to adjust in real time is rare, and it's what makes a place worth coming back to. I'm really interested to see how he continues to shape the program here. The bag they delivered it in was so fancy - a closed branded drink carrier, and the matcha quality was high quality. The strawberry flavor was real, not artificial, and there were little strawberry chunks that I loved. I downed this drink happily!
