I felt that he only cared about having one extra customer. I was standing there with my son because it was his first time doing a real haircut with a machine and that guy kept telling me "have a seat" without "ma'am" or "please" or anything he should be using with a client. He didn't even take into consideration that my son needed me there with him. So barbaric, I don't get it!!!! Then when I was explaining to him how I wanted my son's haircut he just didn't have that kindness to talk to customers, a smile, or good interaction. I think his name was Marcel. He was super rude!!! Also, he was blowing at the machine to clean the hair, then put it back on my son, then blow the hairs with his mouth, then put it back on my son and kept doing that the entire appointment. I took my son to the house and immediately in the shower and kept scrubbing him! Disgusting! Why would you blow with your mouth on a machine that's touching a stranger? I oscillate between longer on top and shorter on top but always get a close zero or 1 on the sides and back. He always does a great job of fading it all in. Low fade or medium fade... it doesn't matter. He lines me up. I look forward to every haircut because he is super consistent. I don't have to worry about getting a bad cut ever!
