The complaints I have are the pastries may look good, but they tend to be very dry which is never fun. Eating a dry muffin or anything is just not delicious to eat. Also the place does tend to feel a bit dirty and dusty in areas most likely due to the staff forgetting to clean certain areas. But that is expected when it comes to most places.
