We came here on Mother's Day morning so seating took a bit, but our server was super friendly and did everything she could to get our big group seated comfortably together. When we ordered it took some time for the food to come out but it was definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend the cinnamon rolls. Everything tasted great and I'd definitely come back again

Delicious comfort food in a cozy local dining room, friendly helpful service and feel like we are eating at a friend's house. The Denver omelette was perfect with grilled veggies and ham, breakfast sandwich on croissant was tender and flavorful. Riley was very helpful and prompt with our food, keeping our coffee full without reminders. We look forward to coming back!!

This is a little hole in the wall place but they have service on point. Get you in and out pretty quickly. This was our first time here and would highly recommend. Food was really good and served hot. The only thing I would recommend is crisp up the hash browns a little more.

The Chefs Hut is quite literally a hidden gem here in Boise! I say that because it is located in the middle of office spaces/business warehouses but you can easily find the door by all the people flocking in! I went on a Sunday at around 10:00am and had to wait for about 25 minutes but it was well worth it. Once we were seated, the waitress got us our coffee and made sure our cups were full for the entirety of our stay and we never had to ask for a refill. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs (over easy) which was good but the star of the show was the eggs Benedict my boyfriend ordered. If you like eggs Benedict... this is the place to get it! The hollandaise sauce was creamy and the eggs were perfectly poached. I was very impressed and will definitely order it the next time I am there. On the way out we got a cinnamon roll to go since they specialize in them and the kind hostess even poured us coffee to go. I highly recommend the Chefs hut for either a breakfast/brunch date with a loved one or a fun time with family and friends. I can't wait to go back

This place is super cute and small. Maybe 10 tables. Bar area seats about 5 or so. We got here on a Friday morning around 930. We were able to be seated right away. This place is super small, so if you are having a conversation in a louder tone of voice, everyone will hear you. Be fore warned. I had the special. Bacon, egg Benedict. I always get the hollandaise sauce on the side. The avocados were surrounding the egg. They weren't under the egg. The bacon strips were put across both English muffins. The hashbrowns were crispy. Not a huge fan of hasbrowns myself. My boyfriend got the gut buster. It had to have been over a pound of food. He ate 2/3 of it. The pancakes were really good. Definitely recommend them.

How'd I get so lucky?! Blueberry pancakes shaped like Mickey Mouse?! Perfect! Great first experience at The Chef's Hut with speedy friendly service (loved being greeted "hello, beautiful." ) Eggs and ham cooked perfectly too! Thanks, Yelp! for exposing this hidden gem (literally hidden in office park).

Half order of Eggs Benedict with hashbrowns and a cinnamon roll. So good!

This is my go-to breakfast spot. Never disappoints. Went solo last weekend, sat at the counter. Got my usual, half order of eggs Benedict with hashbrowns and a cinnamon roll. Their eggs Benedict is always cooked perfectly, with crispy on the outside, soft on the inside hashbrowns. And the cinnamon roll is the best in town. They are a small establishment so go early or plan to have a wait, but it is so worth it. The service is always super friendly as well.

Friendly country diner! Came by for breakfast and wasn't sure my GPS was taking me to the right place because it is in an industrial area. Walked inside to receive a warm greeting. Looked like a lot of regular customers enjoying their breakfast. One server handling everyone but she did an amazing job. Ordered the strawberry stuffed toast and it was French toast on Texas toast bread. Nothing was "stuffed," rather a layer of cream cheese was found between the two slices of bread. They used frozen strawberries (which was disappointing) but the eggs over easy and bacon were cooked to perfection. Thanks for the nice warm service!

    Basque Omelette.

The Chef's Hut in Boise delivered a perfect breakfast. Our 3-egg omelet was fluffy and packed with flavor, and the Basque-style chorizo was bold, smoky, and delicious. Cozy vibes, friendly staff, and hearty portions make this local spot an easy favorite.

By coincidence when walking around town I spotted it and had to go try. I'm a sucker for biscuits and gravy and these definitely beat what you would find in a Denny's or IHOP by a landslide on the taste and aesthetic scale! It's super filling since there's so many carbs, but the taters (more like small potato wedges) are actually a clever add-in. They add a slight bit of texture to the mushiness of the gravy-soaked biscuits, and potatoes and gravy are already best friends in terms of food pairings. There's also garnish on top (some sort of greens and cheese) that gives it a nice look and extra flavor. Delicious! I didn't think much of the customer service initially aside from thinking they were super friendly. However, I sat down at one of the tables and took my time eating and people watching. So many people came by the store to talk to the chefs with such familiarity that it felt like this popup was its own restaurant and community. It hasn't reached a point of popularity where it's flooded with people, but the more I look back on the experience, the nicer I feel about it. Even after a lot of time had passed and the staff had already helped out so many people, when I left, they called out my name and it made me wish I could go back again. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. Not because it's spectacular or mindblowing, but because it was great people watching. The food itself was also amazing for late night food-coma inducing munching.

Both nights we sat at the bar, and were helped by Javier who is brand new and training. The female servers training him both nights were great, helpful and attentive, while still giving him space to do his thing and learn but give him independence when appropriate. Javier was great, he was up front about being new but clearly dedicated to the business, learning the menu, and above all else, customer's having an amazing experience. He is gem and a great hiring choice by management. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the Fresno Fig burger and the truffle cheese fries both nights, medium rare and both nights were delicious and made perfectly. I also ordered an old fashioned, Eureka Sour and the seasonal Farmers Market Sour between both nights and all drinks were well made and delicious. Between both nights my partner had the bacon jalapeño burger, the bone marrow burger, truffle cheese fries, and a couple different draft beers and an old fashioned. He loved everything he had, but would specifically recommend the truffle cheese fries and the bacon jalapeño burger. Thank you Eureka Boise for continuing the tradition of Eureka being my favorite burger place, it enhanced my trip SO much. Can't wait to come back.

He was very informative about where to go and places to check out in Boise. I ordered one of the local beers and their flagship meal, the Santa Maria Tri Tip Sandwich. As you can see by looking at the photos, the tri-tip was cooked to perfection. It had tomatoes, poblano, and chimichurri sauce on it to add to the flavors of the tri-tip. The bread consistency was great, not too soggy, and with a great crispy texture. I wish they had spread the tri-tip out more to make sure every bite was being celebrated. I also ordered the mac and cheese as the side per the instructions of the bartender, James. Let me say that was one of the best mac and cheeses that I have ever had. Truly amazing creamy texture and full of rich flavor. Everything melted in your mouth. Definitely worth it. I eventually ended up talking to a fellow bar sitter, and he ended up being the co-owner of the place, TJ. He also filled me in on the places to go and, most definitely, the places to travel to, to experience great beer. He was refreshing to talk to since most people don't have the passion for beer that we both represent. Plan to circle the block several times if you want to be close. Otherwise plan on parking and walking. When we walked in, 5:30-ish on a Thursday evening the bartender told us to sit wherever we wanted. There were two booths and a couple of other tables available. It took several minutes for anyone else to acknowledge us and bring us menus. When asked, the waitress didn't know what beers were on tap, but did have them all written down. That was helpful. Also seemed to have a good selection of "house" cocktails, which would be fun for happy hour or a game day. Vibe is definitely sports bar on a college campus, but the patrons were not college-aged. As others have commented, great overhead music. While we were there it was 70s classic rock. Now for the food - all great! Hubby gor the finger steaks, and while the breading looked very dark, he said they didn't taste burnt or overcooked. They came with BBQ sauce and an Asian-ish sweet-chili-horseradish sauce. Not cocktail sauce and very weird. I got The Grateful Shed burger with tots. It was delicious! Served on a brioche bun that could not stand up to the burger and how juicy it was. But that's what a fork is for. The candied bacon on it was so good. And the tots! Crispiest I've have in all of the treasure valley! It did take quite a while for the food to come out. I had a good view of the kitchen so I know it wasn't the wait staff. And its never good to see tables that ordered after us get their food before us. That's the only reason for a 4 star rating.
