This place is AMAZING! This is my favorite place in town for KBBQ! I will always go here for Korean bbq, we are always bringing friends and family too! The staff are always so nice and friendly. This is my all time favorite KBBQ spot!! I love the meat options and the appetizer selection, as well as the sides. I love the vibes at this spot and the music is always great playing in the background! Will be back soon for KBBQ

Amazing! All you eat for a great price. Food is delicious, service was fast, placed was packed! So be prepared for a waitlist! But definitely worth the wait.

If you're looking for a classic kbbq spot this is it. No fancy meats or 3 different menus. Simple, straight to the point. If you want a lot of parking, good service, small cozy spot. This is it. 5 items per order not including sides. 1 hour 20min to eat. $26 for lunch or late night. $30 all day menu. If you want more than their signature sauce that's by every table just ask. They have sesame oil, salt, bean paste, soy sauce, siracha, and actual spicy mayo. Can't beat the price. Bathrooms super slippery, you have been warned.

Hwaro 2 has been in my rotation since this second location opened. Dragon Factory owns so many spots in town that they have become the barometer for sushi and KBBQ, and this one still hits for both consistency and quality. Forget the hushed, label-driven rooms chasing A5 Wagyu bragging rights. Hwaro 2 is loud, smoky, and alive with the sound of meat hitting hot grills. You smell fat caramelizing, hear pork belly pop and hiss, and the table crowds with dishes until there is hardly room left for your soju. This is the heartbeat of KBBQ, not the showroom. Once the brisket round is done, the premium steak and tomahawk are the move. Pork belly brings richness, short ribs hit that sweet-salty note, and the bulgogi is the guilty sticky-sweet pleasure that sneaks in no matter how focused you are on the "serious" cuts. Seafood holds up, sides stay sharp, and the pro move is specifying to your server that you only want one or two orders of the larger cuts at a time so they hit the grill fresh and nothing goes to waste. The crew hustles, but management does not staff enough people on the floor. Servers and bussers do everything they can, so tip them well. These days the table comes with a single watery sweet BBQ sauce by default. What needs to return are the staples that make the experience whole: gochujang with some bite, and the sesame oil with salt and pepper dip that cuts through the richness. Bring those back without raising the price and Hwaro 2 separates from the pack again. Late night is the move. From 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. the spread drops to $25.95 with drink deals, and the vibe shifts from family dinner to industry hangout. Plates flying, drinks clinking, the low roar of every table grilling at once. That is the Hwaro I come for. It is not refined and it is not supposed to be. It is meat, fire, and noise at a fair price. 4 out of 5. Staff the floor and bring back the proper sauces and it is five alllll day

Took my son to dinner for his birthday. The restaurant wasn't too crowded. I usually am happy with the service here but it took a long time to get our first order in. We didn't get checked on as much as usual. It took forever get water refills and napkins, etc. the food was good and they surprised my son with a treat for his birthday.

Food was fine but service was a little lackluster. We had to ask for our grill to be changed every single time, and the portion sizes were a bit ridiculous for our table size. The atmosphere is also kinda meh compared to the main location. Corn cheese is my favorite here and their bulgogi is pretty good too. House salad, fries, brisket, and spicy pork were all very good. I also loved the brownie with ice cream as a dessert option. I wish the meal came with the typical Korean side dishes that other spots serve. To our surprise, the server charged us for 6 people when we had 5, most likely to hit us with the auto gratuity charge. It wasn't a huge issue, but the cashier had to point us to us that we were being charged for an extra person. Overall, Hwaro is a good choice, especially for their late night deal. However, I wish the service and amenities were better for the cost.

The atmosphere was filled with fantastic energy, and the food was nothing short of exceptional! Our server was attentive, guiding us through the menu and ensuring we had everything we needed. They made it a point to check on us every 10 minutes, which was nice because we wanted to try everything on the menu. The only downfall was that they only had cold sake, its good but I occasionally enjoy it warm. Besides that, everything else was delicious.

This was my second time here, and it was just as good as the first. The meat is really good, and the service is fast. We did the AYCE for about $30 per person, which is a great deal. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My favorites were the brisket and the bulgogi. Kimchi was a must!! We also ordered Sapporo beer, which went perfectly with the food. The ambiance is really nice and makes the experience even better. Fun side note: one of the servers looks just like Jungkook from BTS really handsome The only downside is that there's only one restroom per gender, which can be inconvenient when the place is busy. Other than that, I'd definitely come back again.

We arrived at Hwaro 2 around 10 PM and waited about an hour to get seated. We usually go to the other Hwaro location, but we like to switch it up since Hwaro 2 has some different food options we enjoy. What keeps us coming back is the quality of their meats and the corn cheese, which is always a favorite. This location, along with the original, is one of our go-to Korean BBQ spots. The inside is clean and well-kept, and the staff is always efficient. They bring out the food quickly and are great about changing the grill when needed.

It looks like a small space but there's actually additional seating in another area. The server was really sweet and always there to assist or bus our dishes. There were multiple helpers constantly picking up dishes or delivering plates. We opted for the highest food tier which included wagyu beef, wagyu carpaccio, and lobster tails. This is one of the best Korean BBQ places I've eaten at in a while. All the dishes were seasoned to perfection. Even the kimchi fried rice was made at the table. I was impressed that there wasn't a meat or dish I didn't like. All items were definitely fresh. I fell in love with the wagyu beef and the lobster was juicy. The sushi items were good quality and flavored. There was a minor mishap when the server accidentally spilled a bowl of food on me. I commend her for immediately taking action, apologized, and the manager comped my drinks and dessert. I like how quickly they reacted. I'd definitely come back again! It was an hour wait time, even on the waitlist, but well worth it! There is a time limit on how long your dining experience is. Parking is available in this strip mall.

If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. Step inside, though, and suddenly you are transported somewhere that feels straight out of the Euljiro district in downtown Seoul. The welcome sets the tone. The mostly non-Korean staff greet you by shouting something in Korean. I had to ask my Chinese server what it meant. He laughed and said, "Hobak imnida" which translates to "We are Hobak." Kind of silly, but honestly part of the charm. What we did not realize is that Hobak is celebrating its tenth year in business. In Las Vegas, that is no small feat. Restaurants here disappear faster than a weekend bankroll, so a decade says a lot. Also worth noting, Hobak is not AYCE. They offer set menus and à la carte options. We went with the set menu for two, and it was more than enough food. That said, if you are strictly a meat-only person, this might not be your ideal spot. The seafood pancake and kimchi stew deserve just as much attention as the meat! The real surprise though: while it is not AYCE, they quietly rolled out AYCD all you can drink for $14 back in November. Yes, you read that right. So plan accordingly. Bring a DD or call a Lyft because things can escalate quickly. We ended up with two bottles of soju and two large Cass beers, which would have easily been double the AYCD price. Sodas are also included. One of the better deals you will find in this city. Service was excellent across the board. Tyler, who is half Japanese and half White, handled the brisket and short ribs like a pro. Our tattooed Chinese server, who looked intimidating at first glance, turned out to be incredibly friendly and grilled the pork jowl perfectly. Everyone else kept the banchan coming with a smile. By the time we finished, we had to walk laps around the shopping center just to recover. We left full, slightly buzzed, and, fittingly, feeling like a couple of very giant hobaks.
