We have been to this new location a couple times and do like it. This last time we came for my hubby's birthday cheesecake. Our server was Yoshi. She was super sweet, helpful and bubbly. We ordered avocado egg rolls and the dipping sauce was a light tamarind sauce which is sweet. It's a somewhat diff flavor profile than we are use to and we liked it. It came with six which essentially is 3 egg rolls cut in half. We had a hard time deciding on a cheesecake so Yoshi asked one of the waiters who tried a bunch of cheesecakes to come over and make his recs. In addition, the guy working at the cheesecake counter knew a ton and was an expert on all the different cheesecakes, sweet, rich, not too sweet, etc. All of them made our experience great. The service here is excellent. In our other visit, we had the chicken Madeira. This is our go to here. We know there's a big menu but we just get stay away from it. We love our brown bread too. And the asparagus, mashed potatoes and chicken are great to share. We also ask for extra Madeira sauce bc it's that good. We did like the chocolate turtle cheesecake w/ added raspberry syrup. But miss the very cherry Ghirardelli chocolate that they discontinued. Love sitting in the comfy booths here and the lighting. They also have outside seating that is covered as well. Been to Cheescake Factory several times but many years ago. Restaurant was busy. Drinks at the bar while we waited were fine. Seating got things mixed up where we were a group of 4 and they brought us to a 2 top, got this fixed fairly quickly. Free Bread Basket to start was pretty good. Started with a Warm Crab Dip that was pretty good. Steak Diane was pretty good. The Tuna Tataki at $26.95 was a really small portion of Tuna - Disappointed. Happy Anniversary to us!! Decided to go to The Cheesecake Factory for our anniversary dinner. We did not have a plan but I knew that I would enjoy it so it was the choice. This is a fairly new location located at the local outlet center. It's pretty much a busy location and on top of it being back to school shopping time it was fairly busy in and around the restaurant. Our wait time was about 10 minutes and we got seated outside on the patio. That was nice because it was not too hot outside. We started things odd with a Michelob Ultra and a Strawberry Spritz along with Truffle Fries. I sipped my drink and did not like it so I sent it back and got the Peach Bellini. It was delicious. For dinner I got the Chicken Potstickers and my husband got the double smash burger. Everything was delicious as always. We also got the Adam's Peanut Butter Perfection Cheesecake to take home. My favorite. Our server Gerardo was pretty awesome. Very attentive and a sweetheart. Good service like what he gave definitely made our evening pretty great. I have walked into this Cheesecake Factory a few times after shopping at the outlet mall, but it was always packed with no immediate seating. On this day, I walked in and it was packed, but I got a seat at the bar to watch some World Cup soccer. I used to come here a lot as a kid to their location in Indianapolis. A year ago this location was just a parking lot. At the bar, I ordered $13.50 crispy brussels sprouts to start. These are now officially the 3rd best chain restaurant brussels sprouts. If these were a little more charred they'd be absolutely perfect. I like the bacon and glaze of these. Also, I like the fact that they're 570 calories. For my main entree, I had the $16.50 Bee Sting Flatbread. Wow, I had no idea Cheesecake Factory even had flatbread, let alone delicious flatbread. I really liked this thing. The server next to me said it's the best item on the menu. Only 1170 calories. I would definitely come back here and order both of these items again. Only downside here is there are maybe 10 seats at the bar at best. But they do have TV's to watch sports. Nice place to come relax after a day of shopping at the outlet mall. read more

I had a wonderful first experience at this Cheesecake Factory location. First off, it helps to have a reservation - despite it being a Tuesday night, it was fairly busy. Chelsea was an excellent server and incredibly helpful. Right off the bat, she had overall menu recommendations, and when I probed further, she shared her top 4-6 entree preferences from a variety of sections of their extensive menu. She was prompt with her delivery of our drink orders, House bread, and the super yummy appetizer, their crispy crab bites. I went with her recommendation of the Jamaican spicy shrimp and boy were they spicy! My friend had the Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken. We capped the evening off with a slice of their chocolate mousse cheesecake. Meet my family for a quick lunch - we didn't mind the wait but then when others were being checked in when they arrived after us, we rechecked in hostess was rude said she jad our name and number but we never said to actually put it on the waitlist which was pretty ridiculous. She had even previously said to wait for a text. Cobb salad was good but I miss how they used to cut the lettuce. The calamari wasokay but bland. The wait for the food is short too compared to other one I have visited. The interior decoration is nice with high ceilings. I ordered the grilled steak medallions. Previously I like the skirt steak Caribbean. But they no longer serve that in their menu. The medallion steak is very good. The side comes with it also good. Great for a hungry meal. My wife has the chicken katsu. This dish is in the special menu meaning only seasoned menu. Her dish also good because it is a Korean flavor. Service is good. I absolutely love the Cheesecake Factory. All locations are great. We were at the outlet mall and opted to give it a try and weren't disappointed. Given it is at the outlet mall, service wasnt slow, our waitress was friendly and was quick with refills. My son chose the smaller portion of the orange chicken and raved about it. I had the southern fried chicken and everything was hot and delicious. The green beans were a perfect vegetable. We took cheesecake home since we were so full. The banana cream cheesecake is the best out of all of them and they will give you extra whipped cream if you ask. Amazing restaurant and staff. We recently visited the new Cheesecake Factory location in Wesley Chapel, and overall it was a great experience. The location is right by the Tampa Premium Outlets, making it a convenient stop whether you're shopping or just in the area. We were seated outside on the patio which was covered and not as crowded or busy as the inside. Our server, Sophia, was really nice, attentive, and made great recommendations. She suggested the fried macaroni and cheese balls, which were very tasty and surprisingly filling...definitely a good starter to share. And as always, Cheesecake Factory lives up to its reputation for huge portion sizes. Everything is very shareable, and honestly, we probably didn't need to order as many dishes as we did because we had plenty left over. My daughter ordered the kids pasta, and it was more than enough for an adult. I ordered the salmon special with lemon sauce and capers. The salmon was cooked well. My first bite was a little on the salty side, but once I mixed it with the lemon sauce and mashed potatoes, it balanced out nicely and mellowed the saltiness of the fish. And of course, no visit is complete without cheesecake. They have quite the selection, and we chose the salted caramel cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. I finally made my first visit to The Cheesecake Factory at the Tampa Outlet Mall, and I left nothing short of impressed. I ordered the Chicken katsu from the special menu, and it completely blew me away. I swapped the white rice for brown rice. It was some of the best brown rice I've ever had. The texture was spot-on, perfectly cooked with a pleasant flavor. The chicken itself had a satisfying crunch from the coating, and the vegetables were fresh, crisp. The green onion garnish was a plus. It was better than what I found at many dedicated Japanese or Korean restaurants. The portion was generous; I had leftover to take home for lunch the next day. I downloaded their app ahead of time, which scored me a free slice of cheesecake- large, indulgent, and absolutely delicious. I liked the complimentary bread. The black loaf was my personal favorite. Our server deserved a special shoutout. He was the definition of professional -- attentive, warm, and never missed a beat despite how busy the restaurant was. He clearly earned every dollar of his tips fair and square. The restaurant itself was very busy, even at lunchtime, -with a mix of tourists and locals. The building is modern and fresh, with both indoor and outdoor seating and a sleek, contemporary décor. The menu is expansive, truly something for everyone. And their happy hour offers discounted food and drinks, which is a fantastic bonus. I remembered the first time ate at Cheesecake factory 30 some years ago at Cocowalk in Coconut Grove, Miami. I was very picky and was indecisive of what I wanted to eat, and she had patience and allowed me not to feel rushed while I picked what I wanted. The rest of the table already had ordered their meal mind you... I finally picked something on the menu. The manager Trisha came to give us the news that what I ordered is not available... She offered to give me a free meal. I told her I was actually full from the appetizers so she offered to comp a cheesecake. The main meals came out and one of them was missing sauce, and so the manager came back and apologized again and offered to go ahead and get a fresh plate out. She also offered to comp all of us ladies a cheesecake. All the meals were delicious. It was a good time with good friends. Disappointing experience -- avoid unless you enjoy being lied to. Went here on 8/23/26 around 6pm (section 0524, server Jessica) and it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. Our Double Smash Burger appetizer came out undercooked, and when we flagged it with the server who brought it out, it just never came back to the table. Then our Louisiana Chicken Pasta entrée wasn't made how we asked. On top of that, the bathroom was out of toilet paper the entire time we were there. We asked to speak with a supervisor, who gave a quick, surface-level apology and said she'd have a fresh dish made for us. Instead, she took our plate to the back and brought it out with just extra seasoning sprinkled on -- it was obviously the exact same piece of chicken she walked away with, not a new dish like she claimed. Being told a flat-out lie to smooth things over was honestly worse than the food issues themselves. We ended up asking for a refund given everything that went wrong. Really disappointing for a restaurant at this price point -- expected a lot better from both the kitchen and management. read more

I finally got around to trying the new Cheesecake Factory at the Premium Outlet. We arrived around 9:30P, we had reservations. For starters, the place was PACKED, the foyer was packed with ppl waiting to be seated, it was just a lot of people in there. We were seated on time and it took a while some our drinks to come out. Probably 10-15 minutes. We placed our orders and the waitress brought out approximately 4 baskets of bread, a wrong drink and we didn't get our food orders until 10:15P. It felt like we were waiting forever. The ambiance is your standard Cheesecake Factory. I feel like it's a tighter fit as they sort of plopped it in the middle of the parking lot. Cheesecake Factory is Cheesecake Factory -- the food was good as always. The raspberry lemon drop was OK, I wouldn't order it again though. I do NOT like their Arnold Palmers. read more

My friends and I recently went to the Cheesecake Factory in Lutz Florida. Let me first tell you I am usually not a fan of chain restaurants. We sat outside in comfortable wicker seats and the atmosphere was nice. The service was very good by Samantha. Two of us ordered burgers. The quality of the meat was good, but no seasoning, so they were a bit on the bland side. My other friend had a chicken salad. Nice presentation and he was quite happy with it. The prices were a bit on the high side, compared to other restaurants in the area. We did get some delicious CF bread that was warm and tasty. I am rating this review based on service more than anything. I probably wont go back, but it was some place I wanted to try. Unfortunately, we were to full to try their famous cheesecakes. read more

I stopped by this location by Tampa Premium Outlets this Tuesday during Veterans Day week, luck was on my side and there was one open seat at the bar calling my name. I settled in for a quick bite and a drink, and immediately noticed double the staff than what I normally see in an operating restaurant. A different bartender mentioned it was their first week open, so all the extra staff, trainers and managers made total sense. I was greeted right away and asked if I'd be dining in or just having a drink. I let them know I'd be dining in for both and just needed a minute or two to take a look at the menu. It honestly has been a while since I've been to a Cheesecake Factory. It was around 4:30, so I ordered off the happy hour menu. My sliders came out quickly (even with the chaos of opening week), and they were super fresh -- soft buns, juicy inside, honestly way better than I expected. The lettuce on the side was fresh and not brown. I also got the vodka berry lemonade, which hit the spot. They have so many happy hour options, so if you love a casual, early-evening happy hour vibe like I do, this is your place. I was next to the service station, so I got a front-row view of all the action. The team looked like they actually enjoyed working together, and there was a ton of teamwork happening. Overall, I'm genuinely impressed with this location -- way more than other Cheesecake Factory spots I've been to. Great energy, great service, and great food for opening week. No one mentioned this when we booked, even though the reservation was made well in advance. Our monthly group would never have chosen this location in summer. I've visited this Cheesecake Factory location many times and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this visit today was so disappointing. I sat at the bar alone and waited several minutes before being acknowledged by the bartender. While I understand things can get busy, the lack of urgency and engagement set the tone for the rest of the experience. I ordered a drink, stuffed mushrooms, and a turkey burger at 2:26. I hadn't eaten all day, so I was looking forward to a quick and smooth meal. I was not offered bread, which is typically standard, so I asked for it myself. When it was eventually brought over, it was placed beside me without any acknowledgment. My stuffed mushrooms arrived around 2:40 PM, but by 3:00 PM (well over 30 minutes after placing my order) my turkey burger still had not arrived. During this time, my drink sat empty for about 10 minutes before I was asked if I wanted another. When I inquired about my burger, I was told it had "only been 17 minutes," which did not align with the actual timing. The worst part about that interaction is when the bartender went to check on my burger and returned, he didn't acknowledge me. He went to help other customers. I had to interrupt him to get the update. At that point, I requested a manager, as the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. It took approximately 10 additional minutes for a manager to come over. During our conversation, the burger was brought out, but it was missing the salad that was supposed to accompany it. The resolution offered was to remove the burger from the check or package it to go, but there was little acknowledgment of the overall experience or the breakdown in service. What stood out most was the lack of accountability. When I referenced what had been said earlier, the manager denied it, which was both surprising and frustrating. Additionally, instead of addressing the issue the manager made it seem like I was just trying to get a free burger which was insulting as I am a veteran and have a great job. If I were looking for free food, why would I still pay for my drink and stuffed mushrooms which did come out?! I'm not someone who expects perfection, but I do expect a basic level of attentiveness, communication, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in all three areas. Given how frequently I've visited in the past, this was particularly disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not have a similar experience. I will never return to this location nor will my family after today's experience. read more

Overall an excellent experience. Made a reservation for 8 o'clock and was seated at 8:05. Our server was wonderful, one thing that really stood out was even though she was sat with a large party, she made sure she got our order in before she attended to the large party. The new restaurant is beautiful inside. I also noticed there is plenty of staff around, food runners, servers and managers. It's only been open about a week and a half but everything ran very smoothly. My only small complaint is that I had the shrimp scampi and it's very difficult to eat the meal when the tails are on the shrimp. But I do understand the decorative factor, as it looks better for presentation. My friend had the French dip burger with the truffle fries which were all fantastic .And of course, the best part was the cheesecake. We tried several of them, the toasted marshmallow s'mores as well as the red velvet and the pineapple upside down cheesecake. All of them were absolutely delicious. I was concerned about being able to park because it's at the Tampa outlet mall, but there was actually plenty of parking available on a Saturday night. This is a new location that we wanted to try. We made lunch reservations for our group of 11, although we didn't need to). They had our spot ready and seated us right away. Our server was good and brought us drinks right away. They did not have any bread ready(we were there when they opened) so had to wait. The meals were all the good quality you expect from CF but their prices were very high. I normally get the Cajin pasta but it was almost $28 so I ordered another dish that was more in line with lunch. My wife got the Thai lettuce wraps and they were very good. For dessert we split a strawberry shortcake and it was delicious! Good meal although the prices will keep us from dining here often. read more

This location is new. We have tried other locations multiple times especially on Sunday for brunch. We have only been disappointed with a few entree's. Such was the case this time with the Teriyaki Ahi Tuna. Most of their salads are very plentiful. Not so with this salad. The tuna was sliced paper thin with only 6 slices on the plate. The mixed greens looked like a condiment and not a real salad. For $26 Very disappointing. Nachos and meatballs were very good. Peruvian chicken rice bowl looked and tasted very good.
