Food product by customer seating area

This location is a busier than others and they also have a drive thru. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed but the drive thru had one car and the inside had 6 guests total including myself. As I walking in there was a foul smell and the floor was sticky. They were out of quite a few baked goods so I purchased just a drink. As I sat down and waited for my drink I notified the table had a sticky spill on it. I also notified that there was a pile of boxes near me. All the boxes were milk and food but they were all on the floor in the sun. I don't believe proper food handling is happening in this specific scenario but it did make me question their other best practices. Once my drink was prepared I went to the counter to retrieve it. Once I touched my cup it was partially their sticky counter. This location needs to do a bit of house keeping throughout the day as they are located in a high traffic area.

This was my first time at Coffee Bean, Ayleen assisted me, I made her aware is was my first time, I made her aware I'm not a true coffee drinker and she recommend me a latte, I chose the White Chocolate Latte and it's so good and sweet, somewhat taste like horchata.. the service was good, drive through was clear, literally got my drink within 4 minutes, I was able to make it to work. The best part of this experience is that she gave me 2 stickers. Thank you Ayleen:)

Really cozy spot to relax and enjoy a treat. I got the Cookie Butter Latte and a chocolate muffin and both were so good. The latte was creamy and perfectly spiced and the muffin was rich and moist. The place is clean with lots of natural light and the service was actually really friendly and quick. I had a nice experience overall and would definitely come back for that latte again.

Trash! trash! trash!! My blended drink isn't completely blended so I'm having a hard time drinking it! Plus their WiFi sucks! Ended up using my hotspot for internet anyways

Was on the road to San Diego getting gas at Costco and I needed to get some coffee on the road and this place was just there so I thought why not. I came in and ordered a Vietnamese cold brew. The coffee was good. The service was okay and the bathroom was clean. The location of this coffee shop is convenient because it's right next to the Costco which means there's a lot of parking available.

The coffee is good but the morning service is horrible. You need to change your hours if you're always opening late! It's disappointing.

The coffee shop started at farmers markets and now the shop has the current brick-and-mortar location. [Parking]: There is a free parking structure behind the plaza so parking shouldn't be an issue; however, I did have to drive up to the third level of the structure to find an available parking spot on Saturday morning. [Amenity]: Not a huge coffee house with few outdoor chairs and six indoor tables. The shop was not crowded at 10 AM on Saturday, so it didn't take long for me to receive my order. There is no restroom inside the cafe, but keys for the outdoor men's and women's restrooms are available at the cashier counter. [Menu]: Unlike other matcha shops, this coffee house offers three different varieties of ceremonial-grade matcha (Kagoshima, Chiran, or Asanoka) from Fukuoka, Japan for customers to pick. Yelp's top three highlighted drinks are Furious George, Dear Jasmine, and Luxurious George. Please note that 2% lactose-free milk is the default and customers also need to choose one of two espresso options for lattes: light-medium roast (Manhattan - Ethiopia & Colombia) or medium-dark roast (Vietnam). For baked goods, they offer muffins and croissants & I even spotted an interesting items like kimchi & spam croissant. *** Furious George (2 shots of espresso, sweetened with cane sugar, flavored with vanilla and banana balanced by milk (2% Lactose Free, 100% Sweet, Regular, Regular Hot, Manhattan Blend Med-Light espresso - $7.75): A lightly sweetened solid latte. *** A good coffee shop for local community college students from East Los Angeles College (ELAC) to stop by and recharge.

I always order the matcha with 1.5 scoops of matcha, vanilla syrup, and light ice, and it's consistently perfect every single time, rich, smooth, not watered down, and clearly made with quality matcha. You can actually taste it, which sadly isn't a given these days. My boyfriend's go-to is the vanilla cold brew with a splash of whole milk, and it never misses. Smooth, balanced, not overly sweet, just really well done. Beyond the drinks, the vibe is what really sets Roam & Brew apart. It's always busy for a reason. Friendly staff, welcoming energy, and a place that genuinely feels like it was built for the community. You never feel rushed or like just another order. Consistency, quality, and care are everything in a coffee shop, and Roam & Brew nailed all three. It's obvious how much thought goes into what they serve and how they show up for customers. Montebello is lucky to have had this spot, and it's a huge loss to see them go. If you're reading this and still have a chance to visit, do it. This place truly deserved the love it got

Anywaaaay - I tried the trio tostadas, a tamal and a Mayan iced latte. The tostadas were great. They were very fresh. They're very simple. One is black bean, one is avacado and one is chicken salad. My favorite was the chicken salad. I used their green salsa and it was delicious. The tamales was good. Today I learned I don't really like the flavor of banana leaf that gets absorbed into the tamal. Also, it was primarily made of rice. It had a piece of bell pepper, a little chicken and I think a plum. Aside from the banana leaf I liked the tamale. The latte was delicious. Nice coffee flavor and sweetened perfectly. Definite recommend and I will for sure be back.

I was in the area and I've never had a cute coffee with the latte art (so many of my friends are going to roast me for this) When I pulled up -nice private parking -a staff member was outside painting on the windows with the cutest window art. The girl had talent! This place has also given back. They helped with the LA fires last year. So bonus points for places who give back. (They gave back to the Pasadena humane society) There was a pretty big line and it was pretty loud in here, but it went by very fast. My friend grabbed a table while I placed the order. -they do have a good amount of seating. The place is pretty small though. So we sat for a minute after our drinks came out and then decided to take it to go -they have latte art that changes every month. So I like they have some rotating options. It was my turn and I ordered two sugar free mocha iced coffees. One with regular foam, And mine had strawberry foam. When I told Matthew at the counter it was really important the one drink be as sugar free as possible due to my friend being diabetic, he warned us there was sugar in the foam, but he would go as light as possible. I picked the new hello kitty art of the month (hello kitty in a bathing suit with waves and dolphins) And my friend picked from the new monthly latte art as well, and got the Kirby character Even though it was busy, it took probably 2 minutes for our drinks to be made Matthew was absolutely great.
