I saw some reviews that were not great but they were old so I figured i would try because I was short on time. The pedicure was not bad, the Express pedicure was enough, I did not feel like an upgrade was needed, although I guess they don't even turn on the massage chair. The gel-x nail service was the real issue. The nail tech did not care about giving me a skin allergy when applying the nails. She wanted to up charge me to get the builder gel instead, telling me that the gel comes out. I know that only happens if they use too much on the nail. That's operator error not the product. Thankfully my natural nails kept it from getting on my skin. Then she proceeded to put several of my nails on crooked, telling on telling me that it's because my fingers are crooked. This is not my first time with Gel-x nails, and I asked for them to be removed. She tried to convince me that it did not look bad, and shaped the side of one of them so it would look less crooked, but that was all. As I mentioned, I was short on time, so I felt stuck. She then sarcastically called me a nail tech for the remainder of the service as if anyone would think it's OK to have a slanted set of nails, this is not Halloween. They literally charged extra to cut down my nails. Isn't that usually part of getting your nails done??? And it had only been 3 weeks since I had them done last so it's not like they were out of control. I've gone to this place for years and pay higher than normal prices to them as it is, and now this. I'm not going back. They've lost a good, loyal customer with their nickel and diming. Seriously, I have been getting my nails done for 50 years and have never paid extra to have them cut down. I can almost always walk in for service without an appointment. I don't have a favorite tech because everyone does a good job. Solid and consistent. They have electronic checkin now that saves your visits so you get dollars off more easily (no more punch cards). Friendly and convenient. Too many colors to choose from! read more

Everything here is super welcoming and does a great job. And they are really good with daughters. The vibe is clean and chill.

I haven't been to this salon before I I figured I would give it a try. I wasn't disappointed. Tina was great. I asked for the water to be pretty hot and she got the water to a perfect temperature. I have ingrown toenails on my big toes and she was gentle while taking the ingrown's out. I had a nice foot scrub and she massaged very well, the pressure was perfect. Tina was meticulous about the paint on my toes and I'm very happy with the job! My cuticles and nice and trimmed. I didn't have color on my fingers but the cuticle cut and nail file look great! Their pricing is deceiving. I went in for a fill, website says regular fill $25. I did not specify that I wanted regular polish I suppose gel is the default okay that's my fault... a short square fill with plain gel polish was $55... their website says $45 for a gel fill and $55 for a full set. But once you get to the place, the counter says "acrylic fill $55". This fill was more than I paid for the full set ($38) when I got it two weeks ago at another salon. Agree with other reviewers here. I just wanted a standard pedicure which was around $35.00. I was in a hurry, so no time for a longer one. I'm not much into doing manicured nails, since I work a lot with my hands, plus I don't have the time to sit for over an hour to get fancy nails. So the girl handed me the color chart to pick for the toenail polish. Then she said okay it's, gel and ran off to get her supplies. She did a quick and clean job, then I was charged $68.00. She never mentioned the price for gel, so beware here. They will upsell you after they start. Now I can't get the damn polish off and I will not go back there and sit to have them take it off and charge me a ridiculous price to remove the polish. read more

Great location right off Charleston and 215. I have been here twice with Jenny and Anna and both gave a phenomenal service. I get a basic gel pedi and definitely more than basic. The massage is incredible and at least ten minutes long, the product lasts long. The chairs are comfortable. They take there time and don't rush you. I have zero complaints and definitely will keep coming back. About 55$ pre tip which I think is fair especially with that amazing massage they give! read more

In the end, I'm happy with the result I walked out with. Can't say I overly enjoyed the experience. I was charged $65 for a BASIC gel pedicure. Wasn't asked what other services I wanted and was given the shortest massage in my history of pedicures. I was told I should get dip so agreed, not realizing that this was just mail cut and file and then dip without an actual manicure. $65 and no cuticle trim. That was going to be $15 extra. For the price I could have been at a fancy spa and actually enjoyed the experience and felt pampered rather than feeling rushed and very much not relaxed. Will not return. read more

I made an appointment for a pedicure and was able to get in no problem. My nail tech did a great job, however, the pricing is too expensive. I just wanted a regular/basic pedicure with gel polish. Express pedicure (cheapest option) is $38, gel is another $20. But then when it came time to scrape my feet to remove dead skin, I was told that's another $10. So after adding the tip I spent over $80 for a basic pedicure. Not worth that kind of money. read more

The technicians should advise client of any additional charges or upcharges before the services are given. At the end of my full set and pedicure the tech told me the total was more than $40 more than I have ever paid for both services anywhere else before (even with gel polish on both hands/feet). When I asked her to itemize the charges she said Shaping the nails were extra, as well as ombre polish and gel and mumbled something else I couldn't hear not find on their service Menu. I have never paid for those things aside from Gel or an elaborate design (which I did not get this visit). I mentioned that she should've mentioned any additional charges beforehand and she just said "yeah yeah" and walked off set up for her next customer.
