My friend and I went here for her birthday. Unfortunately the silverware looked dirty, it may have been dishwasher stained but the spoon still had things crusted to it. Our waitress was very nice and service was quick. I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich. It was phenomenal! We got the s'mores cheesecake for dessert and it was also awesome. I love the variability of their menu, you can get something new each time. Hopefully the silverware being dirty was a fluke and maybe next time it will be better.

Went to dinner here with two friends to celebrate birthdays. I ordered the Chopped Salad. The base was Julien romaine with chicken, tomatoes, avacado, corn, bacon with blue cheese. I changed to shredded cheddar. The dressing was vinegerette. The salad was very large sbd fresh. It was delicious and I was plenty full. The server was very good and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was a little chaotic. We had a reservation but still waited awhile to be seated. The front area was super crowded and loud. The front hostess desk was a little crazy. Overall we had a good experience.

Cheesecake factory is a nice place. They have a very large variety of food on their menu, but I have no understanding at all who decided that this was the bread to have here. This bread is hard as heck and it is disgusting. The butter is ridiculously cold and it doesn't even spread.

Another spectacular visit to The Cheesecake Factory. As always, we had an amazing experience and this time the service was exceptional, our server was kind and patient, some mistakes were made, but the staff was always updating us about the situation and the manager stopped by our table to apologize for the inconvenience, the food was extremely good, the ambiance was comfy during that busy time and though we spent more time there than we planned, we left the place happy and satisfied (that's what she said)

Service: I'll say the service depends on the time of day you come, but in fairness it's only ever if they're new and learning or slammed. Usually service is easy and Jordan is a fantastic server and I ask for him regularly. Ambiance/atmosphere: As expected it's nice inside but can be loud and a little crowded. I don't know what Cheesecake Factory isn't to be fair. Food: I stick to my reliables and for that reason I have never ate something I did not enjoy. Chicken Madeira: is delicious with a sweet wine sauce and very well sautéed mushrooms and the mash potatoes are always solid with the juicy chicken. Crispy Chicken Castoletta: My favorite dish on the menu and always an absolute treat to enjoy. Crispy chicken with that delicious lemon butter sauce and it all mixes fantastically with the mash potatoes. Asparagus in both dishes are flavorful and normally well cooked without being too soft. 4 cheese pasta: my girlfriends die hard dish is very good. You can get it with chicken, but I'd say it is better with just the pasta. It all mixes very well and has a nice and delightful taste without being too heavy. Lemon ricotta pancakes: these are some of the best pancakes. They're soft, but also nice a fluffy with a beautiful lemon taste. Carrot cake: I am a huge fan of carrot cake and am always looking for a step up. For someone like me who loves a modern carrot cake with all the twists and lots of pecans/walnuts it hits the spot. Perfectly accompanied by that cream cheese frosting and amazing coconut texture from the flakes. It is the best modern carrot cake. Absolutely incredible.

4/5 Stars The Cheesecake Factory at Easton Town Center If you've ever needed a training montage just to read a menu, The Cheesecake Factory is where you'll find it. The menu is practically a novel, but after many visits to this Easton location, I've found consistent favorites that make all those pages worth flipping through. Standout Dishes Cajun Salmon I always order this medium, double seasoned, with extra sauce. The salmon comes out perfectly blackened and tender every time. Sides of mashed potatoes and buttery corn round out the plate nicely without feeling too heavy. Approx. price: $19.95 at lunch, $28.95 at dinner. Portion size is generous--usually enough for leftovers. Louisiana Chicken Pasta Bold, creamy, and allegedly spicy. Highly recommend ordering extra seasoning. You can also customize by adding grilled shrimp, salmon, or chargrilled steak for an extra charge. Great option if you want something filling that still feels a little upscale. Approx. price: $18.50-$25.50. Cucumber Lemonade They offer regular, strawberry, peach, and cucumber lemonade. Cucumber is by far the best in my opinion--lightly sweet, bright, and served with fresh mint actually in the glass. Free refills are a nice touch that not every chain restaurant offers. Caramel Cheesecake with Extra Whipped Cream Rich, smooth, and consistently my favorite dessert here. Even with dozens of cheesecake flavors, I keep coming back to this one. Ambiance & Atmosphere This location is big, busy, and definitely has an energetic atmosphere. Expect some noise, especially on weekends and evenings. Despite the size, tables usually feel comfortable and clean. The décor is that classic semi-upscale Cheesecake Factory look--warm lighting, detailed ceilings, and plenty of booths. If you're looking for an intimate or quiet dinner, it may not be your top choice, but it works well for groups and casual get-togethers. Service Service can be a mixed bag because of how large this location is, but it's usually consistent and friendly. If you want exceptional service, I recommend asking if Lily (sometimes called Ms. Flowers) is working--she's attentive, personable, and always leaves a great impression. Pro Tips for a Better Visit * The lunch menu is the same portion as dinner but at a noticeably lower price. * Portions are huge, so you'll likely leave with leftovers. * The menu variety is overwhelming, so it helps to narrow down a few choices before you arrive. * Customize your meals thoughtfully (extra seasoning and sauce really help), but sometimes simple is best--trying to do too much can lead to disappointment. Who This Location is Best For * Families and big groups who want lots of menu variety * Diners who love generous portions and classic comfort food * Anyone who doesn't mind a lively, busy atmosphere Bottom Line The Cheesecake Factory at Easton Town Center is consistent, reliable, and delivers on big portions, solid flavors, and plenty of options. If you know what to order and keep it simple, you'll almost always have a satisfying meal.

We needed a quick, late lunch after taking our kids to Legoland Discovery Center. Our server was excellent and apologized for the lack of coloring or something else to keep our exhausted kids busy while they waited. She brought extra paper napkins and pens for them to draw and we so appreciated that. She was very nice and accommodating overall. The service made our meal. Our food took a while to prepare even though the restaurant was fairly empty. Our food was pretty good. They were out of what my husband wanted, but the alternative meal was good (he had the chicken parm lunch portion, which is still large). My kids loved their meals - chicken tenders and crispy cheese bites. I got the shawarma and it was good, but I think the sauce on it was basically ranch dressing.

I tried the peach lemonade and it was fantastic. I was a bit shocked by the price. $6.50 for a lemonade. I ordered a Parmesan crusted chicken at the servers recommendation. It was soggy. Not cooked crispy at all. The asparagus was stringy and touch. And the mashed potatoes were barely warm. Very disappointing. Actually the other guest at my table ordered the same meal and there was a visible difference in the finished product. The food took a very long time to arrive. As always the bread was hot and delicious.

It's truly special when a server makes the effort to get to know everyone at the table, make jokes and join in on the laughs. I was visiting Columbus for the weekend, and throughout the rest of my stay after dinner, I can say this meal was a highlight! The atmosphere was beautiful, and we were seated right away! The cocktails were amazing, I had a strawberry fields. Now as for the short ribs, they melted in my mouth! They paired perfectly with the risotto, truly a great plate of food that felt like home! I have already recommended this place to friends visiting Columbus soon!

We visited yesterday around 3 PM after seeing the new Mario movie. We didn't have a reservation, but seating wasn't an issue at that time. As always, the restaurant was clean, lively, and welcoming. The staff was very kind, and our waitress was attentive throughout our visit. We ordered many of our usual favorites, but my entrée--the braised short rib--was not quite up to the standard I've come to expect. While the meat itself was still tender, moist, and flavorful, the risotto was disappointing. It lacked its usual creamy texture and was noticeably too thick. Additionally, the dish was served with only carrots as the root vegetable, whereas in the past it has included a variety of vegetables that really elevated the overall flavor and presentation. I was especially disappointed because this was actually the first time I remembered to take a photo of my meal before digging in. I came in fully intending to finally leave a glowing five-star review based on all of our previous great experiences--but unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to that expectation. This was surprising, especially given how consistently great this dish--and the restaurant overall--has been during our previous visits. We've dined here at least five times this year and even celebrated our son's third birthday here, so this experience felt out of character. One difference worth noting is that we typically visit for dinner, and this was our first time coming during the afternoon. It's possible there may be differences in the kitchen or service during that time. We do plan to return, as we're hoping this was just an off day. This place has earned a lot of goodwill from us over time, but we wanted to share this experience in case it's helpful for others.

For $20, you get a starter, an entrée, and a dessert, which is hard to beat. The restaurant was quiet without feeling empty, and the background music was just loud enough to create a nice atmosphere while still allowing us to have a conversation. The dining room and the restroom were both clean, which I always appreciate. Our server, Liz, was the highlight of the visit. She was prompt, attentive, and refreshingly honest when I asked about menu substitutions. Instead of saying everything on the menu was great just to make a sale, she gave genuine recommendations, and I really appreciated that. She also stayed on top of our drinks, bringing refills before we ever had to ask. She checked on us several times throughout the meal without being intrusive. We ordered the Cookie Skillet for dessert, and she waited until we were actually finished eating before bringing it out so the ice cream wouldn't melt. It's those little details that make a difference. I started with the fresh garden salad, followed by the BB-style pizza with pepperoni and sausage. At first glance, it looked like sausage only because the pepperoni is layered under the cheese. The pizza was loaded with cheese and toppings, and the crust had a nice texture. The sauce leaned more savory than sweet. I personally prefer a sweeter pizza sauce, but it was still flavorful and enjoyable. We also shared the Carolina Gold chicken chunks, onion rings, and provolone wedges. The onion rings had a nice crispy coating and actually tasted like onions, which isn't always the case. The Carolina Gold chicken chunks were generously coated in the Carolina Gold sauce, but the chicken itself was pretty bland and mostly tasted like the sauce. I also think they could have been cooked just a little longer. The provolone wedges were hot, cheesy, and tasty--it's hard to mess those up, but they definitely hit the spot. The Cookie Skillet was the perfect way to end the meal. The cookie was served warm with crispy edges and a soft, gooey center filled with melted chocolate chips. It was topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and pecans. Even though I boxed up the rest of my meal to take home, I made sure to eat the cookie while it was still warm with the melting ice cream, and I'm glad I did. It was definitely my favorite part of the meal. One small observation: the restroom doors open inward, so if you've got a big back like me, getting out can be a little awkward. Thankfully, the restroom itself was very clean. Overall, I think the 614 Restaurant Week special is a great deal. Between the generous portions, comfortable atmosphere, clean restaurant, and exceptional service from Liz, I'd definitely come back. The food wasn't perfect, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but I'd absolutely recommend Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill if you're looking for a casual place where you can enjoy a good meal, have a conversation, and get a lot of food for the price.

Had to get a Tito's Martini. Really well done. For dinner went with the steak and enchilada. Was a bit worried because they didn't ask for steak temp but wow, wow, wow great dish! Steak was fantastic and what a great combo with that cheesy enchilada. Had to get a cookie from what I over heard from others. Couldn't decide between praline peanut butter or the chocolate chip so got both, why not, I'm here a couple nights. Which one was better? Both were awesome, guess you will have to get both to decide.

The restaurant was very nice and huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I decided on their ricotta banana pancakes with a side of sausage and coffee. The coffee is self serve which was nice and they just give you a mug after you pay. So unlimited refills! Yes! Our food was brought over by our nice waiter which made sure we were taken care of so that was nice. The pancakes were very fluffy and light and were topped off with banana slices. The sausage on a side plate was super tasty. I could taste the pepper and rosemary seasoning and it was very juicy. The coffee was very good and I served myself another hot cup! I would definitely come back!

TL;DR: Food was really good...that's about it…read more We had reservations at 7PM on Saturday for Restaurant Week, yet we still had to wait about 25 minutes to be seated. So, it wasn't off to a good start. When we finally made it to our table, our waitress didn't seem too thrilled to be there. Staffing appeared to be an issue, which was made apparent when it took a while just to get our water. At least the complimentary bread was good! We placed our orders, but I was extremely let down when the waitress said they ran out of limoncello cake. That was one of the main reasons I chose this restaurant. Bummer! My appetizer was the sausage stuffed mushrooms. The presentation really needed some work, but it was delicious. The sausage had a hint of spice and the mushrooms were cooked perfectly. I then got the chicken parmesan, which came with a side of pasta. Again, excellent dish. Very moist chicken. For dessert, I opted for the turtle cheesecake since limoncello was out of the question. Two others in my party ordered the banana cheesecake, only for our waitress to come out just before handing us our dishes and say, "We're actually out of that too, so you're getting turtle cheesecake." Everyone in my group had to swap out our initial choice, so we weren't thrilled. The turtle cheesecake was delicious though! I was quite surprised. However, the slice was pitiful! It was so small! I felt jipped. To top it off, we had to bus our table at some points because no one took our plates. There wasn't any room for the dessert, so we used the nearby counter to stack our dishes. I really wanted to give a positive review because I enjoyed the food, but the poor service and running out of dessert options ruined it.

Absolutely unbelievable. yes, it was the end of the night. However, I felt that we were hovered over an eyeball to hurry up so they could get their night going. Keep in mind it said that it was open for another hour when we got there and I even called from the parking lot to make sure, in the Cook himself said they were open, but when I got there, the concierge lady said they were close, but then figured why not let me eat. Seems rather strange. I could hear them in the kitchen with loud music and let seem to be partying going on. Guessing there is no supervision here. I noticed the other server was using the computer for food and drink orders for a party out in another area, however, ours wrote it on a piece of paper and took it back so I am hoping the money wasn't pocketed. The parking lot seemed extremely dangerous with what looked to be gang activity, loud, sketchy, looking vehicles, and people literally standing in the parking lot, staring us down as we got in the car.... Surprised we did not get mugged. I definitely had my mace in hand. $200.00 worth of doom and gloom.

They were very forgiving to me not liking the drink, got the wrong side and offered to bring the correct one out. Left the broccolini on the table aswell. I really enjoyed my lunch, I had lamb . Which was mad fantastically. The petite lamb chops were very easy to eat. And so tender, I got them pink. Shrimp was OK. I got the cucumber mojito which was amazing aswell. Definitely pay for the experience but worth every penny in my opinion. I would love to come back and visit to try more dishes.

This one didn't offer one, which was a general disappointment (and offering to be might benefit them-- the place was dead for most of the two hours we were there). The space is beautiful and luxurious: a lovely fountain is in the center and signature chandeliers fill the dining area. I was a little disappointed that the choices of seating were were given -- though the place was empty-- was either a very small table (so small our servers apologized for having to awkwardly stack things as dishes came out) or a table attached to the only other large party dining there. Felt like a very strange choice. Also, while the place is very upscale and very expensive, that vibe was somewhat at odds with other diners who did arrive in what literally looked like old pajama pants and workout gear. The food was all good, but portions are very small for the big prices: entrees are all in the $50 range, sandwiches in the $30 range. A "petite" baked potato (which is petite indeed) was $14; burrata was $26. It was fine, but you can have a true consistently upscale experience elsewhere for those kinds of prices. I'd come back -- if there was a happy hour!
