I used this company for several months and I really liked my cleaning team from the start - they did a very good job and I could tell worked hard on our short term rental property. However after a few cleanings we started having issues with the laundry not being complete (wet items left in the washer), food and debris left on the floors and on living room rug, garbage under the beds, dishwasher overloaded and left clean but full, coffee machine filter left uncleared. We tried to work with management on several occasions to resolve the matter, even paying extra time for the laundry to be complete and offering to pay extra for more time or services if it was needed. I even did half of the laundry myself between guest stays sometimes to help them. The communication was good but our issues were never fully resolved: it seems their cleaners either need a lot more time to complete the jobs and couldn't consistently communicate that to us or their teams are overbooked. On the last cleaning I was disappointed to find it seemed like a different team was sent to the house without the company letting us know and the living room cleaning was very poor - crumbs and hair were all over the furniture and rugs even though we could tell the rug has been vacuumed? Unfortunately we are switching companies. Even though they said they are OK with coming into the home when you are not there I don't think this company is good for short term rentals if you can't be there to observe the cleanings and check everything yourself. read more

Excellent job deep cleaning the condo for move-out cleaning! Removed all left over trash and loose items as requested and thoroughly cleaned the everything, including the exterior and interior of all appliances. There was a slight oversight where a piece of paper that was stuck on a counter was not removed, but after I contacted Karla about, this was quickly removed and cleaned the very next day without an additional charge. I meant to post this months ago! I hired Maid2Go for a deep cleaning on my condo in August 2022. I communicated with mainly via Yelp with Karla to get an estimate and hourly rate, and she was thorough and very easy to talk to. I had never hired cleaners before for a multitude of reasons, but am so happy I did. Rosa and Naty (I may have gotten the second name wrong - I'm sorry!) were on time and brought everything needed to clean! They were flexible starting in a different area than usual and going in a different order to work around my sleeping baby which I appreciated. My house was a disaster since I had cleaned basically nothing in the 6 months since having my third baby, and in a 5 hour super deep clean they really whipped it in to shape so I was comfortable hosting. That kitchen in particular was sparkling and they really did an amazing job across the board! (They even got out like, some years old red bath crayon stains that I had tried to remove at least 20 times from a shower. Miracles happen y'all.) My only note is that the floor cleaner they used was super scented and I'm personally sensitive to that, so I'll likely be providing my own in the future. I will definitely be hiring them again for both deep cleans and probably for a regular maid service since I'm not apprehensive about the idea anymore! Highly recommend - ask for Rosa!!!! read more

Communication from the owner or stuff can be a lot better. Owner estimated my vacant condo needs a 3-3.5 hours of cleaning but also stated that the actual cleaning time would be more or less. It is fine. However, a few things they didn't have good business practices on: 1) they asked for a card on file and said "the card will be charged when the cleaning is finished" but charged the full amount BEFORE the cleaning started. 2) No one communicated that the cleaning was finished until I reached out. Owner stated that "the receipt was sent" but that was before the cleaning started. Either way, they charged the full amount anyways. The whole communication was not transparent at all. 3) They would've been better off just charge a flat fee and be upfront about it since their intention was to charge the full estimate anyways. But even then, it's about 30% more pricer than some of the other quotes I got. read more

I requested cleaning of only one bathroom and when Karla responded immediately I decided to go with her company. Karla worked with me to accommodate my schedule due to a previous appointment I had. Fernanda and Rosie arrived within the specified time I was given and did a thorough and fantastic job; it almost looks like a new bathroom! The company's website states that a credit card is required to hold your appointment but when I explained to Karla that in the past my credit card had been compromised she allowed me to not have a card on file and let me pay cash; a receipt was sent immediately. I gave 4 stars ONLY because one of the two workers was phenomenal! They were set to arrive at 4pm but called 15mins later saying they could not find parking, which is understandable but I wish they said that 5mins into their search! They however charged me from 4pm even though they did mot start their actual work until 4:20pm. The worker who unfortunately did not speak much English, did not do a great job in reference to cleaning the kitchen because I had to point out areas in the refrigerator that were not cleaned and ended up cleaning it myself while she was present. I asked for complete kitchen clean but did not receive that because I later noticed the microwave was not cleaned. she also missed a few cabinet spaces in which I did myself as well. I strongly suggest that the workers use new sponges when cleaning every home but my rating still remains the same because of the worker that did such a great job on both bathrooms! If I could request her only as my housekeeper from now on I would, but I know that is not possible. read more

Karla and her team have been cleaning our house bi-weekly for about 5 years. They always arrive on time and communicate very well. They bring all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment. They always do a great job to clean our bathrooms, floors, vacuum furniture etc. Each time they come they also take on a different more deep cleaning area - for example they'll clean the inside of the fridge if it needs cleaning or will clean the inside and outside of our french door windows if they have smudges. I'm always amazed at how clean our electric stove looks after they leave. They manage to get it cleaner than I ever do. We have also had Karla's team do window cleaning for us and they do a great job! The team is always so kind to my family, particularly my toddler who is obsessed with vacuums. Karla is also very responsive to specific requests. We have indoor cats, so Karla has had to be careful not to let them outdoors. Also, we once were about to have a houseguest that is allergic to cats so I asked her to pay special attention to vacuuming the guest room very thoroughly including the headboard etc and she was very responsive to that. read more
