We used the Cleaning Co for a Move Out cleaning. They did an amazing job! Two people spent four hours cleaning our two bedroom, two bath house and it looked better than when we moved in. The leasing manager even said so when we did the move out walk through! She said it was the cleanest the house has ever looked and we passed on their information to her to use for her properties. We had family coming into town and we needed the guest bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen cleaned. Karla responded quickly and was able to accommodate our request within the week. Everything was so clean! The team was very professional. They scrubbed, mopped, and wiped down our rooms. This is the best the oven has looked in years. They also vacuumed the living room floor and got all of the dog hair off the floor. The cleaning took 4 hours, which was a little longer than expected, but we got a deep clean. We were originally scheduled for a 3-4 hour move in/out clean and quoted at that price. Unfortunately the previous tenants of the property left the home in really bad shape so 4 hours turned into 8-9. My partner and I were in constant contact with both Karla and Monica during our scheduled clean asking for updates and received responses whenever we had any concerns about the time extension. They also had a supervisor come and check on their progress after it had exceeded the original 3-4 hour time slot. I came back multiple times to check on the cleaning teams progress and they even showed me before and after pictures which assured me the time was genuinely being spent trying to get the property sparkling clean. Regardless of having to go overtime they stayed to complete the job and any increase in price for the extension of the time was clearly communicated, they even gave us a veteran's discount. We were very impressed with the detail of the clean. Every blind in the house was left spotless and there is a significant amount of blinds in our property haha Over all would definitely recommend Maids2Go! read more

The quality was great, it took them less time than I thought to finish cleaning my house and it feels so clean and fresh. I have a cat and a dog so it gets really dusty and the cat litter can get stinky, I don't know what they used but the odor immediately went away after they cleaned the floors. Maid2Go did an excellent job deep cleaning our home. The place was spotless and the two ladies worked their butts off. Thank you so much. I rated this 4 stars for a couple reasons. There was a scheduling error (even though I received a text and email confirming the date and time) so the cleaners were about an hour and a half late. I was then told I would get a discount but when I asked the cleaners they didn't know anything about it. This was all resolved after I contacted Karla (the owner) and she took about $30 off the price. Thank you. Also, the Yelp page states that they accept credit cards but the cleaners told me they only accept cash. However, after I contacted Karla again she told me they prefer cash, but will accept check, credit card or Venmo. It would be helpful to communicate those details beforehand. But again, thank you! Highly recommended!!! It is always very difficult to find a cleaning company that is fairly priced and able to clean to your expectations, and after trying several companies in the area, I have found the one. From the first message with an instant response, to the constant communication throughout the experience, to the out of field last minute next day service that they were able to somehow fulfill, this place is the best. I have two golden retrievers that produce a lot of fur, and after this cleaning, you would even know I had dogs. They what above and beyond cleaning inside and outside windows, and even swept the couch fabric (was not expecting at all). I wish I took pictures prior putting all of my stuff down and letting the dogs run around, because it was perfection. I also greatly appreciate that when the cleaners moved stuff, they put it exactly back into the same location, no more reorganizing things like other companies. Karla was very responsive in helping me and offered to come to my home to give me an accurate estimate. She charged me $80 per hour and for my ~550 sqft apt, she gave me an estimate of 3-3.5 hours of cleaning. The cleaning was very thorough and included multiple sets of blinds, window cleaning, fridge, freezer, oven, wipe down of all surfaces and base boards. Karla made sure that everything I mentioned was cleaned and the ladies that came to clean were also happy to address anything I needed on the spot. Everyone with Maid2Go is very nice and helpful. Lost our security deposit. We had specified for the cleaners to clean our home (including certain areas that needed extra attention) but leave our kitchenware, furniture, and home decor as is. Upon our arrival after the service, we had found that they had disposed of all of our kitchenware into black trash bags that were left in our carport. While we had a couple trash bags outside ourselves to dispose of the next day (white bags) they added their own additional garbage (black bags) to our trash pile. These "bags of trash" held pots, pans, utensils, cooking tools, and dividers that we specifically asked them to leave AND they themselves said they would not dispose of. In addition, much of the bathrooms and bedrooms were left unclean as well as parts of our kitchen/living room area. From the ceiling fans, to shelves, closets, mirrors, bathrooms, and floors. Most of these areas were left dirty and caused us to lose our security deposit (pictures shown below) Our original estimated price was $320-$400 for 4-5 hrs (rate of $80/hr). However, during the service they requested for an additional 2.5 hours to finish the job to which we granted as long as it got the job done. We were left more than disappointed with this company's work for the price we paid. Please look for another company when looking for move out cleaning. read more

I made a last minute decision to get the house cleaned before my sister came into town and Monica was able to get something scheduled for the following week. Two cleaners for $80 per hour was a great deal. Karla and her counterpart were thorough and the house looked brand new. They spent 3 hours cleaning, but I think they needed more time as some items were missed like the ceiling fan and mopping the tiles and hardwood, but I'm not complaining! Meh. Showed up almost an hour late and had 3 ladies cleaning a 500 square space. I did a move in/ move out cleaning for our new tenant and considering there were three people I thought it would be immaculate. Lots of missed stuff- hair on the bathroom floor, sink not properly cleaned, lots of dust everywhere and big clumps under the bed, white cabinets weren't wiped down, inside of oven door wasn't cleaned.. I was looking for a new company for my short term rental but I've spent an additional two hours cleaning everything they missed so I think I will keep looking! What a disappointing experience. I paid for the move out special which is 2.5 hours of work. Let me start by stating that the vehicle that the employees showed up in was unmarked. I dropped by to view their progress and found that one of the cleaners was on her phone on my couch. She didn't seem to care and continued on her phone while sitting there. They had maybe been there for 30 minutes. The next day, I had a final walkthrough with my landlord to pass over the keys. He did an inspection and was very dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning and is taking money out of my deposit to have the place cleaned again. Many locations where cleaning was missed, including the blinds, curtains, baseboards, light fixtures, inside the oven and the side of the fridge exposed to the countertop. I took pictures and sent them along with my complaint to the company. And received NO response back. They are quick to respond for charging and scheduling, but when it comes to an issue... no response. All in all, would not recommend at all. 1 star service. read more

I hired this company to do a deep cleaning to my living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. The price is affordable and I was impressed with how clean my kitchen was especially my stove and oven. They did a good job but I wished they cleaned my ceiling fans and dusted my ceilings, but I unfortunately did not mention that and i only agreed to 4 hours of service. I do like the communication with the owner. She was quick to reply to my questions. Just a tip...pay with cash, it seems like cash is preferred. They do accept Venmo which is nice as well. read more
