picked up food for my office here 4 people) , last persons order took 30-45 mins longer than the rest of the food. "our mission is to delight every guest in a way that creates raving fans" well having one person working- over stressed and giving out times I would not even wait at a sit down restaurant for is wild... contradictive of your objective. Now all our food is cold and im late for work. Absolutely do not recommend.

    Over cooked chicken sandwich

Chicken was over cooked and when I called them they said maybe the manager will call you back but we can't do anything.

The highlight of this $30 order was the $7 Chocolate shake which was thick and had great chocolate flavor and extra syrup. The 5 piece lemon chicken tender order contained some underflavored strips and the chicken was a bit rough and chewy on many bites. The two breadsticks were soft, but had no butter flavor. The most annoying thing is they forgot my blue cheese dipping sauce. This is inexcusable behavior for a chicken chain.

Angel helped me out here. Food was the best I've ever had and I've been all over the world. The store was so clean I almost tested it by eating off the floor. Everything about the experience was great. If I come back and find out Angel did not get a raise I will tell my 14,000 twitter followers to boycott this place.

$5 for the Chicken Caesar Wrap and the drink and then $2 for the Strawberry Shortcake

I got all this for $5 for the Chicken Caesar Wrap and the drink and then $2 for the Strawberry Shortcake! It's fire fire! They don't put the Caesar dressing in the wrap so all the lettuce doesn't get all soggy so you just dip the wrap in the Caesar dressing which is perfect! It has crispy chicken in there, parmesan cheese, lettuce, and little croutons! The service was very good as well, the gentleman and the young lady were very nice and attentive! Friendly atmosphere while catching up on sports on the 2 big screen tvs! I have already recommended this place to two friend's after only halfway through my meal and while be recommending to many more! Definitely will be back! I usually am not one to leave reviews but this place deserves more business 100%! Food=10 Customer Service=10 Ambiance/Cleanliness= 10

I feel like there is potential here, but my overall impression was kind of "meh". That being said, I did order takeout so I am sympathetic that some items may not travel that well. We ordered an assortment of items: Boneless BBQ Wings: I liked the bbq sauce, but the wings felt overdone even though I love them crispy. They were somehow dry even though they arrived tossed in sauce. Luckily, the ranch I got was bomb and saved them a little bit. Fries: the fries have a thicker coating, think "beer battered" style, and were decent. I think they suffered since they were in a to go box. I would imagine these would be better if you are dining in. Chicken Tenders (Dry): my girlfriend isn't a sauce fan, but she didn't like these at all. I ate them the next day with ranch and didn't mind them. If you're getting them with sauce, I think they're solid. Breadsticks: if you're in the mood for breadsticks they do the job, but nothing special. Chocolate Cake: I didn't expect much but this wasn't half bad. Will satisfy a craving but isn't worth going out of your way for it. Overall, I probably wouldn't rush to return, but I would give them another shot in the future if the opportunity presented itself.

The Boss fries, god help me

Food's average college drunk level, but bumping it up to 4 from very friendly staff in these times + hand breading their chicken, which I don't see often nowadays at similarly priced national wing chains. I'm ashamed to say I found this on TikTok. The Boss Fries are as intimidating as it sounds - 4 orders of fries and chicken in a pizza box. But for all you normies you can order individual portions small to large. You know you're getting your value when they're forced to measure each fries by weight. And honestly it's what you'd expect - frozen battered fries with sauced breaded chicken nuggies is a time for any midnight hangover in the making. While the flavors are pretty much what I'd expect, I will say the spice levels being underwhelming will be an understatement. Nashville Hot, Pineapple Jalapeno I could taste the spicy without it being spicy, if that makes sense. Just to recalibrate we also ordered Atomic Hot - it was spicy for maybe all of 1 second, but we survived without any milk necessary. We were scared and got Garlic Parmesan as a our zero'd flavor so we had that comparison too. If you want to kill yourself with capsaicin add it yourself, but if you need classic heavy food that you'll regret in the morning, this place is bomb.

    Buffalo Fries - Regular

Ordered a regular fry and it seems the worker just grabbed a hand full and called it a day plus there's an option to tip for some reason ? Yeah I'd give someone passing out rations a tip

The $16 combo was all messed up. Almost all the chicken was bad.

Incredibly disappointing.. We ordered three boneless Buffalo orders; one was a combo. Kid at the counter has a mild attitude about not giving us a drink with the combo. It was adorable, I let him know what's up with the receipt and he gave us the drink. Cool. We get home, we're missing the up charged, seasoned fries for the combo and the chicken is miserable. It's tough and almost seemed like it had tendons or knuckles in it. Super weird. The pieces that were edible were tough as hell. I'm not normally one to complain about wings.. like cool it up, douse it with sauce, we good. But this was terrible. Anyway, I call down to the restaurant to be like, "hey remember how that kid said I didn't order a combo and then I showed him on the receipt that I did? Yeah, he also forgot the fries and the chicken is terrible." (But with a smile because was not a huge deal...) Chapter 2- hold time 30 mins... So I call on down to the chicken place and a young lady answered quickly and said "Buffalo spot. Can you hold?" I said, "sure". I wait for 16 minutes before she answered again and asked how she could help. I let her know I've just picked up an order... now 20 minutes ago and there was some issues with it. She apologizes and asks, "would you like to speak with a manager?" I said, "sure, yes". The last time I had checked the timer on my phone, just over 32 minutes had passed by in my life. Then it happens... I hear a line pick up.. finally! THEN THE LINE DISCONNECTED. I called back a couple times, trying to get through to somebody. Honestly, I wasn't even mad at this point. I'm just like bro... like wtf happened? I spent $46 on dinner, 32 minutes on hold and ended up splitting the one fry we got between the three of us. Additionally, each of ordered a 10 piece and ended up throwing out about 4-5 pieces each because they were just yukkers..

They closed the shake machine 20+ minutes early and the young lady working was visibly angry when I walked in to order

The 2 gentlemen working killed it. Great service. The wings were crunchy even though they were sauced. Huge win to me. We ordered 50 wings. 25 honey hot, 25 hot dry rub. Great experience

The dry hot was my pick of the two, but I wish it was hotter. For a hot wing, it missed the mark for me just a bit. I'm not sure if that's because they used less pepper to prepare mine (originally, he brought them out but when he sat them down on the table, he took them back saying he forgot seasoning and brought them back shortly after with pepper flakes on them) Either way, the wings themselves tasted good. But not a stellar "hot" wing flavor to really hype me up. They run a number of specials, though, like $1 per wing sometime during the week. And I saw they had some weekday combos as well. Overall, they seem pretty affordable and they are a local business so I hope they do well! I may come back one more time to try it and get a final verdict on the heat and flavors to get takeout. The restaurant itself wasn't the cleanest. Our table was a bit sticky and seemed not washed recently, and the floor had dust on it (which I get is hard to upkeep during monsoon season). If I come back, I'd likely get take away and not do sit down though.
