The service fee is a percentage-based fee applied to the purchase price of your items and is charged by the delivery app (Postmates). Please note the Las Vegas TBC location is not currently available on delivery apps.

For dinner, we had the Chilean sea bass and shrimp scampi entrees. Both were delicious, but I was particularly impressed with the sea bass. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The gnocchi side was also amazing. For dessert, we split the pistachio tiramisu. It comes in a glass goblet and was perfect for splitting between two people. I highly recommend it, but be prepared, because it's very rich. As a final note, I accidentally left my credit card there when I paid the bill and had to turn around after leaving the parking garage. The staff was kind and was able to locate my card, verify my identity, and get me back on my way quickly and painlessly. I'll definitely return and hopefully take pictures of the food before I devour it.

Welcoming, attentive and offering good menu item suggestions. We started the evening with Sauvignon Blanc and glasses of ice tea. Next up were our appetizers, We went with Lump Crab Cakes and Stone Crab claws. Both were delicious!!! I'm a Floridian by birth and Stone Crab Claws are a delicacy in the Sunshine State. Our entrees consisted of the Seafood Platter (lobster, prawns, scallops), and the Seafood Chopped Salad (prawns and romaine). My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed both. We stopped in on a Friday for happy hour, which runs from 3-6 PM. Bar seating is first come, first served, and this location actually has TWO bars. We were able to grab seats at the bar, were greeted with water pretty quickly, and given the happy hour menu. Now let's get into this menu because I was pleasantly surprised! They have cocktails, mocktails AND food, with happy hour pricing at about half off the regular menu prices. For a restaurant like Ocean Prime, that's a GREAT deal to me! DRINKS: I ordered the Black Orchid, a vodka-based cocktail, and when I tell you it was BOMB?! Smooth, flavorful, and dangerously easy to drink. I had THREE, so clearly I enjoyed myself. FOOD: Since this was my first visit, I wanted to sample a little bit of everything. Truffle Fries....Crispy, hot and seasoned nicely. I especially liked that the truffle flavor was noticeable without completely overpowering the fries. Solid choice! Dynamite Sushi Roll....1000/10!!! One of the STARS of the night. Between these and the Dynamite Roll, Ocean Prime already has me planning my return visit. Short Rib Sliders....They were decent. Wagyu Burger....This is a FULL-SIZE burger, so definitely a good option if you want something filling during happy hour. It was good, but overall tasted like a pretty standard burger to me. Nothing wrong with it, just not one of my favorites of the night. Wagyu Stick......And then there was THIS. 0/10 for me! Easily the most disappointing order of the night. It was TINY....literally two little square pieces of meat on a stick/toothpick. With all the hype surrounding Wagyu, I was expecting some type of life-changing meat experience and... that did not happen. Maybe I need to try Wagyu in a larger portion or different preparation before completely judging it, but THIS particular dish? I would never order it again. Overall, Ocean Prime's happy hour was a HIT! The atmosphere is upscale and sexy without feeling stuffy, the bar had a great Friday vibe, and the happy hour pricing makes it easy to try several dishes without paying full dinner-menu prices. I would DEFINITELY return and the Dynamite Sushi Roll and Lollipop Lamb Chops are already on my reorder list. Those two did exactly what they needed to do! First visit: SUCCESS.

On the evening of August 8th, 2023, my colleagues and I visited a local restaurant for a pleasant meal. Regrettably, upon arrival, we were met with an inhospitable greeting from the hostess, who happened to be an individual of African American descent. Despite providing the requisite information for our party, we were directed to wait for a table. Our wait time, unfortunately, extended to nearly thirty minutes, despite several unoccupied tables. In addition, some of the staff members appeared to be clearing tables before the restaurant's closing hours, which was frustrating. Upon inquiring about our wait time, the hostess provided no clear response. Eventually, we were seated, but the servers scarcely acknowledged us as they walked by without a word. Fortunately, a male server of Asian ethnicity eventually approached us and took our order in a courteous manner. Regrettably, the quality of the food was not up to the usual standard we had come to expect from this restaurant. The rice was still watery and sticky, and the mussels were overcooked and not properly combined with the sauce and other ingredients. It was as if the cook had rushed the order without any regard for the food's quality being served. As regular customers, this was disheartening. Furthermore, we were alarmed to observe that many of the workers were passing by our table with frowning faces, providing no greeting or acknowledgment. We also noticed that some of the female food servers and runners had long, artificial nails, which is a clear violation of food safety regulations. The workers should have provided gloves to customers without being asked, and the tables should have been cleaned much more thoroughly, including areas underneath, to ensure they were free of any dirt or residual food. Overall, we believe that the management of this restaurant should take a more proactive approach to ensure their workers are more welcoming and have better interpersonal skills with customers. Additionally, they should ensure that they are following all food safety regulations and providing a high level of customer service in order to retain their loyal customers. read more

Service can usually make or break a restaurant experience no matter how good the food is. Having lived in Las Vegas for 6 years, I have loved trying new restaurants, especially those that get a lot of hype in other states and franchise here. Walking into the Boiling Crab was like walking into a train wreck for service. Our server couldn't remember the market price for the king crab legs so she had to run off, and bring back a tablet that told her, while she squatted down and leaned on our table with her forearms and didn't read any price besides the king crab, i read them out loud while the numbers faced her. Mind you there are only 5 things to remember or write down on your order pad. King crab, snow crab, crawfish, shrimp and lobster. She was a mess, but the part that got me was the 15 people originally standing around finally touched our table 15 times. It wasn't the fact that my girlfriend's food came out improperly seasoned and cold and had to be reheated and re-seasoned and brought back to the table well before mine was brought out, it was the fact that 15 people asked the same canned question. She checked on us a couple more times before politely informing us she was going on her half hour break as we were finishing up. She did not offer to bring us the check during this time. We did flag a nice girl with a very large lip ring down to bring us the check. And for the first time I've ever dined in this town, I stiffed the server and the staff. The seasoning is identical to Hot N Juicy Crawfish and the servers at Hot n Juicy are knowledgeable, not annoying, and friendly. Other similar seafood competitors around town also have their liquor licenses... I feel that Boiling Crab opened too soon, without the proper training in food or service and cannot compete with it's more established competition. I went for the first time yesterday I frequent hot n juicy but I decided to try this place instead . The place is pretty big and spacious which is a plus over hot n juicy. There was a 15-20 minute wait for a table because they are busy. I started with a michelada which was great . We had catfish with Cajun fries and calamari to start. I'd skip the calamari, for me I didn't enjoy it because it wasn't crispy it was coated and seasoned well but just missing a crisp. The Cajun fries and catfish is a winner the catfish was delicious I wanted more. Next we had gumbo which I would pass on because it wasn't very good. We then had the shrimp corn and sausage bag . We got it mild with the whole shabang. It was very good but I think it needed a little more sauce for my taste. My favorite was definitely the king crab which was sweet and delicious I was more than happy to pay $31 a pound for it because it was amazing! We then had a whole 2 pound lobster which for me wasn't worth the $25 per pound price . Look they don't skimp it was a legit lobster but I definitely would have traded the 2 pound lobster for 2 more pounds if king crab. The server was great the staff was very attentive . I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Boiling Crab and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how well organized and clean the establishment was. Our server, Tiffany, was an absolute gem. As a first-time visitor, I was unfamiliar with the menu and the proper etiquette for ordering. Tiffany was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and she walked me through the process with ease. Her guidance made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. I ordered the boiled bag with one pound of clams, one pound of shrimp, one sausage, and one corn. And let's not forget the calamari on the side. The food was simply amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Just Shocking. The crab is fine, the sides are meh, but what inspired this review was the shockingly blatant racism my party was met with. This is a very casual restaurant, so I wasn't expecting fancy, and upon my arrival everything seemed fine. We were greeted and given a reasonable estimate on when we could expect to get our table, we got our drinks, and shortly our table was ready. Then the black half of our party arrived the entire evening changed. Suddenly we could no longer get our drink orders, our sides, even a simple request for drawn butter somehow turned into a major production requiring lengthy waits and excuses I am embarrassed and absolutely livid and were it not for the very people you didn't want to serve telling me to let it go, you and everyone around would have heard about it tonight. i been here twice and i was not to happy my 2nd time around. my 1st time here it was good but i did think the craw fishes needed more flavor but everything was good i really liked the gumbo soup, but we also had snow crab and cajun fries. Now my 2nd time we had some craw fish sha bang style med spicy and cajun fries and we decided to get a dozen raw oyster. it wasn't as good as last time the gumbo soup was a bit off and the lady had our order wrong. i decided that i just wanted to end the meal with raw oyster but think that was a bad choice an hr or 2 later i puked it all up idk what it was but i made my stomach upset. i like the whole paking and all the space but i prefer hot n juciy over this place hand down. I go here often with a group of friends and whenever friends come in to town for a visit we take them here as well as another excuse to go. This place is always a blast and the food is always on point. The price is fairly decent for what you get and the service has always been outstanding for us when we go but maybe thats just because they see us in here every week to every other week. You order by the half pound or the pound depending how much you can eat. I usually go with the sausage and the shrimp and throw in 2 corns with the "whole shibang" and it always hits the spot. The Cajun fries is something i tend to also order as another fav to add to my meal. Parking is easy as there is alot of it. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. This was my second time at The Boiling Crab, and it was just as amazing as the first! The place was packed, and while there was a bit of a wait, it was 100% worth it. The energy in the restaurant was lively, and you can tell people come here for a reason. The seafood was absolutely delicious--everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I went with "The Whole Sha-Bang" seasoning, and it was the perfect mix of savory, spicy, and garlicky goodness. The portions are generous, and the messy, hands-on eating is all part of the fun. The girl that worked in the front this past Sunday July 22nd is rude as you know what. She needs a attitude check NOW. My boyfriend and I were standing by the check in desk and she rudely made us move because we were "in her way". About 10 minutes later she did the same thing to two older women. One of ladies looked at my boyfriend and I and whispered " wow how rude do you have to be to work here?" I thought the food was great at first. We were seated immediately. The waiters took our orders and everything seemed good. So we ordered the basic shrimp and some cajun fries and I even tried some of the sweet potato stuff. They put this garlicy sauce on our food so it tasted okay. Everything seemed fine. Then after an hour, I was feeling nauseas. Then it got worse. I threw up on the way home. Later I got a text from my friend saying his stomach was upset from something we ate too. Totally disappointed!!! We were served cold crab legs, waitress offered to put them in the microwave because the steamers were already turned off and being cleaned. They left them in the microwave too long and they came back almost dried up. The entire order was mixed up with someone else's. It took them 3 attempts to get it right and then they still forgot our sausage. Wanted to add shrimp but they didn't offer headless shrimp. I wasted money catching a taxi to and from the Strip...... Nat was my server, and she was amazing! It was my first time at Boiling Crab, and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain the menu and answer all of my questions. When ordering over the phone, I specifically mentioned I wanted no spice, it was like saying make it as spicy as you can. When I arrived only crab was in the bag not all the other ingredients so it had to be completed. Family could not eat $53.00 worth of food. I called spoke with the Manager Vivian, she pleasant and asked we bring it back but we live clear across town and was leaving town for the holiday. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Get the biggest bang for your buck by ordering the shrimp by the pound (market price is about $10-12/lb). Add a side of fries to soak up all that yummy sauce too.
