Meh. This is a one and done experience for us. It was packed with people, and super loud. Not at all cozy or inviting inside; like you're eating in an open factory. Not a relaxing vibe. The food: blah. Boring and average for the adults. The ingredients were average; not high quality but not subpar. The cheese on my sandwich arrived unmelted. The kids however liked their specialty pancakes. And the portions were large. The cost: I get Orlando is a tourist town and things will on average cost more. This place is no exception, but the flavors and quality don't justify it. Also they added an additional $1 charge to each entree that had eggs as a "egg charge". TLDR; this place is a major tourist trap, overpriced food, bad service & awkward set up. We were a party of 6 and when we arrived there were approx 5 parties ahead of us. We were quoted 15-20 minutes wait. A lot of other people came in after us and we were all crowded around other tables awkwardly waiting. After waiting 30 minutes we were told we would be seated next after we asked how much longer. When we were finally seated (at a table with people crowded around us) we waited about 10 minutes before asking if we had a server. After that immediately she showed up. The food is insanely overpriced - for our kids to get 1 egg it was $7.99 and with bacon and a waffle it was around $16 for a KIDS MEAL. Everything is individually priced which adds up quickly, for the quality of the food it is not worth it. And the cherry on top, after subpar service, was that they add gratuity of 22% to your table automatically for parties of 6+. Servers in Florida make $11/hour plus 22% tip on overpriced food for her to do the bare minimum. Not acceptable. read more

Wish we had known about the place prior to our last day here! Came in for breakfast on the way to the airport and had Boston Crème pancakes, the Benedict's and the daily special ( cinnamon French toast, house potatoes and sausage. ). All of the food was fantastic and the service was prompt and friendly. I wish we had one of these in Blaine, MN. I had Huervos rancheros and she had buttermilk pancakes. It was very busy when we came in, but we were able to sit right down. The place had a few too many televisions, but the sound was turned down, and there was no blurring music to annoy us. I went on a Sunday morning, for two people the wait time was about 40 minutes. I was seated then waited maybe another 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Maybe overall waited an hour. I went with something simple, French toast and a side of house potatoes. That being said, the French toast was simply French toast nothing special however the house potatoes were delicious. This has been the best brunch experience I have ever had! You can tell the team loves their job and who they work with/for. Went on a family trip this week and had a great time this Saturday! We started our day off at brunch with our server Quay. He was so energetic and fun. He continuously checked in on us and made sure we were stocked up on our bottomless mimosas! Thanks Quay the Food was so good, I'm still thinking about it!! We waited 35 mins to be sat, and given we are in Orlando, we were fine with that, because it's Spring Break, and often expected. We were sat and it took 15 mins for our server to ask what we wanted to drink. We put our order in at the same time. One burger with bacon, one kids burger, a breakfast burrito and the chicken and biscuits. We waited over 40 mins for our food. My husband's chick and biscuits were done first, and sat in the window while the rest of the food was made. We watched our food sit in the window, while servers did side work, making coffee and literally everything else. It wasn't just our food that sat there. My husband's chicken and biscuits were dry and not even edible by the time it came to the table. My son's bacon wasn't on his burger. We watched food sit to die in the window the entire time we were there. Anyone who has worked in the service industry knows that your priority must be getting food to the table expeditiously. The entire experience ruined because we waited for food, that could not be consumed. We didn't have time to wait for food to be remade because we had already waited so long for every other aspect of this experience. We ended up sharing food, so that my husband didn't leave hungry. For what food costs these days, there must be more care extended to the entire process. Our bill was $45 for 3 meals, as my husband's food was removed. But no one took into consideration it wasn't just his meal, it was all of us that were affected during this awful experience. I would not recommend this establishment. This place is super busy and it easily overwhelms ALL employees. The hostess asked for people in line coming in the door to move further inside so people leaving could exit. She told the people in front of us the wait time and that the bar seating was open. They went to sit at the bar. She completely ignored us and skipped us and greeted the family that came in behind us. Once she acknowledged us, we asked if we could too sit at the bar. The bar area sits 8 people. There was already a party of 2, and then the 2 in front of us, and then an additional 2 after we sat down. The servers did not acknowledge the new 3 groups of 2. Once they did, they greeted the people that sat down last, and got their drink orders and walked away. Once they came back they greeted the people they should have served first. Drinks were very slow. I asked for a coffee and a water. My partner asked for a coffee. They coffees came out, the water did not. Another server walked by and asked if we were ready to order. We ordered the Bennyffle and the Benny Club, and again, I asked for a water. The water never came until my partner asked for it a third time. No ice? Other peoples food sat in the window FOREVERRRRR. My partner's meal (Bennyffle) was okay. Eggs were poached correctly. The Benny Club... both eggs were overcooked. One was over medium and the other over HARD. I told the server and told him I didn't expect anything by telling them. Just that I wanted them to be aware of the inconsistencies. He ended up taking the meal off the ticket. What a joke! Beware of Influencers Over Hype for this one. Last time I take a TikTok recommendation. The place is Small, and I mean small. They were stuffing people in tables. No space for literally anything. As soon as you walk in it's complete eyes on you. There is no place to wait. They had a random assortment of chairs (3 chairs) for people waiting and they were shoulder to shoulder with customers at their tables. You couldn't even talk because everyone on the other end of the restaurant could see you. The food is over hyped nothing special. The server never told us his name but it didnt matter because we barely saw him anyway. Behind the bar they were all laughing and chatting while multiple angry customers waited on their food. Not to mention a 55 min wait for 2 people... Just completely unacceptable. It seemed like they only catered to a certain demographic, and I hate to be that person but it was blatantly obvious. The food was so delicious! I completely recommend to those who want a really good breakfast or lunch. It came so fast it was as if we had never even had time to order! The service was amazing, our waitress was extremely nice and when she made a small mistake on one of our company's orders, she took the plate back almost immediately and brought back a new plate with the right order.
