We came here and ordered the Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Marsala, and the bowtie pasta. The food itself was pretty good overall. The Chicken Marsala had good flavor, and I liked the sauce: I actually wanted more of it. The Chicken Alfredo was decent, but they gave us boiled chicken mixed inside instead of the traditional grilled chicken placed on top, which was disappointing. It changed the texture and just didn't feel like the usual presentation. The bowtie pasta was kind of strange: it tasted like a bunch of random ingredients thrown together, with big chunks of garlic, peas, and tomatoes. It almost tasted like a weird carbonara mix. Not bad, just confusing. The biggest issue was the service. Our server honestly seemed like she didn't care about us at all. She never asked how our food was, didn't refill our water, and was barely around. We had to eat most of the meal without parmesan cheese because she didn't bring it until we literally had three bites left. When I wanted extra Chicken Marsala sauce, she was nowhere to be found: and we later found out she was on her break, which she never mentioned. It just felt very inattentive and unprofessional. Stopped by for a slice of cheesecake only so I went in straight to the bakery area to order. There was a young girl prepping orders there who helped me. She was kind and helpful and even recommended the pineapple upside down cheesecake over the raspberry one so I chose her recommendation and it was delicious. Took a while to be greeted by waitress after being sat, but once ordered--food came quickly from kitchen. The beet and avocado was amazing--fresh and unique flavor with a sweet yogurt dressing. I also ordered the ahi poke nachos--not at all worth it. The amount of ahi on the order was minuscule and the tiny pieces that were there were about the size of my thumbnail. This might only be my second or third time at this CF location, but I have to say the food, quality and service or excellent as well as the comfortable seating. Our server was especially helpful and attentive and to a great job of taking care of us even correcting a minor omission on one of our menu items. Quality and consistency are what one comes to CF for as well as the huge variety on the menu as it still baffles me how they are able to make so many different menu items and do such a good job with them. Beautiful location! I went on a sunday night, the wait wasn't too long, only about 10 minutes. The staff was great, very patient and welcoming!! Maybe it was nostalgia that led us here...that and my daughter reading "cheesecake." We arrived right then they opened at 10 AM and quickly seated. The kids, of course, went for a typical Butter pasta and grilled cheese. The kimchi fried rice...was not kimchi fried rice. If anything, it was an Americanized version or perhaps bibimbap is a better descriptor. The rice, grilled pork, kimchi and eggs were separated and required mixing. It wasn't bad...just not what was promised. The jambalaya was a bit too sweet for my liking. We also ordered the Basil tomato pasta which my daughter wolfed down. And of course, the cheesecake. We ended up ordering the salted caramel cheesecake and an apple crumble. Both overly sweet with loaded calories. Honestly, I think I prefer CPK over The Cheesecake Factory. Unfortunately, my last visit was marred by a disappointing customer service experience. I accidentally left a $100 gift card on the table and realized it almost immediately. Friday night and we got there around 8:30pm thinking it wouldn't be so crowded but it was, with a 20-min wait. Our server was Andrew and he was friendly and energetic. We started with the bread with baked Brie and truffle honey. Tasty but probably not ordering again. I couldn't decide between the farfalle with chicken or the Italian sausage with rigatoni so I asked Andrew if they could do the farfalle with the sausage and they did! Loved it! My son had the steak Diane and the medallions were so tender, he said better than others that he's had. The last few times we've come in, we've been sitting there waiting to be acknowledged, only to find out the server who walked past us multiple times was actually ours. A simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. The women's restroom is consistently in poor condition. There are toilet seat liners all over the floor, trash cans overflowing with paper towels, and the smell is terrible. That's not a one-time issue. It feels like no one is checking it regularly. The food was great, which makes this even more frustrating. There's potential here, but the service and overall operations need serious improvement. I came to this location Monday june 1 and I always have good experience but this time was the worst experience I had. I came around 4 with my friend so we can order off the lunch and happy hour menu. Also once we got the bill I notice I was charged for regular pasta carbonara when I order a lunch size. I specifically remember ordering lunch size because we came before the 5pm cut off time . When I proceeded to tell my server she told me well she already paid there nothing I can do, so I asked for the manager. The manager finally came asked what's was the problem now I told him I was charged incorrectly and began to ask me if I really did order the lunch size? I don't think professional as a manager to question me? I know I order because I specifically came at that time , then as he also told me I heard something wrong with pizza and proceeded to tell me In a rude manner that there nothing wrong with the pizza just letting you know in a passive aggressive mannerly.
