Average food at best. Bacon wasn't hardly cooked. Grits were not what you'd expect for southern diner.

Came here for breakfast. The restaurant was very busy and only had a few servers but they were working hard to make sure everyone was being taken care of. I had the Greek omelette and my husband had the create your own breakfast with the pancake. We both enjoyed our meals. Food was fresh and very good. Servers kept my coffee cup full. Restaurant looks nice, clean and bright. Would return here! read more

This place needs to get their crap together. Totally overwhelmed! 4 tables that came after us had orders taken before us. All got their food 30mins before us. Took us an hour and 10mins to get our food. Meanwhile, I see the manager chatting it up with some guy who looked to be an owner because he was behind the counter at one point and went in the back- I heard his name as Vinny. After the manager chatted it up with the guy at counter who may or may not be the owner. Went in the back. How about when you see your restaurant in chaos trying to keep up you get your ass out there and run the food, check on tables, take orders. Manager sucked! I wanted to complain about our food taking forever but knew that was going nowhere. Food was ok- but not worthy of an hour wait. Arrived at 11:30, sat at the table 12:07, received food at 1:16 and left restaurant at 2pm. Get your shit together manager! And if Vinny is the owner learn how to run a business buddy! I am not high maintenance either and rarely write reviews but this joint pissed me off. Positive-: hostess was busting her but cleaning tables, getting drinks because wait staff can't keep up. read more

This spot just opened up and is pretty great! The staff were very nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed the vanilla cappuccino it was delicious and loved the whipped cream. The menu is filled with great options and lots of different choices. The atmosphere was great and it's really pretty inside. I feel like the potatoes were too thick but the sausage and eggs were yummy. read more

Okay so my partner and I have very different breakfast food tastes so we got two very different meals. I ended up sending my food back because the spinach feta egg wrap was soooo soggy and wet. His bacon pancake thing was alright but in my opinion to sweet. He didn't finish it because it was way too sweet to eat as a breakfast meal but it was as advertised. I would not recommend this place for the price even for this area. :/ service was also incredibly slow though it wasn't packed read more

Hatim has been with this company in long time and has one of the best servers you can find this new location is extremely easy to get in and out of and very very nice location with great personnel working here. Foods always fantastic, relax and enjoy the nice atmosphere. read more

Breakfast at @ The Diner was amazing! Our family of 5 went around 10 am on a Wednesday and there was no wait and service was quick! Immediately after being seated we were greeted by our waiter, Hatim, and he got our drinks and order in right away. The only downside was that there was Pepsi products and I prefer Coke products. The food was out quick and it was nothing less than delicious. I would definitely return to @ The Diner! read more

When my food arrived my potatoes were basically cold, soaking wet with juice from the pico de gallo, and under-cooked. The shredded chicken portion I added was also a quite small, deffinitely not $6 worth and our waitress never came to check on us until it was time to pay. read more

My family and I came here with high hopes. We were a table of 8, 4 adults, 4kids. We were told a 30 min wait, which wasn't a big deal, except they chose to only have one large group table so instead of putting 2 four tops together so that extended our wait tremendously. When we got our food, it was not even sub par. For the money they charge, it should be at least sub par. Pretty much all sides were $5, cheesy grits, fruit, bacon, toast, 2 eggs. My FIL and I both got a veggie omelet. Mine was burnt and tasted like griddle grease, his looked as it was supposed to. My mom got the avocado toast and the tomato was soggy. They never brought out my husbands meal, then insisted it had been sitting in the warmer. This was a good 10 min after the rest of us got our meals. My daughter enjoyed her kids waffle meal. French toast was soggy as well. Overall, I do not recommend. Find somewhere with better service and food. read more

Nice server but bad service. Good enough food but it seemed like I ordered the only thing on the menu with small portions. Should have a half and half option on the menu. Seating seemed chaotic and we were ignored for a while, then our server was surprised we existed. After our existence was established, it was an ok experience. I was disappointed my meal only came with 1/2 of a waffle, but that's life. It was a tasty 1/2 of a waffle. read more

I was so excited to see this restaurant opened up close to my house so I decided to plan a brunch with my best friend on a Sunday. We arrived around 1 PM and there was no line whatsoever to be seated. Our server went over the menu and strongly suggested that we go with the unlimited mimosas, which I believe Was $30 so we went ahead and did that. For our entrées, we ordered the chicken and waffles and the Boston cream pancake. The pancake was good but could use more frosting /cream in between the two layers. The chicken was extremely dry. I forgot to mention our utensils were disgusting with crusted food on them and we had to wait quite a while for them to bring us replacement utensils. After our third mimosa, the server came up to us and said that we reached our limit, and this would have to be our last mimosa. I was perplexed, since there was no time limit stated by our server when he strongly suggested the unlimited mimosas to us, nor is this mentioned on the website or the menu, so I questioned him and I said we've reached our limit...how so ? we barely been here more than an hour and he said yes it looks like you're going on an hour and 20 minutes and we've got a time limit of 1 1/2. I think he made that up and he just wanted to go home because the restaurant was pretty empty and there was probably two other tables that were seated, but it seems like we were his only customers and maybe he wanted to head home so that's why he told us that Either way that left us with a bad taste in our mouth. we left paying $100 for one order of pancakes one order of chicken and waffles and three mimosas each which definitely doesn't sound like a $100 tab to me. If your server is going to push the unlimited mimosa for $30 a person the least you can do is explain if there really is a time limit prior to the person agreeing to do unlimited mimosas just seems like a money grab. read more
