We visited The Cheesecake Factory on a Saturday night, and as expected, it was pretty busy. Even with a reservation, we still had a bit of a wait, so just keep that in mind if you're planning a weekend visit. Once seated, we started with the complimentary bread--one was like a sourdough baguette and the other a darker pumpernickel-style loaf. Both were fresh and really good, a nice way to kick things off. For my meal, I went with the Bistro Burger. It came topped with provolone, caramelized onions, arugula, and a garlic aïoli on a sub-style bun. I added tomatoes, and it was served with fries. The burger itself was cooked perfectly to medium rare, which I appreciated. Flavor-wise, it was solid--but for $20.95, it felt a little on the smaller side compared to what you'd expect for that price point. My wife ordered the chopped salad, and it was huge. She really enjoyed it and said it was packed with flavor--definitely a better value portion-wise. Service was fine. Our server was clearly busy but did a good job keeping our drinks full and checking in when she could. And yes, we were at Cheesecake Factory and skipped the cheesecake. At $11.95 for a slice (on the low end), it just didn't feel worth the splurge this time. Overall, they have an enormous menu with plenty of options, but prices are definitely on the higher end for what I'd consider a mid-range restaurant. The burger was good, just not something I'd come back specifically for--especially given the price and portion size. My friend and I went here for her birthday. Unfortunately the silverware looked dirty, it may have been dishwasher stained but the spoon still had things crusted to it. Our waitress was very nice and service was quick. I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich. It was phenomenal! We got the s'mores cheesecake for dessert and it was also awesome. Went to dinner here with two friends to celebrate birthdays. I ordered the Chopped Salad. The base was Julien romaine with chicken, tomatoes, avacado, corn, bacon with blue cheese. I changed to shredded cheddar. The dressing was vinegerette. The salad was very large sbd fresh. It was delicious and I was plenty full. The server was very good and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was a little chaotic. We had a reservation but still waited awhile to be seated. Service: I'll say the service depends on the time of day you come, but in fairness it's only ever if they're new and learning or slammed. Usually service is easy and Jordan is a fantastic server and I ask for him regularly. Ambiance/atmosphere: As expected it's nice inside but can be loud and a little crowded. I don't know what Cheesecake Factory isn't to be fair. Food: I stick to my reliables and for that reason I have never ate something I did not enjoy. Chicken Madeira: is delicious with a sweet wine sauce and very well sautéed mushrooms and the mash potatoes are always solid with the juicy chicken. Crispy Chicken Castoletta: My favorite dish on the menu and always an absolute treat to enjoy. Crispy chicken with that delicious lemon butter sauce and it all mixes fantastically with the mash potatoes. Asparagus in both dishes are flavorful and normally well cooked without being too soft. 4 cheese pasta: my girlfriends die hard dish is very good. You can get it with chicken, but I'd say it is better with just the pasta. It all mixes very well and has a nice and delightful taste without being too heavy. Lemon ricotta pancakes: these are some of the best pancakes. They're soft, but also nice a fluffy with a beautiful lemon taste. Carrot cake: I am a huge fan of carrot cake and am always looking for a step up. For someone like me who loves a modern carrot cake with all the twists and lots of pecans/walnuts it hits the spot. Portion size is generous--usually enough for leftovers. Louisiana Chicken Pasta Bold, creamy, and allegedly spicy. Highly recommend ordering extra seasoning. Approx. price: $18.50-$25.50. Cucumber Lemonade They offer regular, strawberry, peach, and cucumber lemonade. We needed a quick, late lunch after taking our kids to Legoland Discovery Center. Our server was excellent and apologized for the lack of coloring or something else to keep our exhausted kids busy while they waited. She brought extra paper napkins and pens for them to draw and we so appreciated that. She was very nice and accommodating overall. The service made our meal. Our food took a while to prepare even though the restaurant was fairly empty. Our food was pretty good. They were out of what my husband wanted, but the alternative meal was good (he had the chicken parm lunch portion, which is still large). Unfortunately our brunch experience was rather disappointing. It took over 2 hours to get our food and it took nearly 50 minutes just to get our drinks. On top of that, the server brought us pure melted butter in a syrup container, which everyone poured on their meals only to quickly discover the dishes ruined by such an excessive amount of butter. Even the unbuttered food tasted like frozen meals, and was lack luster to say the least. This coupled with the loud, crowded, sticky restaurant with unclean plates and silverware have solidified our unfortunate view of this location. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed the Factory. I was back in Columbus for visits and haven't been here for a while and was happy to swing by for a to go order. They have a HUGE menu and that's a challenge - finding just the right meal with so many choices. I decided to keep it simple and didn't go far into the menu - opting for bowls. I got the southern fried chicken bowl and the Peruvian bowl. Both were very good. The Peruvian bowl tasted Mediterranean but had delicious grilled chicken atop rice and black beans. It also had sweet plantains. Even better was the fried chicken bowl. Instead of rice, the foundation was mashed potatoes and corn. It also had green beans. I'm not a fan of crunchy green beans so I didn't eat those, but some people like them that way so I won't deduct stars for my personal preference there. The fried chicken balls were amazing! While they were good plain, they provided honey and hot sauce dipping sauces that complimented the chicken quite well. Loved it loved it loved it! read more

The portion is small, and the chicken, I don't know man...I think the chicken is on diet, I hardly see any in there When I ordered, I was afraid I might not able to finish everything, but i finished everything, friend of mine ordered the avocado egg roll, I finished that too. I tried the peach lemonade and it was fantastic. I was a bit shocked by the price. $6.50 for a lemonade. I ordered a Parmesan crusted chicken at the servers recommendation. It was soggy. Not cooked crispy at all. The asparagus was stringy and touch. And the mashed potatoes were barely warm. Very disappointing. We went and had a wonderful server Abby (Abena W), she was so great I can not say anything bad about my experience there because of her. I am gluten free and have been to CF before. The pasta and burgers are great there but I was inquiring about some other options and she went back to the kitchen and was about to work around my allergy to get me something else, while I wasn't about to make the kitchen deal with that, it was truly the effort that counted for me. The Cheesecake Factory and Easton definitely still stays busy. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and it was very full which made the service a little slow. We chose to order from the Skinny (lower calorie) menu. The shrimp tacos were nothing special - the tortillas were extra chewy and the shrimp were not very well seasoned, but the sauces and veggies were fresh and good. The dressing on the salad was a sweet and spicy dressing that was good. The beef "medallions" were somewhat laughable because in reality they are 4 bites of beef - definitely not medallions. While the overall dish with asparagus and mashed potatoes was tasty, the portion is so small I'm not sure it is worth them putting this on the skinny menu. It was definitely not worth the over $20 price tag. The bread that is served with dinner is very tasty. We took two pieces of cheesecake home for dessert - Godiva chocolate and Cinnabon cinnamon roll. Both were excellent - which this restaurant lives up to its name by consistently having good cheesecake. The restaurant is still clean and good for large parties. It has a large menu with lots of options but overall we've found the food to be just OK. Highly recommend for dessert. I would not recommend ordering off the skinny menu - just know if you eat here you are going to eat a lot of calories. read more

They probably didn't even investigate to see if there were some shenanigans but just tried to pay me off with a gift card Not a good look for.this business. But the 2 stars is for the hard stale bread we were served, our server then did not get back to us for another 30mins to take our food orders, and another 40 mins til we received our food. Then another server had the audacity to ask us to move in the middle of eating to seat another party (even though there was plenty of open seatings around us). My friends said they thought the meat was a little tough? Did not love the sauce it was in. Pineapple Moscow mule - decent. Very strong ginger taste. But I guess it's a Mule, so yeah. Hair found in cheesecake, male waiter uncomfortably flirting with male customer. While visiting with family, I could not help but notice the male waiter was actively flirting me. I am a man, and a very straight male at that. I was sat with my mother, sister and girlfriend. Along with the uncomfortable nature of the interaction, the waiter did not write anything down and did manage to mess up our cheesecake order. After getting our cheesecake to go, I checked on the dessert on the way home and found an 8 inch hair within the cheesecake and pulled it out.
