We were accommodated well, our food was served at a decent time and the waitresses were helpful, patient and checked on us a good amount and helped us sing Happy Birthday (special shout out to Angel & I wish I remembered the other waitresses name, they were amazing!). We purchased multiple levels of heat, seasonings and food I only tried the shrimp and the mussels, LOVED the sauce on the mussels and really enjoyed my shrimp. The appetizers and side dishes were good, and we enjoyed the fries, noodles, and calamari. The only disappointment was the special sauce that comes with the crawfish and shrimp boil. The flavor wasn't what we expected and tasted more like a tomato-based sauce. Compared to places like The Boiling Crab or Kicking Crab, it lacked the buttery, garlicky, and savory flavor we were looking for. Unfortunately, the sauce was the main reason my kids and I didn't enjoy the seafood. Since the sauce is such an important part of a seafood boil, it really affected our overall experience. Disappointment is an understatement. The food here was disgusting I regret eating here! I got shrimp in a bag with potatoes and my potatoes were undercooked where I couldn't even split it open. The shrimp isn't cleaned and it still has the poop in it. Personally I find that disturbing. The flavor of the condiments was very pastie and not juicy at all with a very bland taste. Outrageously expensive!!!! None of the seafood bags or buckets have any prices. It was my daughter's birthday, 4 of us went. 2 bags of snowcrab legs, 1 king crab and combo#1. None og the bags come with sides like corn or potatoes. You have to order separately. We ordered fries, garlic noodles, which turned out to be just boiled spaghetti tossed in oil/butter mixture. The seafood was just okay, sides terrible. The water tasted like old pipes, so we ended up ordering iced tea instead, which also tasted strange. I think it was the ice. The service was good. We had an okay experience trying The Bucket. Bucket Crab is my favorite seafood in a bag restaurant ever! I can rave about the bucket medley sauce all day long. It's an actual sauce and not flavored oil like a lot of other places. I've brought many friends and fam to the Ontario location over the years and they're always impressed. I'm so happy they made a location down the street from me and I don't have to drive into the depths of Ontario. This location is located in the old creamistry spot. They transformed it beautifully. I'm actually surprised how many good reviews this place has. The service was great but the food was trash! The shrimp was head and shell on which I didn't like lol but whatever. I feel like they barely gave shrimp - probably because they weigh it with the head on. Plus all the stuff comes à la carte (potatoes, corn, sausage). The shrimp also wasn't good. It was like mushy? The garlic noodles weren't good either. Also the sauce that came in the bag was sooooo thick. It was like a tomato paste when it should be buttery and good to dip. Simple Review - I've been going to the Ontario location for almost over a decade and I'm so thankful that they have one in Rancho Cucamonga now. I always make a mistake of ordering take out for fear of long lines. Nothing beats an in-restaurant dining experience but if you know how to prepare at home for the great flavored bags of delectable seafood then it can be equally amazing. We got two bags of shrimp with mild bucket medley sauce and 18 slices of sausage, three orders of fried catfish, a side sauce of lemon pepper sauce, an order of garlic noodles - a bunch of lemon slices and salt&pepper containers that we use to squeeze the lemon slices into. We had steamed rice to pair all the seafood with. I mixed the bucket of medley sauce with some of the Lemon pepper sauce and wow - perfection. First time here and it is going to be a mixed review. We ordered the family combo special which has tons of food. First of the bucket toast was amazing. It's like a seafood bruschetta and wish I had more of it. Cajun fries were tasty too. Garlic noodles were simple and good as well as a great balance to the medley hot seafood. The two negatives for me were the clams and the king crab legs. The clams didn't taste all that great and the king crab legs seemed a little short for being one pound. First red flag: the "Cajun" sauce was basically tomato sauce. Not in a subtle, unique-twist kind of way no, this was full-on marinara vibes drowning my shrimp, crab, and corn. Be warned: you will do a lot of work and make a mess in the process. But that's the point! Peel and shuck your own seafood, boiled and bathing in a really delicious marinade. They'll give you a bib and gloves and take the bib seriously! We ordered a family special in garlic butter with mild spice and it was delicious. The garlic noodles were okay, but had a mild sweetness to them that just wasn't appealing, for some reason. We had a fairly large table of 8 people, including 3 kids, and service was excellent. They were very attentive in refilling drinks and providing extra paper towels, etc when needed. Everyone working was very friendly, as well. Great experience! read more

I love a good seafood boil and was looking forward to trying this place for a while. First red flag for me was there there were no prices listed for the seafood. I get it that the market price can change daily, but a good restaurant will either print a daily list that accompanies the menu or post one in the front of the shop, because customers need to know before they order what the food is going to cost. The server was very friendly and helpful, so I stayed, but opted for just some shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn. Wow, never been to a seafood boil that was so stingy on the sides. I got one large red potato and one tiny one, and a half an ear of corn. The sausage was cut up but everything else was served whole. It just felt really underwhelming for the extra costs. Lastly, I don't have a problem being served shrimp with the heads on but looking at how small they were for costing almost $20 lb, I kind of felt like I probably paid almost as much for the head and shell as I did for the mushy meat inside. Not sure how they weighed the pound I paid for. I mean either serve me a small amount of large shrimp, or a large amount of small shrimp, but don't give me a small amount of small shrimp, especially if they are going to fall apart while I'm peeling them. Yeah, the service was good, but all around the meal was a major disappointment. Maybe shrimp and sides are just not their strong point and the other selections are better, but I don't think I will ever go back to find out. :( read more
