Weekend is Dinner all day, no Lunch. $23.75 for Adults, my kids were 12 and 10, both under 5ft and were charged full price as Adults because of their age according to the staff at the desk. I don't agree with that policy, since children 3ft to 5ft age 9 are half off. My son age 10 only had a plate of fries. He didnt like the food. I tried having try, different dishes i thought he might like? He simply didn't like it. My Daughter age 12 only had 2 small plates of food, one of them being dessert. Both not even comparable to Adults. All other Buffets don't charge my children not as Adults. For the price? Not worth bringing my kids again. It was my 3rd time visiting. 1st time bringing the kids, 1st time visiting dinner. Definitely worth it for Adults, not for Children under 5 Feet being charged as Adults... this is my opinion based on the many Restaurants and Buffets i have been too that is successful and doing well for years. read more

I've been coming here about once a month since they opened. When we first came it was $15.95 a person lunch and dinner was $20.95 a person then it went up a couple months later to $16.95 lunch and dinner $22.95 now a few months later it's $17.25 and dinner $23.95. Mind you they haven't even been open over a year. And the menu has not changed. Dinner I think is a bargain if you like sea food. They have crab legs and shrimp and tiny crabs all steamed. But that isn't my thing I come for the hibachi and the jello. The food freshness is hit or miss. That's why I stick mainly to the hibachi. They have all the Chinese food buffet staples: sushi rolls, orange chicken, broccoli beef, the pizza, chicken on a stick, mushrooms, fruit, and a few different desserts including jello! I am in love with the mango jello. There is a whole drink station so you can help yourself even though the service staff is pretty attentive. Service is quick just avoid high peak times. As far as ambiance it's cafeteria style with Chinese parasols on the ceilings, so don't expect much. It's a buffet not fine dining. read more

Been here twice and I enjoyed both times. We paid up in the front and the worker sat us at a table. The choices are good. I loved the fried shrimp, variety of sushi and the array of dishes. This last visit, I asked for ramen and err I told the worker I wanted just a little noodles and not to cook it but he grabbed the noodles from the boiling hot water and gave me a lot. It was also overcooked. I wasted the noodles but the miso flavor soup was delicious. :( I enjoyed the dim sum choices too. The rice cake dessert reminded me of Puto (filipino) with a hint of rice cake from the manapua truck. Service is okay, not to much interaction. Overall, great spot and they do get busy. read more

I recently visited Hibachi Supreme Buffet and overall had a solid experience. The selection is huge and everything is refilled quickly, which is a big plus. It is a great value for the price, especially with their senior discount. It does get very busy, and with so many people handling the food, it can feel a little unsanitary if you think about it too much. There is definitely a risk of cross contamination, so it is not ideal for allergies or strict preferences. They did not have crab legs during our visit, which was disappointing. They have the build your own habachi grill in the back, but it was too busy for me so I only did the hot food bar. Desserts were mostly underwhelming, except for the almond cookies, which were actually really good. One thing to note is that the first couple buffet rows use Styrofoam plates, while regular plates are available toward the back. We were seated right away with no wait. Staff kept the food stocked and things moving efficiently. It is very loud and crowded, and the restrooms were honestly vile, which took away from the overall experience. Dang it, Instagram made me do it, saw a few social media posting on this place, cheap prices with tons of food, including crab legs, soooo I decided to go here for one of our meals during this recent Vegas (2/2026) trip. Here's a quick FYI, expect a line/crowd at the front, it is pay first before you dine, & the crab legs, there is another line for that, only one pan of crab legs and they refill every 15 minutes. I stood in that line and it took about 2 refills before I was able to get the crab legs, when it was finally my turn I got all the not so good pieces, very thin looking. I waited another round to finally get some good crab legs. I think they should have a better system for the crab legs as majority of customers are in this buffet for the crab legs! The buffet prices includes drink, there is a soda fountain/drink station. Ice cream cups are $1. each if you decide to take it to go, you have to eat in. They also have take out by the lb if you don't want to wait and do the entire buffet. Max stay is 1.5 hours, 90 minute. Notes to myself and the other half that buffets are not for us anymore as we tend to over do it and we don't eat so much, once you reach a certain age, hehe. Besides the crab leg issues, there are lots of choices here, sushi section, hot foods, cold foods, ramen/pho station, desserts, and the mongolian station. The restaurant is very spacious, with the long lines it does move quick, after you wait for a staff to seat you. All in all, for the price of $22.25 for dinner on a Sunday which is an all dinner so for lunch it is the same items for the same price all day, not bad, for the 3 of us. We were all full on the first round, first plate but it nice to get a variety of items. I like the hibachi plate I selected = thin rice noodles and veggies. We/I didn't get to try the sushi section or even the ramen/pho station, was curious to see how the soups were. I hope they have a better system for the crab legs, I can see the reason the complaints coming in on the Yelp reviews. I think the IG made this place way too busy LOL! Wifey & I decided to give into the hype (big mistake) and take a try of the Hibachi Supreme Buffet on a Christmas Eve of all days! NOPE! Line was outside in the cold at night and was roughly a 90-minute wait in line! Turned around and went somewhere else! But we did decide to come back near a week later for lunch, and thankfully we were able to be seated within 15 minutes. Bring on the food! Oh boy, even if we got a table quickly - reminder: the place is HUGE! So it often means it may be full with folks! And it was! I mean, it took me a good 20 minutes waiting in line to get my hibachi plate cooked! Then a good 25% of the hot trays were empty of food LOL! it was that crowded for lunch! Sooo many people dining! Kinda makes it a good and not so good experience. Unfortunately, this can't be helped...demand overtaking the supply! I did see though, servers trying to refill the hot trays as quickly as possible - hungry diners are waiting! It's like a cafeteria at the university dorms at peak dining time! Everything went well. I want to elaborate more about the place. They have the biggest buffet we have been to here in North Las Vegas. The variety of foods was expansive. Sushi, hibachi, Phô, Ramen, seafood, hot foods, fruits, salads, and much more. All the staff were kind & helpful. I felt very comfortable there. Families and people on their lunch breaks from work. Friendly banter and soft calming music playing. The Ramen I had was so good. Mark agreed it was so good. "Anytime you don't want cook, we can come here" that's how good it is. The service was always there, taking our plates away, refilling coffee etc... The lunch prices were less than we usually spend. $33 for the two of us. Unfortunately, the experience itself wasn't the best. The service was not great, and the food was pretty disappointing overall. Most dishes were either cold, flavorless, or tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The only highlights for me were the steamed fish and the broccoli dishes. Those were actually decent. My experience here is always 5 star. Why? Because I ONLY come here for the lunch buffet and I come EARLY. For the price, you really cannot beat this one if you like Asian American style food like Panda Express. They have a cooked to order hibachi station, ramen & udon, small sushi selection and rows of various dishes. There is something here for everyone. If you want crab, surprisingly they serve cooked small crabs during lunch if that's your thing. Don't be surprised if that station is always empty cause you already know how GREEDY people can be! My wife and I tried this place on a Sunday mid afternoon. We waited approximately about 20 mins in line before being seated. In a nutshell, this buffet offers a variety of cuisines, mainly focusing on Chinese, American, and Asian dishes, as well as a hibachi grill and sushi options. It also does Mongolian as well as Pho, if that's your thing. During the stay, I found myself eating mostly the American and Chinese dishes which I found to be pretty subpar. I'm not a huge seafood guy which seems what most people (including my wife) come here for because of the price point. The problem with that is you will find yourself most likely spending most of your time waiting in line for a few crab legs. I believe the time limit is 90 mins....whether the business actually enforces that time limit is questionable, no idea if they do. To wait any exorbitant amount of time for something such as crab legs, in my opinion, I find ridiculous...but that's just me. From my observation, it seems the replenish rate is a bit slow, especially, for popular items. Overall, this place is vast and does have a lot to offer to all palettes that will come here (even kids) for the most part, just don't expect quality. There won't be any "oohs" and "aahs" here. This is truly a "budget" buffet that happens to serve some choice items such as crab and oysters at an affordable price but at a much slower rate. I believe the price is currently at $22.75 a person and i think kids under a certain age eat free but don't quote me. We tried the dessert section and, again, pretty lackluster. Cakes were all dry. They offer Hibachi, Sushi, Soups, Appetizers, Noodles, Rice, Many different Chinese Take Out Dishes, Lots of Seafood, Many Salads, and Many Desserts. The service was good. Plates were cleared quickly. The biggest offense was raw chicken from the Hibachi Cook. The Scallion Ginger Fish had a tender but dried out texture. Today there was a lot of dry chicken, dry shrimp and chewy beef everywhere. I didn't care for most of the desserts I tried. Maybe the green beans and the mushrooms were my favorites. Firstly, for a buffet in 2026 with a reasonable prize and great variety, you will get the most bang for your buck. The food were fresh, nothing was sitting for too long and every choice was a good one for your plate. That said, a lot of the choices were empty on the line and it didn't take a long time before they were replenished. The hibachi line never disappeared, only when the line had run out of food for like five minutes. The plates and utensils too were always running out and the paper plate alternative was too flimsy. It is pretty busy and loud and there's quite a number of people and there may be some lines for the hibachi or the crabs but it really isn't much of a wait at all. You honestly can't beat the AYCE crab legs, shrimp, and the variety of food in general. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious, and they kept refilling the trays quickly. The hibachi station was solid too. Our servers and bussers were amazing, super attentive, quick with drink refills, and always clearing plates right away. The only downside was the payment process. You pay upfront, and they don't clearly tell you that gratuity is already included. When they bring the credit card slip to sign, there's still a line to add a tip and total, but no itemized receipt because they keep it at the table. It felt a little deceiving and could easily lead to double tipping if you're not paying attention. Just something to keep in mind. While visiting with my family, my parents wanted to try a buffet, so we decided to give this place a chance. First, the food quality was poor. The meat looked old, the beef at the hibachi station was gray, and the shrimp was slimy. As for the flavor, everything was extremely bland--it was as if nothing had been seasoned. Lastly, don't be fooled by the seafood advertisements. We arrived around 6:00 p.m., and during our entire visit, they only put out a few crab legs. Tray was empty the entire time. What an absolute letdown. After a 30 minute drive, I was really hoping that a restaurant was finally gonna get the Chinese buffet correct in Las Vegas. On social media this place seem like it might have everything in order. Unfortunately at 4:30 and for the hour, we were there almost 40% of all the dishes were empty. It was hard to find parking nearby but if you don't mind walking, there are spots not too far away. There was not much of a line. Upon walking in we were pretty impressed with the cleanliness and space. There is plenty of seating, it doesn't feel crowded at all. There were a good amount of people but there was so much food that everyone was pretty much spread out. Not to mention 3 other stations, hibachi, soup and sushi areas. So many options available. The service was good, and servers are very nice. You do have to refill your own drinks though. They give you plenty of napkins, which were needed especially if eating seafood. Speaking of seafood, WOW!! There was so much seafood! So much food in general. The other food was decent, I didn't get a chance to taste the hibachi but my son in law did, he really enjoyed it. I want to go back to try the rest of the food. I will definitely be back! You really can't beat the price. They do offer Senior and Veterans discount. They have a wide variety of chinese food items and some american choices like pizza, fries, fried chicken, and even beef ribs on the tables as well as a Ramen Soup Bar, Sushi Station, and Hibachi Grill where you choose your items and hand the plate to the cook. I love this concept as you know you food is freshly made. On the weekends they have crab legs...you can imagine how popular those are and how quickly they go.
