TERRIBLE PLACE! I came in earlier today and the guy working the front counter had an attitude from the start. Then I order 20 wings and some chipotle world famous buffalo frys. As I then waited for my order I couldn't even sit down cause all the tables were dirty. Then I went into the bathroom and dead bugs on the floor. Became disgusted so I walked out to wait even longer for my food(20 mins at this point). Finally got my food, just to only get two ranches. Then I asked for more not thinking it'd cost extra since it never does with the other lady. So he then charged me for MORE! I then got my food and went home....... WHEN I WENT HOME I HAD ONLY GOTTEN 18 WINGS!!! THE CHICKEN MESSED UP MY STOMACH AND GOT THE WORST FOOD POISONING. So I give this place 5 stars for this reason- food is delicious and the people working there are trying their best. They have two guys working their butts off right now. Putting up with rude customers and trying their level best to get to everyone in a timely manner. If I were the owner, I'd be ashamed of myself. I do own a business and if you're not properly staffed, then put some gloves on and take care of the business you started. These kids don't deserve to be belittled because you put them in this position. Again, food was really great and I've been here a few times...quality wise this one was the best. I hope ownership shows their employees some appreciation because they owe them way more than whatever they're receiving read more

I just wanted to say how good of a time I had and how nice the cashier was! I just moved into the area and wanted to try business close by. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier named Paige. The whole time she was very nice and even read my order back just to clarify. Then offers a drink for the wait and also apologized. She then brought my food to me. I did check the food just to make sure everything was there. The wings are more moist then most wing places, but you can also watch the employees make the food. The buffalo frys we're also very good. As I was walking out all the workers said very pleasant farewells. I will be coming back Saturday nights!! read more

I have never had Buffalo Spot before and will never have it again. I had a coupon for a free small Buffalo fries, so I thought I would give them a try. I am so disappointed it's not even funny. Fries were cold and hard as a rock, 6 small pieces of chicken, and very little sauce. When I placed my order, I was also going to try some boneless wings, 10 of them. Then I saw the price was 15 dollars. No way in hell. I went to Fry's and got 20 pieces for 6 dollars. The guy working the counter seemed to get an attitude with me when I decided not to get their boneless wings. I will never go back to Buffalo spot in my life. read more

Definitely will come back! When I first walked in I was nicely but quietly greeted by a young girl. I came in on Thursday night and ordered medium and atomic traditional wings. She told me it'd be a 20 min wait for the food but she offered a drink. As 20 minutes went by I came to the counter asking about my food. She quickly apologized for the wait. Then brings my food and ask what sauce id like. SHE PUT MORE THEN I ASKED FOR(thank you)!! Usually places only put like a couple sauces. Amazing customer service! I had A LOT to order my order was almost $100. I called on the phone this morning and was answered by Kevin such a sweet boy. I ordered a lot and I thought he wouldn't be able to keep up and when I was don't telling him my order he repeated my order clearly and it was all correct. when I got to the store he charged me and assured me that my order would be out in 5 minutes.
