So was his brother "Superman" in the kitchen, who gladly made me the all flats I asked for. Although they were clearly busy with online orders, Kevin chatted with me and offered me water. I recommend hitting this place up on Tuesdays for their 55 cent boneless wings. I enjoy boneless wings and that's a bargain. So far they've provided good service. Alright, so I'm going to lead with a disclaimer, this review is mostly based on service and observation. We spent an exorbitant amount of time here, and had extra time to observe any and all problems. The food was fine, but we'll get to that later. First and foremost, we'd been wanting to try this place for weeks. My fiancée and I live in the area and have driven past it for months. Yelp reviews were iffy, but we're willing to give a place a chance and the photos looked great. When we got here we were the only people in the place, had our masks on and expected added precautions due to COVID. We ordered buffalo fries, a buffalo salad and an order of teriyaki boneless wings. We were quoted 12 minutes until it would be ready. After 20 minutes of waiting, my fiancée went to check on our order so she went to the "lobby" to wait. The cashier looked over after about 4 minutes and said "did you need something?" To which my fiancée said "just waiting on our order" and the reply she received was "it's coming." So after 5 more minutes my fiancée went outside because the restaurant was extremely cold inside (usually a welcome addition in AZ heat, but only if you intend to go in and out). After 45 minutes of waiting an employee approached me while laughing and asked "what was the name for your order?" When I responded she laughed again and said "ha, well someone just took your order. We're gonna remake it" turned and walked back to the front. After an additional 10 minutes I went up to the front and sat to ensure nobody else would leave with our order. Thankfully, the front bench is in clear view of the kitchen so I got to nit pick the quality and care of our food handlers. 2 people worked in the kitchen, 1 without a face mask (per Exec order) and the other wearing a face mask on her chin. I watched the worker without a mask at all change his gloves no less than 3 times without washing his hands. The worker WITH the mask did move it into its proper place, but grabbed it with her gloved hands and then proceeded to handle food with those same gloves. The food was fine. The buffalo chicken on the fries were nothing to right home about but hit the spot. The salad was fairly basic, mixed greens, chicken, onions, tomatoes and cucumber. The teriyaki chicken my son got was probably the best food on our table, but it was no better than a bdubs. Based on food alone, I'd give the place a B- or C+ but the quality of service and health code violations dropped the score to a solid 2/5 stars. I'm willing to go back eventually, because you never know if it was an off day. But not anytime soon. read more

Stopped by for the first time with my husband, and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the two guys in the kitchen. We were ready to order and one of the guys from the back came to the front, not sure what his name is but he had some awesome dreads. Upon opening my food at home, the order was not correct. My salad was missing the dressing I selected, and my lemon pepper fries did not have any lemon pepper. I saw a lot of bad reviews for bad customer service but food was good so I came in with expectation of that. Both were excellent though. The guy who helped me was named randy and he made sure to give me correct expectation of how long it would take and help me order as it was my first time. He went above and beyond with my order. He said he has nothing better to do then try to make my night with a good dinner. They offered me a drink while I waited since it was going to be a long wait. They must have listened to the reviews because this place has turned around from the previous reviews. Randy was the one Who served me my food but I observed the rest of the staff demonstrating the same excellent service and food work ethic. So much so I felt compelled to write a review. LESS THAN A STAR! Worst experience ever! Young pothead girl ruined our whole experience. Her only job is to cash out and hand us our CORRECT order. Came in around 6:30 PM and ordered our food, we were the only ones there at first and then people started to pile in including her two friends in between all the other orders, her two friends of course get their order first and are eating in the parking lot by the time I realize everybody else is getting their orders before ours and she came up with BS excuses about times of wings being cooked when clearly 4 to 5 other people got their food before us that also had those wing cooked times. And then we brought our food in and told them that we were bringing our food in to be remade and refund it and they said they cannot remake it if they refund it. SO UPSET. read more

Traditional delicious; what's was most surprising was the bites, not really a fan of those but we had some in the order and they were awesome. Only thing I can say is price point is expensive but with the price of chicken going up, it's hard to make a dollar out of 15 cents. So overall thumbs up; definitely should go. read more
