We really had to eat a LOT of cheese to go with the Chinese donut we had left. The hostess said this was also one of her favorite dishes. - Chicken cartilage with Mala BBQ spice: This was surprisingly meatier than I thought (thought there would be more cartilage). It was deep fried and the mala dip was spicy, as promised! - Stir fried ong choy with garlic (not part of happy hour): This was solid, and they gave a generous amount of ong choy. I personally am not a fan of eating french fries in Lomo Saltado, so I wanted to try their Tallarin Saltado, since it also had spaghetti in it. It was delicious! About half of our group ordered this dish and everyone raved about it. The spices were so good and made you want to keep going back for another bite! Max brought us complimentary Flan to share for dessert. There are very few flans I like, because I'm more of a chocolate dessert person. I've been wanting to come check out this seafood boil place, and finally made it here with my loved ones yesterday after constantly seeing it pop up on my reels on social media many times. This place is an absolute MUST TRY, and here is the breakdown of my rating in all of their aspects. Foods 9/10: High-quality seafoods (i.e., fresh and big crawfish, juicy lobster tail, and snow crab with lots of meat inside). Their signature sauce is the HUT SPECIAL, which you can get the whole umami of flavors. Although it's a little too oily to me (probably from the butter perhaps, I suppose), the whole overall taste of it is still super FLAVORFUL and BALANCED- OUT REALLY WELL, which goes so well with the seafood boil. I also love their crab garlic noodles and catfish basket. Ambience 10/10: Great atmosphere in terms of it feels pretty cozy and laidback vibe like some of the stores that I've been to in the East Coast areas. Very spacious to accommodate big party size. It's super clean and organized throughout the whole store. Service 10/10: As soon as we came in around late afternoon, we were greeted immediately by our friendly server, Kennedy, with a big brighten smile. He helped walk us through the menu very well, patiently answered our questions re: differences between combo set and build-your-own seafood bag, and gave us recommendations on their most popular dishes. Despite of working alone all my himself, he was attentive in terms of accommodating all the dietary requests from my kids. We really felt like we were taken great care of by a family member instead of restaurant staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM if you want on-point top-knot customer service! We absolutely loved our experience at The Craw Fish Hut! We had dinner here tonight (11/10/2025) to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Not only was the food superb -- the seafood (lobster, shrimp, crawfish, and everything else) was fresh, flavorful, and the sauce was just right (not too salty!) -- but the service was truly outstanding. Every staff member, from the crew to the manager/owner, was so welcoming and accommodating. They even allowed us to bring our own cake and still surprised us with a free cake from them! On top of that, we also received a discount since my sister-in-law is a veteran, which we truly appreciated. They constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our food, and you can really feel how much they care about their customers. The chicken in it was soooo tender. It almost felt like it melted in my mouth. The Thai fried rice was yummy as well. The chicken in the fried rice was a little dry but the flavors compensated. The pad Thai was delicious and I'm usually very picky with my pad Thais. The noodles were super soft and it had a solid tangy flavor to them. We arrived at 4:30pm when they just opened but they seemed to get the dishes out super fast. The service was super nice and attentive as well. Overall, very pleased with my experience and will come again.

She's offered to get something else like fish n' chips or a plain steak or something, while I get myself a boil. However, one of the joys of boils is digging into a mound of Cajun-flavored seafood together as a group effort. A wondrous temple to the art like Roux Seafood Kitchen would be wasted on her. I couldn't get enough of their shrimp and crawfish. They were both plump, flavorful, and disassembled easy in my hands. At a lb. each, I was more than stuffed at meal's end. I think the only thing that could've made it better is if I had ordered a lobster tail in there. That would've been my ideal order. The service was great here for my party. The drinks were refilled quickly, the food was brought out in an efficient manner, and even the order taking was controlled in what kind of have been haphazard conditions. I liked the ambiance too. The dining room was a spacious and accommodating. The music was low. And the crowds were busy but not super full, which is where I like it. Nobody was on top of each other at neighboring tables and the noise level wasn't drowning. All in all, I think this is the perfect example of a seafood boil joint.
