Three years ago, I purchased a diamond ring from Diamond Ring Co. on Blossom Hill, lured by the promise of a "lifetime warranty" should a diamond ever fall out. What seemed like an incredible deal quickly turned into a nightmare, revealing the company's shoddy craftsmanship and unethical business practices. Within weeks, a diamond vanished from my ring. While this should have been a red flag, I naively gave them the benefit of the doubt and had it replaced. Fast forward three years, and another diamond goes missing. Due to personal commitments, I couldn't visit the store immediately, but when I finally did last weekend, I was met with a shocking revelation: my "lifetime warranty" was void because I hadn't brought the ring in for service every 3 months! Yes, you read that right. Every 3 months! In this day and age, who has the time for such absurdly frequent visits, especially when the very reason for those visits is the company's failure to secure the diamonds properly? The arrogant employee, Jai/Jay, insisted this new condition was communicated to all customers, yet he couldn't provide any proof. Conveniently, he had my contact information on file but no record of any notification. Despite our pleas to honor the original warranty just this once, he refused dramatically and unapologetically. Some customer service, right? Diamond Ring Co.'s shady practices are designed to deceive unsuspecting customers. Their "lifetime warranty" is a farce, and their customer service is appalling. I will never return to this establishment and will actively discourage my friends, family, and everyone in my extensive network of social media groups from falling victim to their scams. I urge anyone considering purchasing from Diamond Ring Co. to think twice. They've lost my business and the business of my community. I'm determined to expose their deceptive tactics and save others from the frustration and disappointment I've experienced. I made this Yelp account so I could specifically give my review for one of the Sales Associates at Diamond Ring Co. who helped me. His name was Max, and he was a wonderful person. From the moment we walked into the store, he greeted us with a smile and a handshake, and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Max then showed us a ton of different options in different price ranges, until we found the perfect match for what we were looking for: A perfect engagement band for my fiancé-to-be. I loved the design, it was simple yet thick enough, with just the right amount of diamond designs on the sides (in white gold). I just want to add that Max added a personal touch to his customer service here, which is what we appreciated the most. Whoever decided to hire him made the best investment choice, because he makes anxious customers like myself feel happy and encouraged to shop for jewelry, without worrying about feeling pressurized or as if the price is too high. He gave us quite a discount as well, and made sure we left the door feeling great, and we did. Awesome store and awesome service. Westook and Fahad made me feel very comfortable and they are both very nice. They have a great collection of beautiful diamond rings of various shapes and sizes. I was looking for specific characteristics in a diamond (Cushion cut, internally flawless, 1 carat, clearless (e,d,f) and excellent for polish and symmetry, and GIA). They did not have this in the store; however, Westook and Fahad were very patient with me and they ordered my diamond. Westook helped me choose my ring setting. Two weeks later my ring was done. Can't believe I found the perfect ring I was looking for my husband to be! The diamond ring co has what no one else carry. Such huge selection like I've never seen before. Most jewelry places have no more than 100 rings and anything you want has to be ordered.
