Glass/ hard plastic in my burrito!
    Celina M.

We found a shard of plastic in our burrito! By the time we noticed the place was closed. Burrito Exchange has not only gone down in service and quality but the ownership is clearly falling apart. We ordered burritos at about 7:30pm and by the time we got home and decided to eat them it was around 9pm. We split one and it was flavorless. The asada looked like shredded beef, chile was going bad, and beans were lacking salt. And then, by pure luck my husband was able to detect something sharp in his bite, thank God he didn't swallow it! Someone could have been seriously hurt. I called Burrito Exchange the next morning and asked to speak with the manager or the owner. I let the person I spoke to know that there was a serious problem and that the owner needed to call me ASAP. He took down my name and number and I waited... I want a refund. I want the owner of Burrito Exchange to know about the dangerous negligence going on in this restaurant. 24 hours later, I did not receive a call back which says A-LOT. So I've taken to Yelp to let everyone know that I will no longer be supporting this business and I will let everyone know to avoid it at all costs. This place was once a favorite and at this point they deserve to be shut down.

I was craving a burrito after work, so we stopped by The Burrito Exchange since one of my buddies recommended it, and the reviews on Yelp seemed pretty decent. I got the asada with relleno. Yummm, It was pretty fire. That burrito was huge! I couldn't finish it and had to take it home, lol. I'm all about my hot sauces so the habernero sauce was good. (Not hot enough but good) My lil guy got the two asada tacos, and he said he loved them. My lucky day! There was a promotion, so I got a free drink. I chose the cucumber limon mixed with pineapple frescaaa. It really hit the spot. The ambiance was nice. It was a beautiful day to enjoy our food outside. They have seats inside and outside. Dope music as well--I was surprised they played house music. Service was good, the place is nice and clean. The restroom is in the back; you have to ask for the key. Over all we enjoyed our experience.

    No Coke, Pepsi!

They have real plates! That is a huge bonus for me, not as important as the quality of the food, but when a 'fast food style' spot uses real plates, good food tastes better, than when it's served on flimsy styrofoam, paper or plastic. But that's just me. Unfortunately, they only have plastic utensils, but but I know it's much harder to clean utensils than it is plates. At any rate, The Burrito Exchange has some good food. I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito and the Bean & Cheese Burrito. They are not served with rice but both are loaded, big, and tasty. I also tried the Chicken Soft Taco. It was mostly dark meat. Not my favorite but ok. They have a trio of salsas - salsa verde (mild), salsa roja (medium), salsa habanero (spicy). All three are good, but beware of the habanero - it's very hot! Also, they don't have Coke, just Pepsi - I'm just sayin'. The service is friendly and the chairs & tables are clean and comfortable. The Burrito Exchange is worth a visit. I will be back.

Use to be a huge fan. Place went down in service . All the workers do is talk when the owners not there and you're in the drive thru for 15+ plus minutes. Paying that much for a burrito, I guess you're paying for every minute you wait at that point. Just took a bite of my burrito and quality is trash too. Potatoes aren't even cooked Wish we can go back to when they first opened

Hand Made Flour Tortillas in house! Burritos are their game. Get the burritos. The burritos here are made of pure protein (of your choice), cheese, beans, pico de gallo - NO RICE. CARBS like rice or potatoes can be added by request. If you're a fan of Bean & Cheese Burritos, Burrito Exchange makes the BEST version of bean and cheese burritos out there; am usually not a fan of BC burritos. Their salsas habanero (orange) and verde (green) are excellent. I didn't care for the salsa roja (red), thought it was bland. They conveniently have a drive-thru and casual dine-in area. Cash and credit accepted. Friendly staff.

I absolutely love spam and was shocked I saw this on the menu. Now keep in mind ALL burritos come with whole beans so if you don't want it have them take it out. I don't think spam and eggs don't go good with beans so I always leave it out. Let me say this, they don't skimp! This burrito had a LOT of spam and I was loving it. The tortilla compliments it very well. They also have a weenie (hot dog) and egg burrito and I want to try that next. For you vegetarian they have a nopales (cactus) with egg burrito. Everything is worth a try!

Burrito Exchange Came for the homemade tortillas -- stayed because they were life-changing. Soft, warm, and made fresh these things could wrap up anything and I'd still eat them. Food: Two carne asada burritos with cheese + one Jarritos Pineapple soda = $38.59. Why so high? Well, extras aren't cheap here: cheese $1.75, guac $1.75, avocado $1.75, pico $1.50 (seriously?) sour cream $1.50. By the end, my burrito had more expensive accessories than I do. Worth it for the tortillas? Yes. Worth it every week? Not unless I win the lottery -- but if I do, I'm buying the whole place and calling it Tortilla Kingdom. Service: was good pretty standard. Ambiance: Low key (clean)

Mamma mia, what a burrito! I was initially drawn to this spot for their fresh made tortillas, which turned out to be amazing, and boy did I underestimate what else was to come. Everything in my pastor burrito was made fresh, from the beans to the pico de gallo to the salsas. The meat was marinated perfectly too. This was a fantastic burrito and I'll definitely be back. I ordered through the drive-thru, which was quick, so I did not have a chance to see inside, but the outside looks nice. The lady working the window was very friendly and was working really hard. Their burritos were made with love and care!

We were a party of over 40 who paid a significant amount of money and we had to ask for water, WATER numerous times. We were told we'd have two dedicated staff members and I mostly saw one the entire time making the experience truly unacceptable. The churro appetizers were stale and rubbery, while the food was OK the service was absolutely terrible. The Restaurant seems to be open to families but the manner in which the female waitresses dress, especially the hostesses, it seems inappropriate for young children. Most importantly, image is supreme over customer service and restaurants need great customer service to survive. The waitresses failed to offer genuine, courteous customer service because they're too snobby or concerned about self image that they don't smile or engage with the Mexican culture/race!!!! And get this....they truly DONT KNOW OUR FOOD, they got lost trying to explain the dish...come on owner don't you need clientele to survive?!? I gave this place TWO TRIES, unless the staff matches the a Mexican restaurant's true hospitable VIBE, NEVER coming back!! AND SADLY WORD gets around. You have a business to run, yet your meeting staff race quotas over true customer service!! P.s. many comments are stating service to be an issue...I noticed the only staff member that showed courtesy and had genuine hospitality was your plate server who had no accent!! That is true genuine Mexican hospitality! Get it together. Your place is as confused as if you were running a sushi restaurant with an Italian staff, it doesn't work, it doesn't match!!!
