The Restaurant seems to be open to families but the manner in which the female waitresses dress, especially the hostesses, it seems inappropriate for young children. Most importantly, image is supreme over customer service and restaurants need great customer service to survive. The waitresses failed to offer genuine, courteous customer service because they're too snobby or concerned about self image that they don't smile or engage with the Mexican culture/race!!!! And get this....they truly DONT KNOW OUR FOOD, they got lost trying to explain the dish...come on owner don't you need clientele to survive?!? I gave this place TWO TRIES, unless the staff matches the a Mexican restaurant's true hospitable VIBE, NEVER coming back!! AND SADLY WORD gets around. You have a business to run, yet your meeting staff race quotas over true customer service!! P.s. many comments are stating service to be an issue...I noticed the only staff member that showed courtesy and had genuine hospitality was your plate server who had no accent!! That is true genuine Mexican hospitality! Get it together. Your place is as confused as if you were running a sushi restaurant with an Italian staff, it doesn't work, it doesn't match!!!

The staff mostly stared at us, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable during our visit. this change the atmosphere. The songs were very catchy. The music is amazing, but the steering problem was uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the food itself was enjoyable enough that I do look forward to coming back again and trying more items from the menu.

However Whatever Burrito you Order should by default be pretty Amazing because of the Delicious Handmade Tortillas de Harina ( Flour ) very Rich, Flakey almost like a Buttery Croissant. & The Salsa Roja... Like my Moms Salsa de Molcajete de Tomatillos y Chile. It's not overly Spicy, however it's Absolutely Flavorful. So... Overall the Salsa & Handmade Tortillas de Harina are absolutely a Perfect Delicious 10!! Therefore all the Burritos will very likely be Above & Beyond any Burrito experience. A MUST TRY!! I wish I could rate higher the problem is the consistency. The first time we ate here it was so good We had the Chili Verde burrito. Chile verde burrito are the bomb a bit pricy. Not a problem if the size was consistent depending who is making them depends on the size. I've tried each of the tacos. Plenty of meat but chopped so fine it's dry. squeeze of lime helps Time of day matters lunch time is good. They close at 9pm if you go after 7pm every thing tends to be drier I haven't tried for breakfast burritos that's my next round. Fingers crossed. The size of the burrito is giant but for what? No flavor. Red sauce non existent.. Horchata watery. Chilaquiles bland. Oily beans. Service was not good. Waiter never checked up on us but was handling other tables who were white people. It be your own raza sometimes. Restroom had no soap either.

The restaurant itself has barely changed over the decades, which honestly never bothered me. What has bothered me is that in all those years, not once have I or my family ever truly felt welcomed there. No greeting. No acknowledgment. No appreciation. I tried not to let that stop me from supporting a small business, because as a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to survive and keep a business going. The day before Mother's Day, we stopped by to pick up food for my mother-in-law, who enjoys their soft carne asada tacos. When we walked in, Juventino was sitting on the bench. There was only one customer ahead of us. After that customer ordered, an employee handed another person a pickup order with what seemed like a forced smile -- but at least it was a smile. Then she answered the phone. We stood there for at least five minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment. Nothing. Finally, while the employee was still on the phone, I turned and said hello to Juventino. Only then were we acknowledged, and he smiled. It's amazing how something as simple as a smile or acknowledgment can completely change the atmosphere. When it was finally our turn, we ordered food for three people. Once our order was ready, Mia asked if I wanted salsa. I politely asked if it was possible to get four green salsas and one red salsa. Honestly, I fully expected her to tell me if there was an extra charge for additional salsa, and I was completely willing to pay for it. I also did not see any signs posted stating there would be an extra charge. Instead, she looked at me, walked to the kitchen, and handed me the order without saying anything, which naturally made me believe everything was included. To be clear, this was never about the money. I had already paid extra for two small guacamoles at $1.50 each because I wanted us to enjoy the meal. Had I been told that additional salsa cost extra, I would have gladly paid for it as well. When we arrived at my mother-in-law's house, the salsa order was wrong. Maybe to some people that sounds minor, but after years of feeling unwelcome, it honestly made me sad, frustrated, and unimportant as a customer. I called the restaurant, and Mia said she "didn't hear me." Then she handed the phone to her mother, who immediately told me that I had been rude and that her daughter was "a little girl" and that I had scared her. Her daughter is not a little girl. At some point, we need to stop making excuses for younger generations who lack basic customer service skills such as smiling, acknowledging customers, and saying "please" and "thank you." I will say that she did look presentable and professional in appearance, but kindness and hospitality matter just as much. What's disappointing is that there now appear to be three generations working there, yet no one ever seems happy to be there. No smiles. No warmth. No appreciation toward customers. The food is okay -- sometimes even good -- but never truly great. What keeps people loyal for decades is not just food. It's how you make people feel. Mr. Juventino, please take care of your employees. If they are unhappy, customers feel it immediately. There are many people who would be grateful to have a job and treat customers with kindness and appreciation. - SPANISH: Sr. Juventino, por favor cuide a sus empleados. Lastly, I do not remember the name of the last person I spoke with on the phone, but her final response to me was, "Go ahead and write a bad review," before hanging up on me. I truly wish your business continued success, but after nearly 35 years of support, I do not plan to return. We all need to learn from our mistakes -- myself included. This is actually the first negative review I have ever written, because I usually try to give people grace and understanding, especially as a fellow small business owner. What made this difficult is that this feeling did not come from just one bad day. It came from decades of feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer, and unfortunately, this experience became the final straw that broke the camel's back.
