This place was pretty awesome. I enjoyed their pineapple jalapeño buffalo fries. They have 14 different sauces and they all seem pretty good. The place was really clean and put together and I saw the staff clean and organize during down time. I love knowing that where I am at, the staff took the time to clean and prepare for me and others. Environment is nice. Good location. Inside looks great and original. I ordered a regular sized order of the chicken fries with the atomic hot (I can handle real heat) but I feel as if they weren't hot enough. I could very closely compare the sauce to Tapatio, which is not to call them out and say they use that (I obviously don't know how they make their sauces) but the heat is comparable to that. The special sauce is pretty dang good as well. The reason why I'm giving this place is because of the staff, specifically customer service. This place is a small, fast food joint, that happens to sell really good chicken fries. But the customer service was near terrible. I walk up to the register to order and the cashier didn't even say "Good evening" after I said "Hello." and she just ignored me for about 3 minutes (something was wrong with the machine). She could've at least told me to give her a moment, she is blessed I'm not rude, almost anyone else would've complained. Then once she's ready to take my order, she says "What do you want?" in the most bland way possible. I order the fries with atomic hot sauce and she says "Special sauce on or on the side." I didn't here her so I say "Excuse me?" And she says "Sauce." My mind kind of rewinds what she said and I tell her "On the side please." I know this doesn't sound like a HUGE deal, the place is still great, but that girl just had the look of "I'm here for my check." Have some pride in what you do! This place is ok, i get it every once in a while since its next to my house, but seriously the owner must be very uptight about money coming in and going out! I order a small fry and extra chicken, the always over flow the tiny box it comes in and makes a mess, so i ask for the medium box since i got extra chicken and they always tell me no, i ask if i can buy a bigger box, still the answer is no, makes zero sense considering im paying $10 for a small. The prices are high but dont mind since its convenient. The last time i came i ordered 2 extra sides of chicken and gave me another small box, ask for a medium, they still said no because of cost of boxes, once again made no sense considering they were giving me 2 boxes instead of one. Just ridiculous, i usually dont leave many reviews but felt obligated since it rubbed me the wrong way. The workers are good, foods decent, but cant stand greedy money hungry employers. Probably wont be going back, cant see this place lasting due to prices. First time here i spent $45, charged for sauces even though we just wanted them onside instead of on the boneless wings. The employees were nice and the food was okay. But, the location smelled like the back of a buffalo! Excited to see this place open here-had them in Long Beach 3 years ago and have been craving them ever since. So here's what went wrong... Walk in and it stinks like the drains and grease traps have not been cleaned. I've worked in the food industry and know what this smell is. It's unpleasant and nasty. Next, there are major leaks coming from the ceiling with bus tubs catching the water. One of these tubs is right by he register when you order and especially close to the plastic cutlery they give you. As if this wasn't enough, the dining area is a mess- picture trash and uncleaned tables. There are no lids at all for any of the drinks. Meanwhile there are several employees standing around in the kitchen doing nothing. The best part was when in employee came out to fill up their personal drink and didn't think to come back to clean up the dining room or even stock up the empty drink lids. The Manager needs to have a serious talk with the location and teach their employees how to clean the grease traps-no one is going to want to eat there if the place smells like shit and looks janky. read more

I placed my order inside with Cynthia, first let me start off with saying it was very hard to understand her due to the mumbling. I ordered a regular garlic parmesan extra wet, she asked me if I wanted cheese or special sauce on top, I told her no thank you, just a side of ranch on the side. Seems pretty simple enough right.... Wrong. Apparently, this wing spot does not comprehend "extra wet" , and when you explain it to them, I was told they are not allowed to do that?? So you can charge me for extra sauce and put it on the side, but you can't charged me for extra sauce and toss my chicken in it..umm okay. Secondly, I had parmesan cheese on top of of it, I told her when I placed my order, and you asked cheese or special sauce I said NO Cheese, she then tells me oh it comes with it. That's interesting because my second order of mild buffalo frys got a upcharge for cheese on top. She then tells me that's the parmesan in the garlic parmesan sauce, I asked so the sauce its just garlic then with shredded parmesan? She said well I'm sure it has parmesan in it too.. I'm confused is that the recipe, and the cheese is optional or is the cheese the "parmesan" in garlic sauce that makes your "garlic parmesan" wings. How do you not even know whats in your sauce or how it's prepared? How do you work in a wing joint, and not know what "extra wet" means, I mean I have been to wing places west coast, east coast, and in between everybody understands " extra wet" I tried to give you guys a second chance, and have my $10+ remade correctly however, you refused to make my order right. This was my first visit, and I will not be returning. There are too many wing places within a 5 mile radius of your establishment that will be happy to make garlic parmesan "extra wet" in addition to being knowledgeable about their menu, and provide friendly service with a smile. Get your attitudes right Cynthia, and Star, and maybe you can earn loyal customers. Great fries and chicken. The sauce is delicious and just compliments the fries and the chicken. The salads are also very good especially with the different flavors of chicken. I ordered 2 of their Chicken Cesar salads, it has the option of adding flavored chicken, so I ordered mine with EXTRA Garlic Parmesan on the chicken. When I arrived, I told Lizzy O. or Lizzi O., that I had an online order pick up for Maya. She starts looking and asking around before returning and saying "We don't have your order..." and then rudely, bean helping another customer. Since our conversation wasn't finished, I held up my phone showing my receipt. She said "Oh... Maya" then told me it'll be 5 more min. (If she didn't hear me, she should've simply asked) I then tasted the chicken on my salad prior to adding dressing, and it was dry and plain. I returned to the restaurant to not only have my order corrected, but purchase another for my mom. When the issue was explained, Lizzy began to try and argue with me and tell me that the chicken, that she didn't cook, has garlic parmesan on it, and the cheese is right there. Mind you this is a chicken CESAR SALAD, so of course it has cheese on it, my issue was that the chicken was plain. I say I would like to get another salad (for my mom) and she proceeds to tell me, that they aren't making another salad. TF? I say nvm and leave. This place is sooo good. Glad they finally came to Az. Quick service, clean eating and ordering area. But after being here twice now here's what I've learned! If you're not sharing with another person, get a small order. If it's not saucy enough just ask for your sauce on the side in a medium container. Voila. And if your ordering to go, order all sauces on the side! It gets soggy quick. Chicken is crispy, sauces are good. Ranch is the bomb.com and the secret sauce is yummm. Good place overall read more

I was treated very rudely here.. I've been coming here for over a year. I order the same thing every time.. a buffalo Cali burrito And I add lettuce and tomato to it and I've never been charged extra. So naturally I ordered my order and double checked with the employee that he got my order correctly I got the order 10 mins later without lettuce and tomato and so I asked not to correct the order which they should have but just to give me the lettuce and tomato in a side container and I'd add it later myself and some guy who claim to be the manager told me he would have to charge me a dollar more extra for it even tho they messed up my order and I've never been charge that. He was very rude. he had a beard and did not look like a manager was wearing a red shirt and was the cook. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant. It's not about the dollar I would have paid it if they were up front with the cost in the initial order. I heard and read a lot about this place and was happy when I finally heard they were opening a location in Phoenix, since all their existing locations are in California where they started.. I love the whole concept of the menu along with buffalo sauce being the main ingredient because I am a HUGE buffalo sauce fan a put it on pretty much everything I eat, along with ranch.. overall the food was decent, nothing special for the price points of the portions you got. One of the orders of boneless wings I ordered had barely any sauce and I had to take it back and have them "re-sauce" them, which they seemed annoyed, I also asked for some extra ranch at that time, which they charged me for. Overall my visit was frustrating and I understand it could of been an "off" night, but with the prices being as high as they are, the quality of food to me wasn't worth it, great concept, but overpriced and under delivered in my opinion. read more

I have never been to any restaurant that has such poor ordering skills than this establishment. We try to come at least once a week because the food is very good but at this specific location they run out of salad at least 2 to 3 times a week. You would think after a couple times making this mistake they would start ordering extra salad to compensate for the amount of people ordering, but this has been going on for over six months and I go in there again today and guess what no salad I went in last week no salad the week before no salad it drives me crazy this place is disgusting they need to re-hire or fire anybody who is right now doing their inventory and get somebody on staff that knows what they're doing!! read more
