I love visiting Hard Rock Cafes visited five now in total. The staff was amazing gave a recommendation on the Empress which came in a cute tiki glass that I will add to my collection I do not recommend that drink to have with their nachos probably should of had the chicken sandwich instead. Shared the nachos with my husband, he also had the chicken sliders and he loved them! There are two gift shops one at the restaurant and one just inside the casino past the security guard a quick walk from the restaurant. I purchased items from both as they have better magnets at the smaller shop and at the bigger one they have a cool Hard Rock Biloxi Tshirt that features the casino on the back. we had a great time eating at the Hard Rock Cafe while in Biloxi. My husband had a Smocked Old Fashioned cocktail and my son and I had Mocktails that were so yummy and most likely full of calories but the memory and experience was fun. The food portions were perfect and the choices were plentiful as we had so many choices we had to narrow it down and ended up sharing so we could try a dessert afterwards. I forgot to get photos of the food but the kids cheeseburger and fries were was a good portion and the combination fajitas, salad and appetizer of chips and salsa was perfect. We went to the Ben & Jerry's ice cream in the hotel for dessert. The hostess got us sat as quickly as table was ready and our server was very efficient, super friendly and resourceful in knowing many things we asked her about the hotel during our dinner and visit. The ambiance was average and about the same you would expect in a sports bar or busy upbeat restaurant with guests coming and going and smiles for miles. we will be back!!! read more

Service was a little slow sitting at the bar. I come here more for the ambience than anything else. The servers weren't very attentive at the bar there was 2-3 bartenders just standing around but still took forever to get a draft. I just had a burger it was cooked correctly and the fries were nice and crispy. Did have a bit smoky smell but that's because the casino allows you to smoke. I could do without the smoking smell but it's still cool to be around all the memorabilia. read more

The chicken tender was so dry it was inedible. The fries were drenched in oil (if you look close, you can see the parchment paper soaked in oil). It was not worth the money. Food poisoning after eating steak fajitas. They came out looking good and as you would expect but they were not very tasty to begin with. Approximately 4 hours later severe abdominal pain, sharp stabbing pain, sweating, dizziness, nausea, vomit. And diarrhea that lasted for about a day. Still feel queasy, dehydrated and unable to eat anything other than crackers, soup and Gatorade. My husband had fajitas as well but half chicken and have steak and curious enough he was sick too but not as severe. Three months previous when we ate there we have some abdominal discomfort and diarrhea for about 2 days but didn't put it together until this time. Be warned. I won't eat there ever again. What a miserable situation on vacation. read more

Cheeseburger was excellent. Flat bread was a lite selection although Very ample in size. Chicken sliders were disappointing and chicken did not seem freshly prepared. Overall it was a good place to go for a late night snack or dinner. Nearby the cafe were vendors with Ben And Jerry's Ice cream, Dunkin' Donuts, and pizza.
