They were able to see my car within a week of me reaching out for an appt, and they only kept my car for ~5 hours. They tried everything they could to find the source of my leak, but when they couldn't, they referred me to Liberty Water Leak, who was fantastic and found the sources of my leak and water damage within a few hours. With the comprehensive exam, they listed each item that needed repair and were not pushy AT ALL. They also answered all of my questions, yes... even the dumb ones. There was an oversight where my wiper cowlings were not installed correctly, so I did leave an honest review on SureCritic saying that I wasn't sure if I'd trust them with further repairs due to that mistake. Within a week of posting that review, the shop called me to apologize and discuss what happened. On top of that, they refunded me my entire bill. I understand now why Tom Dwyer Auto has such good reviews-- They genuinely care about their customers and producing quality work. I was asked to meet so parts could be picked up. I was sent a Google Maps location, drove there, and waited--only to be asked where I was. I was then sent a second location, which turned out to be 18 minutes away, after I had already spent about 20 minutes driving to the first spot based on the information provided. Instead of acknowledging the confusion, I was told that the situation was a waste of time and that I should find another mechanic. This was after I had already rearranged my schedule and made the effort to meet based on his directions. The lack of consideration, poor communication, and dismissive attitude were very unprofessional. Coordination matters just as much as technical skill, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short in that area.
