That being said I have never felt uneasy about being alone here or taking my dog out for walks alone after dark. The only reason I knocked off a star is because yes parking is pretty bad. There really isn't anything they can do though due to limited space. Also because I wish we had a gym instead of a room that is only used for a few parties. Also because of all the people that let their dogs out, without leashes....something really needs to be done about that. Points given: 1 Maintenance: The maintenance guys work as hard as it is possible. To be honest every-time I see these guys they are on the run fixing things and making living here possible. My neighbor upstairs had 2 little kids jumping around in the evenings so my ceiling lights broke. I asked so they can be replaced. They came in a day or two after and replaced every single light and even left a "how to note" for increasing the life span of newly installed lights. We have a diverse group of neighbors with different personalities so people can be quiet (Like us) or load (like my former neighbor) but this is not the management fault.
