They don't have bahn mi sandwiches like an older review mentioned but they do have ready made cold cut sandwiches and freshly made açaí bowls. They have real plants placed in different areas of the cafe and everything seemed to be well maintained. Today we tried four different flavored Vietnamese coffees- pandan, ube, sea salt, and egg foam. All of the flavors were on point but one flavor that left an impression on me was the pandan flavor. It wasn't too sweet, yet you can taste the pandan flavor and it was easy to drink. If you haven't had Vietnamese coffees before and you are in Arizona, looking for caffeine refill, I highly recommend you go check out Cafe Mollie. This place offers plenty of free parking spaces.

Lots of parking in the garage and I'm pretty sure it's free. Went in through the back entrance and the space is bright, clean, with some greenery. Cool bar setup with baristas making specialty drinks. I was between 2 drinks and but got the Rafa (recommended). Sooo good. Got it with oat milk and it was creamy, smooth, not too sweet, with a subtle nutty buttery flavor. Barista handed it to me which was sweet. I saw another barista like delivering to people sitting so that's always nice. Also grabbed the Miso Pecan Spelt Cookie Crispy, chewy, not too sweet. I went right before 10am and some desserts were sold out already! I'd come back for sure. Sit down and try something else.

The parking lot is not huge but I was able to find a spot easily. A few people were enjoying their drinks when I arrived. There is a good amount of seating but I can see it getting full quickly. I had perused the menu beforehand as I usually do and although a few of the teas looked tempting, I fulfilled my craving by ordering the Saigon Special, a strongly brewed cafe su da (Vietnamese Coffee) with a special blend of sweet milk topped with sea salt cream, and requested easy ice and honey boba. This has a lot of caffeine in it and I try not to order so late in the day, but I wanted it. The bobaista who took my order was friendly and welcoming, and helpful after I accidentally typed in my phone number incorrectly. Prices were fair: $6 for the drink and $0.75 to add boba. My drink was ready quickly and it looked great. It was pretty sweet with the boba and drink at regular sugar level, and I should have mixed in the sea salt cream to help combine the flavors. It was delicious though and hit the spot. I was left with salty foam at the end so I will remember to mix my drink next time. I also tried the Avocado Chill, which is a fresh hass avocado smoothie with fresh strawberries and condensed milk. Not a big smoothie girl but it was nice. I'm not in this area much but I would come back in the future, and probably try one of their milk teas.

I've been frequenting this architectural marvel for over 10 years. While so many new shops try to mimic this vibe, none of them are Lux. Lux is King! The 11-Year Flashback: I looked back at my review from 11 years ago when I docked them a star for the "nightmare parking." Back then, I was a "to-go" only person who never envisioned myself as a laptop-hipster hanging out. Well, times change! I'm bumping them up to 5 stars now. Maybe it's the new competition nearby or my better timing, but the parking is a breeze, and I've officially embraced the "comfy chair" lifestyle. The "Cheers" Factor: What really sets this place apart is the people. After a decade of visits, it truly feels like Cheers--where everybody knows my name! Getting to know the folks behind the counter makes every visit feel like coming home. The Sip of the Night: I shifted from my usual plain Cappuccino as my target drink to include in a review to feature their Espresso Martini. I went with a Reposado base instead of the typical vodka, and it was stellar. With two full bars in addition to the coffee and pastry bar, craft drinks truly abound here! (Note: they have an amazing cappuccino too) The Comfort Classics: You cannot leave without the food. My go-to favorites? The Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese and the legendary Chocolate Chip or Red Velvet cookies. Return Factor: 100% I've been coming here for a decade, and it's still the gold standard. As I said in my review 11 years ago: "I see a book, comfy chair and cocktail in my future! Stumble home... Repeat." Still true today! #PHXCoffeeShopTour #1CupAtATime #LuxCentral #PhoenixOriginal #EspressoMartini #FlashbackReview

Provision revamped their menu since I last patronized a few years back, and that was just one part of how impressed I was. We ordered the Steak Sandwich (+ side of spiced potatoes) and the Protein Bowl. Both were SUPER yummy and filling, but the bowl knocked it out of the park with the seasoning, flavors and textures of all the elements. I'm excited to go back to Provision to get another protein bowl! Very fairly priced for the quality, as well. As for the drinks, we ordered a matcha latte (oat milk) and a cold brew (+ whole milk + sugar free vanilla). The matcha is SO good - it's a ceremonial grade matcha mixed with raw honey. The oat milk was a perfect cream addition + the microfoam on top makes me think they put a lot of love into making this! The cold brew had a good umami taste (I know - different for a cold brew), and the proportions of the foam + cream + syrup + cold brew were PERFECT! Our only gripe is that we wish the servings were larger. The barista who took our order was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He was great with directions and was very friendly. As for provision, if you haven't been before, it's dual-level with seating of all sorts on two floors. There's a lot of parking outside (because it's inside an office building), and easy to find.

Whether its a casual coffee, lunch or hard-core study session it has a spot for all.

Very welcoming space in an enormous lobby, and easy to access. Chairs, sofas, bartops, tables... the seating choices are endless. Well lit, with a security guard tucked away to keep watch. The menu is straightforward, all the expected coffee choices, and a more extensive food selection than I'd anticipated. I chose to combine the avocado toast and substitute the toast for an everything bagel. They asked if I'd like chili flakes on that and... of course! The cappuccino was excellent, with dense, stiff foam, deep flavor, and perfectly portioned. The avocado bagel was phenomenal, with good, chunky avocado, spread thick on a buttered and toasted bagel. Plenty enough to spread along both sides and have a bit left over. The flow of customers was steady and they worked through all of the orders quickly and efficiently... really could not ask for a better quick coffee breakfast experience.
