I ordered two coffees on the door dash that said they were ready at 11:45, we walked across from T-mobile but when we got there it took an additional 12 minutes to even get the drinks. The barista girl said I had to go over to the bar to get the cold brew iced coffee myself, I said I'll wait. Then they had not made the caramel royale macchiato was ready but it wasn't. The coffees were both over $6 each and one of them wasn't even right. The service was slow, and the manager standing right by was aloof to what was happening. I had to go back up to the girl barista to ask if the caramel royale macchiato was ready yet, and the other girl was just starting it. Sucks they can't even get two coffee beverages to-go right. My wife had never been to The Cheesecake Factory before, so we decided to make it a date night. We ordered the Shrimp Scampi Pasta, Filet Mignon, and Avocado Egg Rolls. The avocado egg rolls were as good as I remembered and were easily the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The Shrimp Scampi Pasta had almost no flavor. I had to add a lot of salt and pepper just to make it taste decent. The fried shrimp seemed like it had been fried twice, or maybe we were served an order that had been remade. It was oily, soggy, and definitely not crispy. The biggest letdown was the filet mignon. We always order our steaks medium rare, but this one came out overcooked. We mentioned it to our waitress, but after waiting so long for our food, we were too hungry to wait for another plate, so we decided to just eat it. A little later, our waitress came back and apologized. She told us the kitchen had accidentally given us the wrong order. At that point, we had already eaten most of the meal, so there wasn't much that could be done. Overall, this was a disappointing visit. I was excited to introduce my wife to THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY restaurants, but her first experience didn't leave a good impression. I was heartbroken to learn the Basque cheesecake and 50th anniversary cheesecake are gone (still grieving), but our server Jamal saved the night by recommending the lemon raspberry cheesecake. We came here and ordered the Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Marsala, and the bowtie pasta. The food itself was pretty good overall. The Chicken Marsala had good flavor, and I liked the sauce: I actually wanted more of it. The Chicken Alfredo was decent, but they gave us boiled chicken mixed inside instead of the traditional grilled chicken placed on top, which was disappointing. It changed the texture and just didn't feel like the usual presentation. The bowtie pasta was kind of strange: it tasted like a bunch of random ingredients thrown together, with big chunks of garlic, peas, and tomatoes. It almost tasted like a weird carbonara mix. Not bad, just confusing. The biggest issue was the service. Our server honestly seemed like she didn't care about us at all. She never asked how our food was, didn't refill our water, and was barely around. We had to eat most of the meal without parmesan cheese because she didn't bring it until we literally had three bites left. When I wanted extra Chicken Marsala sauce, she was nowhere to be found: and we later found out she was on her break, which she never mentioned. It just felt very inattentive and unprofessional. The ambiance was typical Cheesecake Factory: busy, dim lighting, standard vibe. Nothing special but what you'd expect. Overall, I'm giving it 3 stars because the food was solid, but the service really brought the experience down. This might only be my second or third time at this CF location, but I have to say the food, quality and service or excellent as well as the comfortable seating. Our server was especially helpful and attentive and to a great job of taking care of us even correcting a minor omission on one of our menu items. Quality and consistency are what one comes to CF for as well as the huge variety on the menu as it still baffles me how they are able to make so many different menu items and do such a good job with them. It truly isamazing. What those chefs do back there in the kitchen. Took a while to be greeted by waitress after being sat, but once ordered--food came quickly from kitchen. The beet and avocado was amazing--fresh and unique flavor with a sweet yogurt dressing. I also ordered the ahi poke nachos--not at all worth it. The amount of ahi on the order was minuscule and the tiny pieces that were there were about the size of my thumbnail. If anything, it was an Americanized version or perhaps bibimbap is a better descriptor. The rice, grilled pork, kimchi and eggs were separated and required mixing. It wasn't bad...just not what was promised. The jambalaya was a bit too sweet for my liking. We also ordered the Basil tomato pasta which my daughter wolfed down. And of course, the cheesecake. We ended up ordering the salted caramel cheesecake and an apple crumble. Both overly sweet with loaded calories. Honestly, I think I prefer CPK over The Cheesecake Factory. Im sure by now everyone knows this establishment. This location is big and beautiful. The bar area is gorgeous. Our food was delicious I got Mexican, my mom got the salmon and my partner got the steak . The menu can be overwhelming and make it harder to choose just one thing! Nonetheless, the food, drinks were great. The hostess were super friendly. Our waiter was rushing the entire time. I would say the wait staff needs to slow down and make sure they are not skipping over the customer service part. Our waiter barely asked if we needed anything, I kept having to find and ask him. The service was really fast. We ordered French dip burger which was more like a cheesesteak style but very very good. It was oily, salty, and sweet, very filling. Also ordered bang bang chicken and shrimp which tasted super flavorful, sweet and curry like as well. We had three different servers during our time here which was unusual but the transition was seamless. Friday night and we got there around 8:30pm thinking it wouldn't be so crowded but it was, with a 20-min wait. Our server was Andrew and he was friendly and energetic. We started with the bread with baked Brie and truffle honey. Tasty but probably not ordering again. I couldn't decide between the farfalle with chicken or the Italian sausage with rigatoni so I asked Andrew if they could do the farfalle with the sausage and they did! Loved it! My son had the steak Diane and the medallions were so tender, he said better than others that he's had.
