When we got the order, we had to eat on the road because we were already late for the warm-ups. My son took one bite and said that it was salty. He refused to eat it. So of course, he passed it off to his three year old sister who eats anything and even she wouldn't eat it. So I reached back and took a bite of what I thought looked amazing. To my dismay, the homemade kalua pork was so dry and salty it took the whole sensation of your palate by surprise. Next, you got a big hit of all the melted cheese which just overwhelms the entire meal and makes you wonder if there was even a tortilla. When you address the salsa, which is wedged somewhere between the salty pork, loaded on cheese, invisible tortilla, it has no real flavoring to it at all. No sweet. No spicy. Just a wet texture to the entire meal. I am very disappointed with what we got. We are headed back out there in a couple of weeks. Looks were great little char/burnt parts on the crust but I ain't picky on that. Ingredients were good crust seemed a little under in the middle areas but was still good and interesting.
