PLEASE ANYONE SHOPPING FOR ANY JEWELRY FOR ANY OCCASION DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU SPEND 6 MINUTES TO READ AND PROCESS THE FOLLOWING!!!!! Let me start at the beginning... I am not a patient man, and because of this fact, Jewelry shopping is one of my least favorite activities, add to that stress, Engagement ring shopping. I had been shopping in the Great Mall for 2 hours, at my normal pace, 100mph. When I walked by by the Storefront for The Diamong Ring Store, well lit, very clean and open walkways that did not box you in, with those display case choke points making you feel trapped waiting for the "Sales Ambush" Quite the opposite, simple and warm hello, MUNISH introduced himself in a non intrusive manner, never once did this young man give off any of the typical, stereotypical "sales guy" tactics. I usually decide in the first 15 to 30 seconds whether or not I am going to stay and browse, let alone show that I am remotely interested in whatever that particular products a store is selling. Immediately felt very comfortable, I believe I actually just started right into conversation with MUNISH... "I'm Looking for a Heart Shaped Diamond Solitaire", again, the was no wasted time, almost like he sensed what kind of shopper I was. I new what I wanted, and very intuitively he knew that. Acting like he was just in the display case 2 minutes before looking at the exact ring he handed me, again, he knew his store layout, which means this young man took his job seriously, he did not wander up and down, searching through case after case, nope MUNISH took 9 steps to his left, opened the case and pulled out "EXACTLY, I MEAN DEAD ON" what I had in mind! His job was no where complete, my credit situation..NOT Exactly Pretty. I did not want 1, let alone 2 or 3 hard inquiries all over my Credit, he informed me that he would work through and navigate the "Credit Crucible" and get me a decent all around interest rate and monthly payment without any hard inquiries! To be honest, thought I was screwed, again MUNISH, very courteously saw I was stressing a bit, reassured me that he was going to make it happen! To sum it up, He did exactly what he said he would do, miraculously in less than 30 minutes. Everyone on the staff there wore a smile, none of them talked over the other customers while I was sitting there waiting for MUNISH to finish my credit applications. I can say that, today, was one of THE best shopping experiences I've had at a jewelry store in some time. My soon to be husband and I went to do a little window shopping for some wedding rings. Just to get some ideas and to see what our budget could handle. I had an idea of what I was looking for and wanted, but was a little l scared of what the cost was going to be. I'm not a fancy girl, but I do love sparkly things and wanted something different. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful salesman, Ahmed. He was so patient, informative, great sense of humor, and did everything he could to make the experience painless. Most times you are rushed just to make a sale and move on to the next sale, but at the Diamond Ring, they took the time to make us feel special, worked with us for a great deal and made me the happiest bride to be. The Diamond Ring Co. is amazing! My fiancé and I decided to use my late grandmother's pearl ring as an engagement ring, which has a unique and antique setting.
