I had an awesome experience here. I was looking at a few jewelry stores in the Oceanside area first as I wanted to get ideas to upgrade my wife's engagement ring. Fast forward a few weeks later and I saw The Diamond Shoppe as I was having lunch in Encinitas and I decided to stop in. I already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and the pricing out there, Dragan was patient and walked me through different qualities of diamonds, which was great but I explained that I just wanted a larger size with nothing too visible. He knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me 3 diamonds in that range and we looked together and I found the perfect diamond, it really had a big look without having visible inclusions and was half the price I thought it was going to be. They gave me a great military discount! They set it in a simple setting so I could surprise her and fast forward a month later and me and my wife made a custom engagement ring setting together with Dragan and Nick. By far the greatest experience I've had with any jeweler, and yeah I know that is tough to say with a few unsavory jewelry shops out there. The best thing about the Diamond Shoppe (Dragan and Nick were both amazing) is that they politely let you decide what you want without being too pushy. Wow is 10 stars an option? Had an amazing experience at this jewelry store in Encinitas. Me and my now fiancé came in to look at some engagement ring settings and matching wedding bands. Dragan and Nick helped us, there was a nice selection and it was a pleasant experience. We found a few settings that she liked, one especially that was a simple halo white gold ring, Dragan wrote then down for us in the future. There was no pressure and it was informative. I came in later to surprise her and picked out a center loose diamond for the setting she liked. Dragan walked me through the qualities and diamond certifications and I ended up choosing a beautiful diamond at an amazing price with the ring. They made the ring custom in her finger size in less than 3 weeks, and I proposed last week and she loves it! We couldn't be happier! Such a great experience at The Diamond Shoppe. I was hunting for an engagement ring for a few months and being a local, I wanted to check out the new jewelry store in Cardiff, and I'm so happy I did. I visited about 4 other jewelry stores throughout North County and San Diego from as north as Oceanside to Downtown San Diego and Diamond Shoppe was hands down the best. They had a great selection and they could do what I wanted custom as what they specialize in (also it helps they had the best prices in town), Dragan was really helpful in the entire process and helped me through a step by step design of the custom engagement ring. I was engagement ring searching with my fiancé and came upon The Diamond Shoppe per recommendation of a friend that knows Dragan. It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We wanted a pretty classic engagement ring with a round brilliant cut center diamond and some diamond down the side in white gold, there was plenty of examples in store but they ended up doing a custom engagement ring in her finger size and to the center diamond we picked out. Dragan was patient in explaining all the different qualities of diamonds and we looked at several options and found the perfect one, and it fit our budget! I took 4 rings, including my wedding band, into The Diamond Shoppe to have resized. Arthritis made my fit impossible. The transformation by Dragon Cvetkovic was truly amazing. My old wedding ring is connecting flowers and I thought that the size 6 1/2 would have to be admired in my jewelry box. Dragon added gold and somehow left the flower design intact while enlarging it to a size 8. The other rings were also sized and brought up to size. I recommend this shop for your jewelry needs.
