    Me enjoying the atmosphere

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the people. I would love to come back. And recommend to friends and family.

Eclectic little craft brew place near the Mission Inn. Very quiet when we were here on a Friday afternoon. Very large selection of craft beers and seltzers, but a bit on the pricey side per serving. Approx $12 per 12 ounce, not even a full pint for what we ordered The atmosphere is quirky, low key and casual. No food options, so satisfy your hunger before dropping in.

Really cool vibe. Tons of great craft beers! We came here one night with some friends. It was chill. Will come again!

Happily open late with no cover charge including a nice selection of cider, wine & beer. The space has an eclectic style with a range of comfortable seating options great for both groups, dates, or solo visits.

    It's a beer.

Casual bar with antique style chairs and tables creates a cool vibe. Not a good place and certainly not a sports bar. Great place to bring a book, laptop or friend and have a drink.

Staff was at the door greeting people walking by telling us to come in. We decided to give it try and have a drink. Walking in it was pretty roomy. The tables were made out of old tools. That was very cool. The only thing about that is the glasses did not sit evenly on the table. I was not able to set down my wine glass. The staff was not to friendly. They were annoyed we came in. The bartender was busy and the guy who invited us in became very short with us when we asked questions. They do not serve liquor. Only wine and beer. A pretty good variety of beer from all kinds of different breweries. When it was close to last call, they walked around cleaning up around you and made you feel rushed. We asked what time they closed and we still had a good 45 mins to finish our drink. We ended up not finishing our drink and leaving.

I like coming here. It's a nice place to come and spend time with some friends. It's not too crazy of a crowd and they change the selection of beers. So you always have something new to try. Service is great with recommendations. Since the beers change the servers really know what they have and what to recommend based on the flavors you like. it's a pleasant place to check spend s

Now we're taking... their beer options were amazing. As a beer a-hole.... wow! I couldn't touch a fraction of the options unless I wanted to crawl back to the hotel. I met cool peeps and had a blast

I loved the deco and atmosphere here! The beer was tasty, lots of variety. And the service was great. We were spending a day at the Festival of Lights and this was one our pit stops. My first time ever visiting and I've lived in Riverside for years. Now a great pit stop for me anytime!

A little hidden, easy to walk past but so glad I found this gem of a spot. You walk back to the counter to order, they have a decent selection of fun beers - I tried a tangerine one and a Thai tea IPA , 10/10 would recommend both. They also have wine if you prefer that. The decor is super eclectic and random, a nice place to chill out and have a drink. No food though but lots of places to eat nearby! Also dogs are allowed!

So remember this when going as they shut down at 9pm. I felt super bad for the young lady rockin the hostess, waitress and server all in one job. I'm so sorry I wish I got your name. Michael also was awesome with service. I enjoyed a glass of Banshee Cabernet and my husband had Pizza Port Chronic Ale. We ordered the staple fried olives, outpost ceaser salad and the pepperoni and Calabrese pizza. The vibe inside is a cozy/boho. The only downside is no TVs but the phone worked just fine to watch the WC Softball World Series. Thanks Outpost for being a solid!

We're not usually the type to leave negative reviews, but after our experience yesterday, we felt…read moreit was important to share. We first visited on Valentine's Day in February and had an excellent experience. The pizzas were delicious, we were seated without a reservation, and we left excited to come back. Yesterday, we decided to bring a few friends with us because we had spoken so highly of the restaurant. We arrived a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and the restaurant was fairly empty with only a handful of tables occupied. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was friendly throughout the meal. Each couple ordered pizzas along with appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Italian salad but were accidentally brought the Green Goddess instead. It was a harmless mistake, and since we had enjoyed that salad during our previous visit, we happily kept it. Our friends received their pizzas, and we assumed ours would follow shortly. Thirty minutes passed, and by then our friends were nearly finished eating. Meanwhile, we noticed several tables that had arrived after us receiving their food before we did. We asked our waitress to check on our order. She went back to the kitchen and returned, explaining that our pizza had apparently been forgotten and was only then being made. She assured us it would take no more than 10 minutes. Fifteen more minutes passed, and our pizza still hadn't arrived. Since we had a clear view of the kitchen, it didn't appear there was any urgency to get our order out. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour since placing our order, we had to cancel it because we had other plans and couldn't stay any longer. Our waitress apologized and removed the pizza from our bill, but that was the only resolution offered. While we appreciated her kindness, we left the restaurant disappointed and still hungry. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an order is understandable from time to time. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. After waiting an hour for a forgotten order, we had hoped for a more meaningful effort to make things right beyond simply removing the item we never received. It's unfortunate because we genuinely loved this restaurant after our first visit and were excited to introduce it to our friends. Thankfully, our friends enjoyed their meals, but this experience left us hesitant to return. Great pizza is important, but great service and how a restaurant responds when things go wrong are what keep customers coming back.

As a riverside native, I love the Backstreet patio and was excited to return in an evening setting. Husband and I did a short hike up Mt. rubidoux then enjoyed a romantic dinner at Devereaux House. We agreed it was one of the better date nights we have had in Riverside. We went on deftones and chess night. There was an excellent curated music playlist, chess boards everywhere, candle and string lights, and a really solid wine list. Ambiance was10/10. We tried the salad, meatballs, two pizzas, and an orange wine. Everything was 10/10. Service was insanely fast for how busy the place was (not an empty table in sight). The line to order appeared long but moved quick due to competent staff. Choosing a wine was a delight with a knowledgeable server happy to pour us tasters until we chose our bottle. If you're in Riverside, make this your next night out. It's worth getting out of the house for.

The pizza we received looked like corporate chain pizza which also lacked the homemade crust and sauce we expected. Either the recipe changed from when the pictures were posted, or it was an advertisement trap. The ambiance was great though. I loved the lights and decor. Another table also played mario kart and the switch which looked like lots of fun. Logistics-wise was a bit confusing. We parked in a lot across the restaurant. And I wasn't able to find a clear entrance and just walked through open gates and tables. I think you order at the bar and seat yourself/someone will seat you if it's busier. Then they deliver to your table. Our meal came out to $90 for 2 pizzas, 2 drinks, and a side of marinated olives. Would not come again.

Pretty view of the hills, trees, hummingbirds and butterflies around. It's lovely. The best part of this place is the ambiance, the beautiful views and spacious outside can't be beat. Unfortunately, if it's a rainy weekend, this place will be closed because because all of the seating is pretty much outside. But when it's nice outside, and in SoCal, it's usually nice outside, this place is wonderful. I was really happy watching all the butterflies flitting about. Service is also really nice. Just go up to the bar and put in your order, they'll get to it asap. There's water around for you to grab if you're thirsty. But if you want more drinks, just go back up to the bar. My friend actually got sick on my last visit here (not alcohol related - health issues) and the bartender was so nice to us and understanding - we paid up and left right away when it happened. Def made me feel welcome to come back again. It was something not in anyone's control, and she knew that and understood it, and was really amazing. The minus star I give is honestly because the wine is a bit meh (I got a bottle of the sparkling wine). One, it's just not the best taste wise even when you add some orange juice, but the biggest thing is it's always warm when they hand it to you. I would raise it this star if they just served it actually cold - doesn't need to be the best wine, just cold would be nice. I might bring some ice in a pack with me next time actually lol. If it was cold, I think it would be way better. I haven't tried the pizza place here, but it's on my list for the next time I come up here. Overall, loved the ambiance and service. And that will always make me come back.
