First time here. They really have a huge selection of food. Unfortunately taste and quality is just average. Can't really complain for the price they charge.

Been here twice and I enjoyed both times. We paid up in the front and the worker sat us at a table. The choices are good. I loved the fried shrimp, variety of sushi and the array of dishes. This last visit, I asked for ramen and err I told the worker I wanted just a little noodles and not to cook it but he grabbed the noodles from the boiling hot water and gave me a lot. It was also overcooked. I wasted the noodles but the miso flavor soup was delicious. :( I enjoyed the dim sum choices too. The rice cake dessert reminded me of Puto (filipino) with a hint of rice cake from the manapua truck. Service is okay, not to much interaction. Overall, great spot and they do get busy.

The food quality is passable at best, and the selection didn't really stand out--options felt limited and not very exciting. Cleanliness was mostly fine, so no major complaints there. For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but somehow they still managed to lower the bar. That said, there were a few bright spots: we liked the wonton chips and the steamed fish, and the ice cream was a nice way to end the meal. The seafood options were okay--we sort of liked them--but I'd be cautious since a few people in our group ended up with stomach aches afterward. Service was solid, relatively attentive at the beginning but did fall off throughout the lunch. Overall, not a place I'd go out of my way to return to.

I recently visited Hibachi Supreme Buffet and overall had a solid experience. The selection is huge and everything is refilled quickly, which is a big plus. It is a great value for the price, especially with their senior discount. It does get very busy, and with so many people handling the food, it can feel a little unsanitary if you think about it too much. There is definitely a risk of cross contamination, so it is not ideal for allergies or strict preferences. They did not have crab legs during our visit, which was disappointing. They have the build your own habachi grill in the back, but it was too busy for me so I only did the hot food bar. Desserts were mostly underwhelming, except for the almond cookies, which were actually really good. One thing to note is that the first couple buffet rows use Styrofoam plates, while regular plates are available toward the back. We were seated right away with no wait. Staff kept the food stocked and things moving efficiently. It is very loud and crowded, and the restrooms were honestly vile, which took away from the overall experience. Good value and convenient if you want a lot of options, just be prepared for the busy atmosphere and cleanliness issues.

Dang it, Instagram made me do it, saw a few social media posting on this place, cheap prices with tons of food, including crab legs, soooo I decided to go here for one of our meals during this recent Vegas (2/2026) trip. Here's a quick FYI, expect a line/crowd at the front, it is pay first before you dine, & the crab legs, there is another line for that, only one pan of crab legs and they refill every 15 minutes. I stood in that line and it took about 2 refills before I was able to get the crab legs, when it was finally my turn I got all the not so good pieces, very thin looking. I waited another round to finally get some good crab legs. I think they should have a better system for the crab legs as majority of customers are in this buffet for the crab legs! The buffet prices includes drink, there is a soda fountain/drink station. Ice cream cups are $1. each if you decide to take it to go, you have to eat in. They also have take out by the lb if you don't want to wait and do the entire buffet. Max stay is 1.5 hours, 90 minute. Notes to myself and the other half that buffets are not for us anymore as we tend to over do it and we don't eat so much, once you reach a certain age, hehe. Besides the crab leg issues, there are lots of choices here, sushi section, hot foods, cold foods, ramen/pho station, desserts, and the mongolian station. The restaurant is very spacious, with the long lines it does move quick, after you wait for a staff to seat you. All in all, for the price of $22.25 for dinner on a Sunday which is an all dinner so for lunch it is the same items for the same price all day, not bad, for the 3 of us. We were all full on the first round, first plate but it nice to get a variety of items. I like the hibachi plate I selected = thin rice noodles and veggies. We/I didn't get to try the sushi section or even the ramen/pho station, was curious to see how the soups were. I hope they have a better system for the crab legs, I can see the reason the complaints coming in on the Yelp reviews. Well I need to see if we can stick to our rule of no buffets, but then again food always wins, I think I might be back again, when we visit Sin City, hehe!

Hibachi Supreme Buffet in North Las Vegas is definitely priced right for what you get! Lunch and dinner are affordable, soda is included, and they even offer a senior discount, which is a nice touch. There's plenty of parking, but it does get busy on Saturdays -- so expect a crowd. The food was good, fresh, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a solid buffet spot for the price. I'll definitely be back!

Everything went well. I want to elaborate more about the place. They have the biggest buffet we have been to here in North Las Vegas. The variety of foods was expansive. Sushi, hibachi, Phô, Ramen, seafood, hot foods, fruits, salads, and much more. All the staff were kind & helpful. I felt very comfortable there. Families and people on their lunch breaks from work. Friendly banter and soft calming music playing. The Ramen I had was so good. Mark agreed it was so good. "Anytime you don't want cook, we can come here" that's how good it is. The service was always there, taking our plates away, refilling coffee etc... The lunch prices were less than we usually spend. $33 for the two of us. I ate a little bit of the things I thought I would like. I also tried new things, all so good. The desserts were the only things that I feel could have been better. They seemed to be dry. The cheesecake tasted like a cheesecake crumble. I am not good at videos. It was very busy I felt bad trying to not take pictures of others. I recommend this buffet! I know we will be going back & bringing friends.

This will be my second time here at this location. The variety of food options and the overall good quality of freshness and taste is what brought me back with the whole family. This place is huge with several stations including a mongolian style hibachi grill, ramen noodle soup, and sushi along with the usual Chinese buffet standard goods. The service here is good but everything is pretty much self serve including a fountain drink station. The value and price is just unbeatable!

Came during lunchtime and the price wasn't bad at all. About $17 per person, which is pretty reasonable. There's also plenty of seating inside and parking was easy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience itself wasn't the best. The service was not great, and the food was pretty disappointing overall. Most dishes were either cold, flavorless, or tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The only highlights for me were the steamed fish and the broccoli dishes. Those were actually decent. Overall, while the price and convenience are nice, the food and service just weren't there for me.

My experience here is always 5 star. Why? Because I ONLY come here for the lunch buffet and I come EARLY. For the price, you really cannot beat this one if you like Asian American style food like Panda Express. They have a cooked to order hibachi station, ramen & udon, small sushi selection and rows of various dishes. There is something here for everyone. If you want crab, surprisingly they serve cooked small crabs during lunch if that's your thing. Don't be surprised if that station is always empty cause you already know how GREEDY people can be! If you don't come early the line can get pretty long since word has gotten around town about this reasonably priced off strip buffet and yes, parking does suck! If you come here thinking you're going to get a higher quality food experience comparable to an order by dish establishment, you came to the wrong place!

Hibachi Supreme Buffet is open for business on the restaurant row of North Las Vegas on Craig Road. This is a very large buffet with many stations. They offer Hibachi, Sushi, Soups, Appetizers, Noodles, Rice, Many different Chinese Take Out Dishes, Lots of Seafood, Many Salads, and Many Desserts. The service was good. Plates were cleared quickly. The biggest offense was raw chicken from the Hibachi Cook. The Scallion Ginger Fish had a tender but dried out texture. Today there was a lot of dry chicken, dry shrimp and chewy beef everywhere. I didn't care for most of the desserts I tried. Maybe the green beans and the mushrooms were my favorites. I gave two stars because most budget buffets are three stars to me. This one is slightly lower today but maybe they will improve some as time goes by.

One of the best Chinese buffets I've been too here in Vegas, now you know these things are iffy, and for the price yesssszzzzzz I went around 330pm which is right after the lunch special when the dinner begins a little bit of a line but not as bad, however, that line started to fill fast! A few takes ! Not enough food for the intake of people! running out quickly or a lot of it was already empty! The crab leg line is ridiculous. You guys should have more than one container serving crab legs I heard a couple arguments about to break out over there about how many crab legs you should take just make that area bigger. You could be doing 4 -two on each side and eliminated some of the issue Good range of food options dessert options, fruit option, salad options, sushi options y'all all types of things it definitely was good ! And I'll go again i'm just gonna stay away from those crab leg line hibachi and Ramen bar! Yum

Firstly, for a buffet in 2026 with a reasonable prize and great variety, you will get the most bang for your buck. The food were fresh, nothing was sitting for too long and every choice was a good one for your plate. That said, a lot of the choices were empty on the line and it didn't take a long time before they were replenished. The hibachi line never disappeared, only when the line had run out of food for like five minutes. The plates and utensils too were always running out and the paper plate alternative was too flimsy. It is pretty busy and loud and there's quite a number of people and there may be some lines for the hibachi or the crabs but it really isn't much of a wait at all. Again, what you get for the price is the biggest plus.

Today I'm sick with a head cold, so I'm wanting rice and miso soup. Of course I had to have my Agadashi tofu- even if I can't taste it very well. You know what shined through with the vibrance of 1,000 suns? The miso soup! This is how I ended up with the Bento box. It comes with fried shrimp, white rice, miso soup and I got the beef teriyaki. It was a hit. I got all this for basically the same price I would pay for our usual order except this time I didn't order extra steak skewers, or sushi, or fried shrimp. Total deal. My husband fully endorsed me ordering the Bento box again. It also came with some krab sushi, battered veggies and shrimp, and a salad. There was a serious pile of steak. They give you a bunch of containers if teriyaki sauce in the side. I think going forward this will be our new order on repeat. Last week I rated Sushi 88 4 stars. That spread is worth 5 stars today. I called ahead with a simple question and was left on hold for about six minutes. When I called back, there was no apology -- just a quick answer followed by being hung up on. Not a great first impression. When I arrived, the restaurant itself looked okay, but definitely not high-end. My table wasn't properly cleaned, and even the sanitizer bottle on the table was dirty. After being seated, I had to ask multiple times (three times) just to get a menu. I was told to scan a QR code instead, but when I requested a physical menu, it felt like an inconvenience to them. The issues didn't stop there -- my water glass was dirty, and when I ordered, I noticed price discrepancies between the QR menu and the paper order sheet. When I pointed this out, instead of clarifying or apologizing, I was told I didn't know how to use the menu, which was honestly frustrating and unprofessional. As for the food -- it wasn't bad, but for the price, it should be better. The sushi rolls were small and pretty standard, nothing unique or memorable. I also had to ask multiple times for basic items like wasabi and ginger. Overall, the service was the biggest problem here. With better customer service and attention to cleanliness, this place could improve, but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend it.
