Been coming to this location for a while now but recently they've gone downhill. I've ordered the same drink multiple times and they are so inconsistent. I've received melted lattes even after ordering at the drive thru. They're super watered down or overly sweet and they take forever to make the drinks! Even when not busy. They always claim their app is down at the drive thru so I can't get my points or use the money I've preloaded. Save your money and go somewhere else for coffee! read more

I love coming to coffee bean they have the best flavor. But yesterday our experience was awful. The ladies working were so rude. They had attitude and were angry that we only left them a $1 in the tip jar but the service wasn't great so why would we tip....so we got our lates and they were literally decaf. I've been in Europe for 40 days with no coffee. I expected to be bouncing off the walls but I didn't feel any caffeine at all. Coffee Bean is absolutely amazing! Starbucks doesn't begin to compare to the quality of CB&TL's coffee and teas. You can taste the difference. This location is always amazing when we visit. The service is top notch and they always make our drinks exactly the way we order them-- perfect and chef's kiss! ‍ I highly recommend them over Starbucks' burnt espressos and coffee ANY DAY. First of all they were way understaffed for how busy they were, second I ordered a green tea unsweet and they made it wrong and when they did give me what I asked for it tasted super watered down. The girls that were working there were way too overwhelmed for it to be worth having them remake it to the quality that I used to expect from this location. The workers are sweet an amazing but the manager Alias was very rude. After a small miscommunication error with our drinks via drive thru we walked in to communicate clearly what we needed and offered to pay again. He asked me a question about the order and while I was answering he walked away while I was mid sentence. I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their drink options are plentiful and delicious. You can tailor your drinks to your dietary needs which not all coffee shops will do. By this I mean no sugar added, substitute different milk options like almond milk etc. It's awesome that I can order an iced blended mocha with no sugar added flavoring and no dairy so it makes the drink low carb. I call that a win and start my day with one EVERYDAY since 2001. read more

On 7.4.24 I placed a mobile pick up order. The receipt said it would be ready at 2:37. I arrived at the cafe at 2:35. I didn't get my order until 3:16 pm and both my iced coffees were warm. As I am waiting for my pick up order numerous people in the drive thru were helped and people who came into the cafe and ordered received their drinks before me. Usually within 10 minutes. So again why was it taking so long to get my drinks made???? It was like the staff were completely ignoring the online pick up orders. It shouldn't take 45 minutes of my time to get two cups of iced coffee. I feel as if this is completely disrespectful of the staff. I also believe that they were marking orders as complete on their monitor while they weren't making the drinks. The amount of orders they had to go back when I finally said that I've been waiting 45 minutes proves that. As long as they look good for corporate who cares what's actually happening right??? Staff offered no apologies or explanation. I do not recommend this location. read more

First time coming here and it was pretty good. The only reason why they are getting a 4 instead of a 5 is because the services is a bit slower than Starbucks. For the amount of drinks we order to the time we got them it felt like it took a long time. However you can taste the difference in the quality. As I was walking out I noticed the Cold Brew Nitro Coffee....coffee made with nitrogen oxide?! I am in! Gimme gimme gimme! I'd already had my two day caffeine hit limit for the day, but will be back next weekend to try that beauty! My visit on Saturday was the first time I have tried this establishment. We placed our order and in the middle of the transaction, the POS went down. The barista turns to us and states, "The POS is down. You will have to pay cash." We did not have cash on us and told him so. He turns to the other baristas and tells them not to make our drinks because we don't have cash and cannot pay. How embarrassing! By this time, however, our drinks were already made. Meanwhile, he is telling all of the customers waiting in line behind us that they cannot order if they do not have cash. Luckily, someone stepped up and paid for our drinks for us. If this has been Starbucks, they would have given us our drinks for free. Attempting to humiliate customers because your equipment failed is not a way to ensure a return visit. I guarantee I will never go back - to this location or any other. I will stick to Starbucks. read more
