No apology. Food was mediocre. During COVID, the cooks in the back did not have masks, and those who did wore it but it did not cover their full face. I've been super hyped for this location to open (I have been to both of the other locations prior), but this one is in my radius so I was excited. Well talk about a buzzkill, I waited 30 mins for my food (which was only a side salad and small order of buffalo fries) shouldn't have taken so long. I asked to worker how much longer it would take and the first one didn't seem to care because she walked away like was going to check and never came back while the second employee said she would give me extra chicken on the fries. I got home and opened the fries, and let's just say I'm curious what the chicken ratio is without the "extra chicken." I kid you not probably only like 5 pieces of chicken on top of the fries. In additional there was no "house sauce" on top of the fries. (if I hadn't been to the other locations I wouldn't have known the difference) I really probably won't be going back to this location until they become more organized or someone tells me otherwise. Mareico was great! It was my first time in and he explained things very well. I love boneless wings and got the buffalo chicken salad wrap. I asked for 2 flavors, not common I guess, but they separated them in the wrap. Eeeks! I really wanted this place to be good since the closest wing spot to me is Wingstop on Thomas or ATL Wings. I ordered lemon pepper & mild buffalo and idk what happened. The lemon pepper was more like a lemon butter and they weren't good. The buffalo was sweet? They also seemed to be undercooked so I put them in the oven to recook them and it didn't help. I've been wanting to give this place a chance since it opened and now will unfortunately not get the chance to try it beacause I won't be coming back. I'd give a single star but I didn't get to try the food before asking for my money back which I did after a half hour had passed and the the supervisor gave a half assed apology as she continued to walk passed me and my son. I had to ask several times to get my money back but the supervisor (Sharren) reluctantly took my receipt and then unapologetically flung it back to the counter. It was hard enough getting passed the girl at the register chewing her gum with her mouth open, the open can of energy drink hanging out by the food prep area, and having to see other customers growing impatient but the unprofessional attitude from sharren is what did it for me. Awful first experience. The wait for my food was 20 minutes. I got a five piece boneless chicken with fries. I asked for fries well done, and they were soggy. The chicken was awful. Simply put, first impressions are everything for a brand new location. Everyone should not work the phones nor the register. I came here on a Sunday night about 1 hour before close and I called in an order. Whoever answered, seemed like someone in their early 20s, and was VERY short and RUDE. There's basics to customer service that are literally foundational. I'm not sure if it was just a bad day, but customers are not to blame. I'm just here for chicken! Every aspect of my experience here was disappointing. We ordered the food to go, and were cautioned it would take 20 minutes. Our order took 34 minutes, and the manager coughed all over the front of the restaurant while we waited. The boneless wings, bone-in wings, and tenders were DRY and lacked sauce. The order doesn't come with ranch or any other side sauces. If you like dry, under seasoned chicken, and don't mind paying $15 per person, the buffalo spot is the place for you. read more

The only thing better than the Cali burrito is the service at this place. Some of the best wings I've had in my entire life, always worth the wait. The main thing that keeps me coming back here really is the amazing customer service. Within 3 visits, I had staff members greeting me by name and remembering my order. I have a habit of coming in right before they close and I am still greeted with genuine smiles and warm conversation no matter what time of night. I would like to give a huge shoutout to the cook "Randy" for always remembering my order and being an amazing guy. He even gave me Halloween candy for the kids on Halloween!
