We spotted it at a local stop and decided to grab a quick seafood meal without committing to a full sit down restaurant. The menu is centered around lobster in just about every form imaginable, from rolls and bisque to tacos and grilled cheese, making it a convenient option when the truck happens to be nearby. We ordered the lobster roll and clam chowder. The lobster roll was good overall, though it came out a little smaller than expected given the price. The lobster itself leaned more toward claw meat rather than the larger tail pieces some people associate with a traditional New England lobster roll.
