These may not be my Aunt Myrtle's biscuits, but they are still really good. They are a little different than a lot of traditional biscuits. They are not as thick, but still have a tender, flaky texture and good flavor. The butter biscuits are slathered in butter and perfect for covering in honey. I recommend at least 4 of the small packets that are available to get an adequate amount for the size of the biscuit. The second time we went, I had a ham biscuit with egg for breakfast. While there was an adequate amount of egg, which needed some seasoning, the ham was very, very thin, which is why this review is 4 stars instead of 5. The restaurant has adequate parking, is clean, the people are friendly and everything is reasonably priced. I can't wait to get back to High Point and visit them again. read more

Average, nothing special to me and my husband. We, like most, prefer bojangles or biscuitville! My usual go to is a bacon egg and cheese and my husband a chicken filet biscuit. I've honestly never gotten the hype about the food here because there are way better biscuits in high point and Greensboro and nick's burgers put these to shame. The biggest issue I have isn't the generic bland food because it will do in a pinch but it's the disgusting attitude of one cashier in particular. She's a heavy set black woman with braids who has been nasty every time I've come to this place since we moved here. Granted at places like this you don't expect phenomenal service but at the very least do the bare minimum. Not only did she overcharge me for my order she then had an attitude because god forbid I want my money back. She then told me to just pull around because she had already rung the people behind me up which isn't my problem. I then had to pull around in that death trap of a parking lot for them to bring me my change. I then had to park again to go inside to get ketchup because the rude cashier was too busy trying to close the window after telling me to pull around for me to be able to ask for it. Oh Snap! Some of the best biscuit sandwiches EVER! I love traveling to the south for the food. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is great! I had to make sure not to indulge too much, because these bomb biscuits are definitely cooked in lard and I LOVE IT! Yes, they're everything they're rumored to be and more! Literally, more! More than your one hand can hold! These biscuits are nearly the size of two grown adult hands together! They're buttered before coming out of the oven, but when they come out they've got a bit of a crisp top allowing the biscuit to stay together during devouring! I got the Fried Tenderloin w/ Egg and was amazed on a few fronts. The tenderloin had obviously been tenderized due to the fact that there was no chewiness to the meat! Each bite was easily taken without destroying the biscuit, and the egg was perfectly cooked as well! They're only open until early afternoon, have a limited menu, but do what they do very well! The Biscuit Factory knows it has a VERY loyal fanbase and does not need to grab attention with showy signs and remodeled design. When you go in, the setup is like a typical fast food restaurant. This place is SUPER crowded in the mornings, and the workers behind the counter are bustling to fill orders of biscuits and coffee inside and at the drive thru. But the wait isn't long at all, and you're soon rewarded with the tastiest biscuit ever. These biscuits are cheap, and HUGE. Done country style, you can get them with ham, sausage, egg, etc. They fill you up and you're instantly in a better mood to start your day. The biscuits were terrific - buttery-goodness, still with a nice crispness to them. And they were enormous, so an excellent value in addition to being delicious. I had the chicken - the size of the chicken was well more than what the chain places provide. On its own, the chicken was meh, but it went well when paired with the biscuit. My wife had the country ham biscuit, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant itself would be generously described as 'dated.' But some of the best places I've ever eaten could be considered 'divey,' so that didn't bother me. And the food was killer. Yeah, I could've got that from any fast food restaurant, but theirs was actually REAL FOOD!! I only had the fried chicken biscuit, but the buttery goodness and crispy/moist chicken was a perfect start to the day! Not the kind of light, airy biscuit that isn't all that filling, a B-Fac biscuit is soft, salty, buttery and leaves you wanting more. This place is pretty convenient with the drive through window, but there is still plenty of seating to use if you want to relax with friends or read the paper. My husband and I were in town for my best friend's wedding and stopped by there in the morning. The best biscuit I've had. It's huge, very buttery and delicious. Coming from NYC, it was surprising that my order of 2 sandwiches, french fries which I ordered because EVERYBODY seemed to be having some, a coffee and OJ came to $12.00. Great place to come and break your diet. Due to lack of planning on my part I had to find a place to eat quick. I ordered the country ham biscuit and added egg and cheese to it for $4.21. The biscuits are big and good! The ham was too greasy and oily.Be sure to get extra napkins! Felt like I was risking getting a clogged artery, however as with any other fast food this is the case. I would recommend if you want a great tasting biscuit, love breakfast and want a quick meal to eat. I didn't like how my biscuit was breaking off because it was a little messy to eat. We love the biscuit factory! I had to dock a star because they aren't open on Sundays and that is a real bummer. The biscuits and fries are phenomenal. I personally think the crispy chicken biscuit with cheese trumps the Bojangles equivalent. Sorry but not sorry. The biscuits themselves are huge, flaky and buttery. It takes me forever to finish one! As a Texan, I never really saw the greatness of homemade biscuits until I tried Biscuitville. So, when I was in the Greensboro area, I tried the Biscuit Factory. It was very good although I ordered a grilled chicken biscuit (should have ordered the breaded/fried chicken). Everything else went along with the very home-y feel of the restaurant. The fries were the frozen kind, but still delicious. The sweet tea was great, but again, the star was the actual biscuit itself. If only my fellow Texans knew what they were missing. It was Labor Day. We literally went to like 4-5 places and a local recommended we try here. I'd have given it 5 stars but the cashier lost her southern charm about 30 seconds into my ordering and wife's coffee was Luke warm at best. The food - biscuits - and we had 4 between us - were drop down delicious. No frozen mickey d biscuits here. Sausage and bacon as well as egg were fresh. My coffee was hot! I'm glad we don't have one this establishment near where I live - cuz I think I would be 30 lbs heavier as I would be eating here every morning. Great great food.
