I'm from Louisiana, and most "cajun" restaurants in Texas leave much to be desired. My wife and I decided to try the boiled crawfish here and we're not just pleasantly surprised, but actually impressed! Whoever they had boiling the crawfish, did it perfect! Louisiana style!!! Highly recommend for authentic boiled crawfish! Big con is the only sell individual drinks, so you have to pay, per drink, no free refills of any kind. The place is kept very clean. The food is amazing, with great customer service. I was just sitting for good 20 minutes and I was asked more then twice if I needed anything else. The boil shrimp Cajun is of the chain. I asked them for extra spicy and boy it's so good. The crawfish has such a good taste. Ordered a mixed mild 4 lbs. Of crawfish with potatoes and corn for 2 people and a shrimp and fries basket. The food is AMAZING. I am a very picky crawfish eater and can tell you their crawfish is fresh, the right size, boiled and seasoned perfectly! I love a garlic butter seasoning with extra garlic and sauce. Need to rinse your hands? There's also a little sink in the bathroom hall to take care of that instead of having to open a door to the bathroom with dirty crawfish hands. A hidden treasure...Spicy garlic butter crawfish is amazing. The fish/shrimp basket was great too. Definitely order the fries they have a seasoning on them which makes them really tasty. If you like edamame order them with the spicy garlic butter you won't regret it. Service is fast and friendly . read more

As soon as you walk up, sign says "we do NOT split checks". What's so Complicated about 2 orders 2 Checks???? If I invite 6 friends, hardly anyone carries cash, 1 shouldn't have to pay it all. We were seated we quickly chose our meals, 2 separate tables were seated after us. While waiting to place our order 11 minutes after being seated they tended to the 2 other tables who sat after us. Asked about their burger if it was Cajun is regular, asked if they could be Cajun, just takes seasoning right? Answer is no. So customer service goes down the tube there. Both other tables recieved their food before us, which was to be expected since they ordered before us. I got my appetizer well after the other tables got their meals, Alligator.....almost burnt and it game w/ more onion rings than alligator, and those were burnt. No mention in the menu of onion rings, the non personable server said nothing about Onion rings, I CAN'T stand onion rings. So then my "cajun" fries comes out, they ARE good w/ the seasoning they could of put on the burger to make it a "Cajun" burger. They had a dipping sauce for the fries that was good too, hell even put that dipping sauce on the burger and you have a "cajun" burger. I'll go back back but wasn't impressed this time around. On another positive note, my friend stated that her shrimp po boy was huge and it was but the shrimp had NO flavor just the same grease everything else is fried in. read more

We ate there and both had shrimp baskets which were okay. Ordered boudain balls for appetizer but never got them. There is no ice for drinks which all come in a can or bottle so if you want a refill you have to pay for another can or bottle. Service was average. Not interested in eating there again. read more
