Great shrimp and appetizers here. I've tried all of the sauces but the best ones are garlic butter and bucket medley. Get the side of garlic butter too it's worth it. Or Cajun for the bag with side of garlic butter. I don't remember if I tried lemon pepper but it's prolly good too. My family have been coming to this place for years and lately things have changed; Shrimps were overcooked and we were unable to peel the shrimp without it falling apart. The seasoning is lackluster Service was mediocre. No one came by to see if we needed anything and we had to stop the waiter on numerous occasions to get a refill and/or condiments. So we had been at an event in the area and knew we were not going to make our home Cajun seafood place so we found this place. Ain't gonna lie, it was not great. In fact my wife bit into the first clam in our bag and it had so much sand [or something granule] she was done. I got some too but I kept going through. I was surprised that we could not get a half pound increment. Our local place definitely allows that. We thought one pound of shrimp would not have been enough so we asked for 1.1/2 pounds but they would not allow it. We decided to stay with one pound only and thank goodness because we were not happy with the taste or the sand. The other thing we did not like was that the menu had almost no prices. All of it said "Market Price". Why have a menu. I get some places have market price on lobster or something rare but everything in this place can't be market price. And finally, the prices here are way higher than some other places we like to visit but the quality was nowhere near what we are used to. I wish there were zero stars available but there's not. My family has been going to this place for over 10 years and today was the WORST experience I've ever had. We ordered the Duo, 1 lb king crab legs not leg and 1 lb shrimp. We received 1 leg and it did not weigh 1 lb yet they did not care when I bought it to their attention. I mentioned we have been coming here for years and have always received 2 legs but she said it's by weight and did not care when I said I will never return here. A couple next to us ordered the same thing yet they received two crab legs. The service was harder we had to ask for everything nobody ever came by to say do you need anything else? Unfortunately, this restaurant that we used to enjoy has now become overpriced, and although they are not understaffed, the staff just doesn't care . I don't usually leave reviews ever but this place had the most awful service and are very cheap with their portions. Out of all the reviews this place has, i can promise you the one i'm about to leave is the most accurate and truthful. They hide their prices, don't explain the menu, and make a first time experience very unwelcoming. They honestly gave my table and I so much attitude when I'd ask for a refill or for them to take my trash off the table. There were two worms on our table before they served our food. We saw one at the table. Then another one on the paper towels. I showed the worms to the young lady and she didn't even apologize. She just said "I'll get you another one." She placed the paper towel behind my husband's seat (close to his head). I told her to please move it ASAP. Instead of doing that she brought things to our table. She should've changed the plastic on the table . Also....one of our plastic aprons ripped. She brought another one, but it had grease on it. Flavors were not flavoring. Gumbo had a sour taste to it as if it was almost about to be spoiled. Fried shrimp basket, the shrimps were a little on the smaller side and the breading was kind of stale. As for the mix of sauce for the seafood boil it had a watered down taste to it, can't quite pin point what it is but I wasn't able to get that kick you usually do for the mixes. The only good thing about this place was the size of the king crab legs & the meat inside. Clean establishment, right off the main road. It got fairly busy fast. I've never seen garlic butter sauce red it's like they took tomato paste and garlic powder in it. They covered up so much sauce we couldn't even find all our pieces of sausage it like they didn't give all our pounds we ask for. It look like they weighed the seafood with the sauce it was more sauce than food and I know we order like 4 lb of each. Ridiculous amount of sauce!!! When we looked around at other tables it didn't look like ours it didn't make sense. It was so disgusting and disappointed we didn't even take the leftovers and it was left over because it was nasty. We've tried the shrimp, crab soup, and calamari. All were bomb. For flavors we recommend the bucket medley. Yummm. Good flavor and not too salty. Don't forget the sausages! Restroom 0/5. I used to love coming here for the crab legs, but now the price has jumped from about $20 a pound to $50 a pound, which is ridiculous considering crab is usually $10-$12 a pound. This was our first experience at this establishment. We went out for dinner and the food was great. We order one fish taco , one shrimp taco ,calamari, catfish, and Cajun fries. The service is courteous and friendly and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately my last visit here. I was a true patron coming almost every other week for years. I then moved a couple hours away but have never lost the love for this place. Until now. We got our original order of the duo which skyrocketed in price and the amount of king crab provided was almost criminal. Addionally the sauce was as thin as water and everything in the bag was overcooked to the point where it was almost mush. I looked around and everyone else around has the typical chunky sauce. I then asked the waiter if that is how the sauce should be and he literally said no. I then told him about the over cooked food and his reply to it all...oh I'll tell the chef so that future orders will be fixed. No apology and not even an attempt to remediate. Food and service have gone downhill so I recommend going elsewhere. They used to be all about customer service and quality but that clearly isnt the case anymore. read more

Went here once, and safe to say I'll never return! On the bright side, if you're coming for the food it's quite good! But pricey. The service was horrible from start to finish. But the host was nice! She ended up being the one that had to charge us out since no one else would. But what really solidified this review was when I accidentally left my card here, which I admit was my fault and I should've checked the second they gave back the bill. I realized when I was already home, and I immediately called the restaurant. They said they were closing and would check later in the night for the card. The following day I decided to come inside and tell them I left my card, and the lady didn't even seem to care one bit. She replied "No one left their card." I told her I was there the night prior and sat at the table by the door at 8:30. She continued to say "no one left their card." She didn't even bother to check. When I was telling her I was certain I left the card and asked for her to check, she declined it and said she had no reason to. I was PISSEDDDD about it because I know I left it here and wasn't gonna have someone gaslight me. Horrible customer service. I called in to order some extra cajun sauce. The employee on the phone stated that i could purchase the extra sauce alone. When i arrived an employee took my order and was about to prepare my order. Then a short chunky female name Elise came to the counter and stated that they couldn't sell me the extra sauce. I informed her that i called 30 minutes prior to confirm with an employee that I could purchase the extra sauces and drove 20 miles to do so.....She was very rude and was unwilling to make any exceptions for the customer to purchase the extra sauces.
