Mimi was very sweet and quick on taking my order. She didn't get upset at all when I asked her to repeat the order (twice ) and listened so well! The food is always good I usually stick to the traditional wings in medium sauce YUM. I like the buffalo fries but the chicken is... so so. It'll do but I feel like it's just a bit rubbery..but the special and buffalo sauce on the fries is so freaking good. Also the wait time can be long sometimes if u think 15 minutes is long. I was not pleased with my experience. I ordered fries with cheese which was understandably extra. However, when I received my order there was hardly any cheese and when I questioned this the manager stated those were the rules that she didn't make them. She then said sorry in a very condescending tone. She did not seem to care that I was dissatisfied with my food. The price of the food is not reflected in the amount you receive nor its quality. My husband found this spot on Instagram. We have been looking for something new. This was a perfect spot to fuel our buffalo wing craving. Initial entrance, direct and simple menu. The cashier was helpful but didn't smile. The flavor options were nice and much like you could find at many other wind spots. My husband got the buffalo chicken fries, medium flavored. I purchased mine separate from each other; boneless wings-medium flavored, fries, and special sauce. AMAZING!! The fries were crispy, the chicken didn't taste frozen. What a fresh flavor. The boneless wings were bit crispy but surprisingly, that ended up not bothering me! The flavor and fresh chicken was so amazing, be damned the crispy texture. The special sauce was creamy and tasted like I mixed ranch with mayo and ketchup; very good! Over all, amazing amazing. When we left the cashier did ask us how everything was which was wonderful!! This is the perfect place for chicken and French fries. The chicken and fries were both crispy and fresh. This was my first time here so the person taking my order let me try a couple options. The pineapple jalapeño sauce was sweet with a tiny bit of heat and the chipotle had a nice chipotle flavor that was creamy and a tiny bit spicy. The food came out pretty quickly as well. When I orders the cashier Araceli wasn't very helpful. The music wasn't loud but I could barley hear her. I only got 10 "Hot" wings and it took +20 minutes to get them. They weren't even spicy, I would say mild at best. When I asked for some ranch I was told it's extra. I looked over the menu and nowhere does it mention ranch not coming with the meal. It was okay. Service was okay. Ordered 25 piece family traditional wings. Sauce on side. Kinda stingy with the sauce considering wings cost averaged over $1 a piece. Asked for carrots and celery. Today I visited the location on 99th ave and McDowell in Tolleson, Az. It is a new location (opened in early April). I ordered the Family Pack (25 traditional wings half Med and half Pineapple Jalapeño fries and four drinks, I added the famous buffalo fries and a Strawberry shake. This review is not all bad, I found the quality of the wings to be better then average. They were cooked well and the staff was helpful and friendly (even though the place was busy). The shake was good. Now comes the not so good part, overall the taste of the food was unbelievably bland. I mean no flavor at all, so much so that I could not tell the differences in the two types of wings, but they were divided by a sheet of wax paper. The lack of flavor does not stop there the "world famous" buffalo fries were also flavorless, and I even agreed to the up charge for the Cajun seasoning. It may be a training opportunity (new store new people), because god help them if standards are already slipping and they have only been open a month. My husband and myself will never return here. I don't know anyone's name because they don't wear name tags but I can give a description. When we walked in we were greeted by a young girl who was obviously training. She took our order and yelled to the back a family meal 25 wings, the lady with the bright red hair and nails so long they could reach China comes to the front and starts scolding the young girl in front of everyone because she didn't say traditional. We were told it would take 5-7 minutes. The place had a handful of customers and 20 workers. We sat down to wait as we watched the lady with the nails and red hair have no sense of customer service to the other couple that just walked in, she then at the front at the register pulled out a piece of cake from her apron pocket and started snacking on it and returned it to her pocket. This happened several times... she never once changed her gloves that she used through out the time we were there even after snacking on her pocket cake. About 25 minutes later we got our order and I couldn't wait to leave! We got home and the food was ehhh, okay. The wings are similar to Pizza Hut wings. My husband got the Cajun wings and they are just regular Buffalo sauce wings and on top they sprinkle Cajun seasonings the fries were mushy and obviously not cook all the way. Customer service was a big meh and the buffalo fries were a bit underwhelming, to say the least. The Buffalo Spot was SO hyped and all of my friends told me that this was like a holy grail of chicken places. I was excited going in, but was quickly humbled once I went in. I don't think there's anything special about their chicken or about the concept of mixing chicken bits with french fries. The inside was pretty plain and the cheap table and chairs I sat at didn't elevate my experiences, either. Gonna keep this one short and sweet... Heard about their "famous" buffalo fries. I'm not one to turn down anything with the word "buffalo" or "fries" in it. The fries were cooked perfectly and came out super hot (as all fries should). I got the pineapple jalapeño flavor...a good choice on my part, I should add. It was flavorful, although not as spicy as I normally like it. My 6 year old was able to eat it, no problems. My daughter got the plain tenders with a side of ranch...they were good. Nothing extraordinary...but then again, they're plain tenders. The ranch was good. I love when a wing place has legit good tasting ranch. We also got some with the honey bbq sauce because it was recommended by the cashier. Eh, it was ok. I mean, it was simple honey bbq. Now the negative about this place. The prices. This place was pretty awesome. I enjoyed their pineapple jalapeño buffalo fries. They have 14 different sauces and they all seem pretty good. The place was really clean and put together and I saw the staff clean and organize during down time. I love knowing that where I am at, the staff took the time to clean and prepare for me and others. Environment is nice. Good location. Inside looks great and original. I ordered a regular sized order of the chicken fries with the atomic hot (I can handle real heat) but I feel as if they weren't hot enough. I could very closely compare the sauce to Tapatio, which is not to call them out and say they use that (I obviously don't know how they make their sauces) but the heat is comparable to that. The special sauce is pretty dang good as well. The reason why I'm giving this place is because of the staff, specifically customer service. This place is a small, fast food joint, that happens to sell really good chicken fries. But the customer service was near terrible. I walk up to the register to order and the cashier didn't even say "Good evening" after I said "Hello." and she just ignored me for about 3 minutes (something was wrong with the machine). She could've at least told me to give her a moment, she is blessed I'm not rude, almost anyone else would've complained. Then once she's ready to take my order, she says "What do you want?" in the most bland way possible. I order the fries with atomic hot sauce and she says "Special sauce on or on the side." I didn't here her so I say "Excuse me?" And she says "Sauce." My mind kind of rewinds what she said and I tell her "On the side please." I know this doesn't sound like a HUGE deal, the place is still great, but that girl just had the look of "I'm here for my check." Have some pride in what you do!
