It has gone down hill considerably. Last 4 orders have been poor at best. Burned onion rings and fries, or onion rings half cooked with batter still doughy. Half cooked hamburger patties on orders requested as well done. When you make a complaint they will offer to try and make things better. However in a "to-go" world the only way to make it better is to do it right the 1st time. At the cost of fuel and time their mistakes cost money on my end. This was a really great spot! I thought that the portions were very generous, and the mimosas were delicious and you could take them to go! The food was great and they had college student prices which are appreciated. After my meal, I went and walked around the Plaza which is just a short walk away. There was also live music that contributed to a positive atmosphere throughout the establishment. There is a good amount of parking on the surrounding streets if you are comfortable with parallel parking. This is a cool place behind the Coop with a very simple layout. Went once, we both ordered "burgers". The word burger is in quotation marks because this is not what one thinks of when one sees a burger in one's mind's eye. The meat portions of the "burger" are spherical, not flat like a "patty". So, the lettuce, tomato, and onion and poor bun all try to conform around these spheres of meat, and really it's a big mess. Does that sound tempting ? There is also a good amount of street parking if you are comfortable with parallel parking. Everything looked clean and it looks like they take covid precautions seriously. Half the group was finished eating before the other half were served. When the food did get to the table it was cold. The corn dog was soggy and greasy and the burger was just room temp. My friend and I decided to try this place and weren't disappointed. He had a chicken san and I had a chef salad. The visual of the restaurant was really catching as well as inviting, especially the patio, the crew was cordial, helpful, and polite. Once I understood the menu, I knew what I wanted to order. Burgers are supposed to be cooked medium according to the sign, which is how I like it. It was so well done I only ate half. 3). The "grilled onions" on my burger were burnt. 4). Since I didn't eat much of my burger we ordered onion rings. The batter was uneven and not cooked in places even though the onion rings were burnt...as in super close to black. So me and a friend went here and we where the only people that where there, so when you walk in you have to order your food and pay for it as soon as you get there which I didn't have a problem with. I ended up paying $20 for a classic cheeseburger with bacon and onion rings and payed $3 for a small Mason jar of ice tea. And I was really disappointed with this whole place with the service and how I had to ask for someone to get me a refill and when I got my drink back there was a bug in it( I have a pic of it) and then my onion ring was garbage and lukewarm and the batter was fishy, and a cheeseburger was OK but all the onions and pickles and tomatoes they topped it with where to thick of a cut.
