Look no further, this is the perfect mix of beautiful design and beyond delicious cakes. After doing many birthday parties for my kids, I finally found the perfect combination of both taste and aesthetics. And her communication was amazing and was so patient with the my questions, she even delivered the cake to my house. Thank you Nicki for helping me make the day perfect!

Nicki is so talented! You can tell she loves what she does. We are so impressed with the cake. We got so many compliments on how beautiful and detailed the cake was. I have posted up Nicki's info on the Parenting Facebook page I am in. Here is the cake!

What a wonderful bakery! I asked Nicki for specific designs on 30 cupcakes for my birthday party. They were just beautiful and tasted amazing and light! And she delivered right on time! Thanks, Nickie!!

Amazing! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! The cake was beautiful and it tasted as great as it looked! Highly recommend!

Yum! I asked Nicki to make some cupcakes for a few bridesmaids and the bride for our pampering session the day before a wedding. I was so vague with my order, but she took my idea and ran with it. The result? The best cupcakes I (and everyone who tried it) ever tasted, dressed in the wedding theme colors with glitter. Everyone felt guilty eating such a beautiful work of art, and then had to try to stop from eating more! These cupcakes are so good. Will definitely be using this company for any future orders, and so will anyone who tries her baked goods!

Simply amazing! I was looking for someone to make a cake for my daughter's birthday that wouldn't break the bank, yet be beautiful and delicious. The Cupcake Cafe definitely delivered on all accounts! The cake was so beautiful. My daughter asked for a rainbow unicorn, and I couldn't figure out if that would be possible but Nicki did it! It was also not only beautiful, but so delicious! We will definitely be reaching out for our next cake to Nicki, she made ordering and pick up so easy, and took the stress of planning a cake off

Boobies and minions, prefect for my friend after her mastectomy!

Nicki is absolutely the best. A friend of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I wanted to send her some special cupcakes after the mastectomy. I'd contacted three local cupcake shops with my request, and NONE of them seemed willing to help. Then I found Nicki, and thank god! She was so easy to work with (even though I was emailing her from Germany, which made communication tricky). She was excited to do something fun, and totally open to all my requests. I got exactly what I'd hoped for, hand delivered to my friend (who absolutely loved them).

It was my son's first birthday and I wanted everything to be perfect. I sent a picture of what I wanted and Nicki was quick to say yes in that she could make my idea come forth. Nicki was quick to respond to all my questions. She never showed annoyance and even offered additional services I didn't think to ask i.e. she made my sons cake banner. It can be hard to relay via instant messaging your idea and Nicki would ask questions to make sure we were on the same page. I mentioned my decorations at home and she picked up on that and asked if I wanted to match the color on my banner at home to the one on the cake. It was a perfect match!!!!!! She is pretty amazing and made the day perfect! Thank you Nicki!!

YUM! Two dozen Red Velvet Cupcakes.

I love their cupcakes. I had several. You can buy them at farmer's markets or if you are lucky you can buy a deal of the day in some of the sites that offer them. I had some from Doozy and Nikki, the owner, was really nice. I love the chocolate one with jalapeno raspberry jam. Not sure if she had them anymore. Also the "apple pie" and red velvet. When you get one of those deals, she will deliver them to your home. That is awesome.

Woodland animal theme ! Love the pink champagne flavor

What a great find! Nicki is a great baker, made the "forest theme shower cake right to u're specifications ! All the guests commented on how good it was and how Beautiful! She was fairly priced , offers delivery and even accommodates travel as needed. Will definitely keep her in mind for future parties

The owner was so easy to work with! The consultation had to be over the phone because we were coming in from Boston but she made it so easy for me. Very nice and the cake was amazing (inside and out).

    First birthday "smash" cake

Working with Nicki was a dream! I found her information through a Facebook group for moms and I she came highly recommended. A quick browse of her Facebook page will show you how talented she really is! Not only are her cakes beautiful, but she is so easy to work with and it takes a lot for me to say that. Anytime I wrote her, she was very quick with her responses. She was detailed, friendly, and made the entire process as smooth as could be. We were able to pay for the cake through Venmo and when it came time for me to pick up the cake, she actually offered to deliver it for free. (She happened to be delivering to another client nearby on the same day and it worked out timing wise!) I thought that was so nice of her to do, as she did not have to offer that. My son's cake was exquisite. Everyone commented on how amazing and detailed it was. And I can tell you, it was also DELICIOUS! I really don't think you'll find yourself in better hands than with Cupcake Cafe!

I can't speak on the customer service as we never left our table and our waited just walked over and got what we needed. We were pretty stuffed from our massive meal, but we decided on sharing a cup of gelato just to satisfy our sweet tooth. I peeked inside as our table was right at a little walkway from the restaurant to the bakery. Gelato is just one of many things they serve here. They also have all your typical Italian desserts. Cakes like tiramisu, pastries like Italian flag cookies, cookies like Italian wedding cookies, cannolis of different varieties, and of course gelato. What was suggested to us if we wanted gelato was the hazelnut flavor. I was expecting a little cup for the 6 of us just to get a taste, but what he brought over was a massive serving. I don't know how many scoops it was or even how much we even paid, but we all got plenty with some even left behind. Now this gelato was life changing. Probably the best I've had in the states. I know it's gotta be way better in Italy, but I'll take what I can when I can. Think of a Ferrero Rocher but in gelato form. It was delicious and I couldn't get enough of it. It wasn't overly sweet and it had a little crunch with bits of chocolate and hazelnuts. My sweet tooth was extremely satisfied after having dessert here. I have literally been thinking about that gelato since I left Phoenix. Luckily this company has locations in Texas so I will definitely be seeking out this gelato soon.

We've worked our way through what feels like almost the entire dessert case over the years, and I can honestly say I've yet to find something I didn't love. Every pastry is beautifully crafted, incredibly fresh, and tastes like it was made with so much care. This visit was all about the cannoli, and let me just say... craving officially satisfied! The shell had that perfect crisp snap, while the filling was silky, rich, and just the right amount of sweet. It was everything I had been dreaming about and then some. Walking into The Sicilian Baker always feels like stepping into a little slice of Italy. Between the gorgeous display of desserts and the irresistible aroma of fresh pastries, it's nearly impossible to leave with just one treat (don't say I didn't warn you! ). Whether you're stopping in for a post-dinner dessert, celebrating something special, or simply giving in to a sweet tooth like I did, this place is absolutely worth the visit. Every dessert we've tried has been phenomenal, and this cannoli was another delicious reminder of why we keep coming back. Sweet craving? Check. Happiness? Double check.

It's smooth, rich without being too heavy, and the flavor actually develops as you eat it instead of just being one-note sweet. You can tell they take this part seriously. Leave it outside the fridge for an hour and watch that cheesecake melt on your tongue crystals (if you have the patience for that) Their rotating monthly flavors keeps things interesting, and you're not just stuck with the same lineup every time. Out of what I tried, the banana pudding one was easily a standout--super nostalgic, creamy, and just done right without being overly sweet. The coconut one was also up there, more subtle but still really clean and flavorful. Love me some coconut! They also have a punch card system--buy 9 slices, get the 10th free--which is a nice touch. It lowkey turns into a mission because once you've tried one flavor, you kinda want to work your way through all of them anyway. Now...the downside. The customer service just isn't great. It's not aggressive or anything, just noticeably lacking. There's not much warmth or engagement--it feels pretty transactional. For a place that clearly puts effort into their product, you'd expect at least a baseline level of hospitality, and it's just not really there. So overall, if you're going to Banhams, go for the cheesecake. The rotating flavors keep it fresh, the quality is legit, and it's definitely worth trying. Just don't expect much from the service side, and you'll enjoy it a lot more.

After reading reviews and considering our options, we were really looking forward to this experience. When we arrived, we were excited by the variety of flavors and the over-the-top presentation. Unfortunately, once we started looking more closely at the products, we became concerned. The ice cream in the freezer appeared extremely soft and partially melted, and we noticed significant condensation around the cookie dough/batter. It did not give the impression that the products were being properly maintained or stored. The milkshakes certainly LOOK impressive, but once we actually tasted them, the quality was very disappointing. The ice cream did not have the creamy consistency or quality I would expect for the price. It tasted like inexpensive, low-quality ice cream, and the whipped cream was also warm rather than cold and fresh. At that point, it felt like we were paying primarily for the presentation, jar, toppings, and "wow factor" rather than quality ice cream. I also noticed packaged items such as Chips Ahoy cookies, brownies, and sugar cookies being used as toppings, with some of the original store packaging visible. There is nothing inherently wrong with using packaged products, but when the actual ice cream isn't high quality, it becomes difficult to justify the price. The most concerning part of our visit, however, was what happened with an employee. One employee arrived wearing what appeared to be pajamas and had a kitten/cat on her shoulder. She took the cat toward the back and later was behind/near the register preparing drinks while she and another employee were interacting with the cat around the food and snack area. Seeing an animal being handled in an area where food and food-service items were being prepared was extremely concerning. As a customer, I should not have to wonder whether pet hair or dander could be getting near food. For anyone with a cat allergy, this could be especially concerning. Once I saw this, I stopped eating my milkshake altogether. I sincerely hope the owners or management take this review seriously. The staff need proper training, and the food-storage, cleanliness, and food-handling practices should be carefully evaluated. A fun atmosphere and impressive presentation can only go so far. Quality, cleanliness, and proper food handling should always come first. We went there expecting a memorable dessert experience with our kids. Unfortunately, the experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. My recommendation: save your money and look elsewhere. We spent $81 on this visit.
