I decided to DoorDash from Buttermilk Drop Bakery and Cafe, and I am so glad I did! The order was prepared quickly and was still warm when it arrived. I started off with a honey butter biscuit, which was soft yet crispy on the outside and had a nice sweet flavor. The only downside was that butter wasn't included in the order, so it was on the drier side. I then got an order of pancakes, which were delicious. I love when pancakes have a crispy edge where it was cooked in butter, and these did that perfectly. The smothered potatoes were unlike anything I have had before and were flavorful and a nice side. I then decided to try the glazed beignets, which were a nice sweet treat to end the meal with. They were a little dense, but I still enjoyed them!
