The food was decent if a little bit overpriced. It's like many of similar restaurants, you order a selection of seafood, and it is delivered in a big bag to dump on the table. The food is good. The service was mediocre, they got several of our drinks wrong and corrected it immediately, but it was still annoying. I think having to pay extra for a potato or some sausage is different from many of the other similar restaurants where they just include those things. On the other hand, there were good options for people who didn't want the seafood boil. We also got oysters as an appetizer, which was nice, my complaint was that the ambience was typical strip mall restaurant, but the prices were keeping with a destination. Seafood is expensive, I get that. I just think that it would be nice to have more extras included, (like the potatoes or corn or what have you. There were three or four small pieces of corn on the cob in there, but not enough to really enhance the dish) or a nicer environment. I will probably go back, it wasn't a bad experience at all, it was just a little pricey for what it was. read more

Listen... the amount of food was well worth the price paid. Loved that for me I got the snow crab and shrimp boil combination. I'm usually nervous to try new seafood boil spots but this place definitely did not disappoint! I really like the fact that the headless shrimp were actually VERY big as well. Although their house special sauce was just A LITTLE bit more on the sweeter side than I personally would like, it wasn't a major factor that bothered me. And the corn tasted really fresh and sweet. Like it had a nice crunch to it without it being soggy like some frozen ones. I ordered pickup via DoorDash, so as far as details go I also appreciate the fact that everything was securely packaged! A must have place for a BOMB seafood boil. We got the Combo #5 with Hut Sauce and Spicy. It was the best seafood boil I've ever had in Seattle. It was soooo good we got another pound of crawfish for the table. Defiantly going back soon. Food is mostly tasty, especially the seafood boils with the Hut sauce which is some of the best in the area, we had Combo #5 and every protein was delicious, even if the crawfish was frozen. Corn and sausage in the boil were excellent. The Buffalo chicken wings were also good. Clam chowder tasted suspiciously similar to Ivar's. Fresh oysters were meh. Service was excellent. Ambience was fast casual, not what is depicted on the website which showed dishes on fine china. Biggest knock has to be the cost which is high. I'm a huge crawfish fan and have been looking for a new spot closer to where we live.. looked on Google and came across this gem in Burien! It's conveniently located in the same plaza as Ross so parking was a breeze. I ended up ordering a pound of crawfish in their hut special sauce and a pound of clams in their garlic butter sauce -- IT WAS GOOD. The food came out hot and quickly. My partner ordered the chicken wings in the hut sauce and was impressed. It was crispy and hot and they were not stingy with their carrots and celery. The owners, a wife and a husband were SO sweet. We brought our two year old with us so he was a bit rowdy... the owner put on cocomelon for us to help settle him down. My boyfriend and I saw this place a few weeks ago while picking up sushi from next door and wow, we were both blown away. We came in the afternoon so it was slow business wise, our server was Kristine and she was an absolute sweetheart and super attentive without being over bearing. I can tell this place would get packed during rush business time as there aren't many tables but the food is so good and reasonably priced with the right amount of food. Their house sauce is very tasty and we will definitely be returning. You know I've been to pier 88 in south center and we paid double the price of what we paid at the crawfish hut for half the taste and half the food. Without much expectations when trying out this new crawfish restaurant in our neighborhood, we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean. Servers were fast, efficient, and nice. We ordered 3 items and they were all good. The crawfish were very fresh and big. The Hut Special sauce was so tasty different than any other crawfish restaurants we've been to. Not sure how they managed to do it but white the crawfish still kept their freshness, the sauce marinated really well into each single crawfish. Really really yummy! Do not, do not, do not skip the raw oysters! :) The oysters were as fresh as they got which were served with the mignonette sauce that made in-the-house. Sauce was light, well balanced, and complimented the oysters perfectly! Prices were super reasonable in my opinion. We are thrilled that this A+++ restaurant is in our community. Man the food, the atmosphere, the customer service, the place itself, just flat out phenomenal!! I get so excited when we decide to come to the Crawfish hut! Kristine has been my server every time we've gone and she's had nothing but a sweet and respectful attitude as well as her service is amazing and fast! They were very respectful when I am accompanied by my service animals! But overall 10/10 amazing food and honestly so much better then the Crab pot in Seattle! This place use to be a 10/10 especially when they were still operating on Facebook! But recently I've went to dine in for new years and I felt like they were just lacking. Not just in service but the seafood! I've ordered takeout from this place half a year ago and I thought they still kept their same quality so that's why I went back the other day. I spent $130 and left confused. The crawfish was fishy and the sauce was pure oil. Shrimps tasted like plastic. Snow crab was like eating strings of meat. Service was also super hard to track down and even then- they'd give a quick smile and say they be right back but it wasn't until we needed to flag another server down to get service. I don't want to peg them down a lot but if it's the same quality during crawfish season it might just be a one star for me! read more

Came here on a Friday night, the place was busy. Luckily we had reservations at 7pm for two and got seated pretty quickly. We ordered the combo #2 with lobster tails, mussels and jumbo shrimps with house sauce, which were packed with garlicky delicious flavors! We added the small dungeness crab and 1 lb of crawfish, with garlic butter sauce. I enjoyed the crab with lots of meat over frozen crawfish. And I preferred the house sauce over garlic butter sauce, even tho they're both good. We also tried the garlic noodles which was only ok. The place looked clean which was a good sign. Ordered the #2. The food Quality was poor as well as the service. The Snow Crab was way overcooked and in a Crab Fisherman's term "DIRTY" wasted 3 half's because the meat was stuck to the Shell. Gave us a choice of Head on or Head off shrimp without telling us that Head off is $4.00 extra. Ordered Calamari with Ranch never did bring the Ranch. Ordered the Fried Rice and never got that either!! Waiter didn't come around in time to tell him. A $67.00 Combo ended up costing $87.00 minus the rice. I would consider myself a crawfish connoisseur. I've had crawfish in several different states, including the hubs like New Orleans and this place is bomb. It does not disappoint. We arrived at The Crawfish Hut around 9pm on a Wednesday and there were only a couple other parties dining in, but several take out customers came in while we were there. Service was fast and attentive and the food was excellent. We had the Combo #3 (House Sauce, Mild) with crawfish, shrimp, and crab legs and added potatoes and sausage. The food was hot and delicious and there was A LOT of it. Definitely a great value for money.
