The golf is good but there is 3 people here and we've been waiting for more than an hour. It also like an old person home.

Shout out to Alberto who is the best!!!! The food here is always fresh and delicious. You will receive great service and the prices are reasonable. There is all your usual stuff that you'd expect to find at any diner. From your sandwiches, omelettes, crepes, typical deserts such as cake and pie, to just about anything else you'd expect to find on a menu for a diner. The service was overall fine but nothing super special but it still is a decent diner to go to for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is better to go around dinner time because then they give you complimentary garlic knots which are delicious. And the televisions they have around the diner are also nice to watch too so you don't feel bored. The only major criticisms I have is that there are times when there are tables that are still very dirty rather its from dirty dishes or too much dust lying around the diner. Another criticism is that the deserts maybe dry from sitting in the fridge too long which is disappointing because they look delicious. The final criticism is that it can be noisy too inside when its always busy. But that is expected as that happens anywhere. In the end, its a solid diner to go to. But it's not the best diner out there as there are plenty other better options for food and to hang out.

The service is overall good and ambiance is fine as it's in a quiet and safe suburban neighborhood. There is plenty of seating and the prices overall aren't bad at all. When it comes to complaints though they're really only minor complaints. The mashed potatoes and gravy could be a bit better as they're mixed together automatically rather than being separated. The main issue isn't them being together but more just the flavor as they're kind of bland and so is the gravy. The coleslaw is average but needs more flavor too. Finally, the rolls are below average as they aren't freshly baked. They're more like a discount version of Hawaiian sweet rolls. Even warmed up or toasted, they have a slightly weird after taste and aren't as good as freshly baked biscuits. In the end, I would still go to Chicken Holiday for a quick bite or a decent catering meal. They give good portions and have a good selection of food to choose from. For a Saturday morning it wasn't too busy inside we were seated immediately. I decided to get the works potato cakes since I've never had those before. The food came out very fast and everything was really good. My personal preference I would've gotten a different flavor of potato cakes instead of the works because I didn't really like the chicken in it but the rest was good. Would definitely come back to this location again.

Everything from their omelette, to the Benedicts, and even the slightly more eclectic Shakshuka offering, is all delicious! And, that potato hash that comes with some of the breakfast options is amazing! When you think PJ's, you obviously think pancakes. And their pancakes are good. PJ's offers you an eclectic variety in pancakes that you won't find elsewhere. Everything from chocolate chip, buckwheat, spicy apple, banana pecan, Tiramisu to potato pancakes. I have tried several. My favorites are the banana pecan and the chocolate chip. When the occasional pancake craving or breakfast/brunch food hits, head to PJ's, but definitely expect a wait on the weekends. I've been to this location of PJ's Pancake House several times. My experience with their food and service has been consistently positive. This location tends to be less crowded than its Nassau Street counterpart. They have outdoor dining and take out!
