The girl working the front cash register was super rude. She ignored us when we walked up to the cash registered for online orders. We had called in an order for the first time so we figured we just go straight to the register. She ignored us and then spoke to a man who came in after us and was standing behind us. I had to get her attention then she told me I had to get in line after the guy who came in after us and wait for him to order to pick up our phone order which was already ready. Make it make sense! I think the manager needs to have a little chat with her about how customer service works. I'm a server and I would never treat people in this manner. Maybe she was having a bad day, but we all have bad days. If you're in a customer facing job you fake it till you make it! Food is always pretty good and fresh however this location is extremely stingy with their sauces. I miss the days where we could just get what we needed in the sauce dispensers. If the manager is willing to read my review and talk to their employees about being kinder to customers I will up my stars on this review. read more

I've been to a LOT of flame broilers all over the place. Their product is great but each location is really hit or miss. Sometimes the meat doesn't seem flame grilled. THIS particular one was ON POINT. And rightfully so since this one is apparently attached to their headquarters. This one is setting the example on what a flame broiler SHOULD be. I ordered my usual. Regular chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies. Simple. Workers were friendly with a smile. Place was clean and nicely stocked. And most importantly, the food was exactly what it should be! Flame grilled and charred chicken. Good portion size. Crunchy veggies. If I lived closer to this area, I'd make this my go to flame broiler, but sadly I live far away and my local flame broiler is hit or miss. The staff here is fantastic and friendly, something you don't see very often especially at fast food place. The service is just as reliable, I ordered a mini bowl with beef and tofu and the portions were incredibly generous. The vegetables were perfectly steamed and not soggy which is a huge plus. The bowl was a modest size for my appetite and this experience including dining had me in and out in 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a quick yet savory and filling. However, if you keep on making your way down Brookhollow Dr. You'll be sure to find it. Complaints by other Yelpers have been made about parking especially during peak hours (ie lunch), but I feel like that's inescapable. This location is SURROUNDED by businesses! In fact, if you look around there's multiple businesses that share the same parking lot that Flame Broiler is nestled in so that's beyond the establishment's control. This was my first time at any Flame Broiler and while I can't make any complaints for food/service, I personally don't feel like that Flame Broiler is anything too special. While the food was made fresh, fast, and was provided to me in a timely manner with good customer service I was not wow'd by meal. I ordered the Angus Beef Mini Bowl with brown rice. I really like that they don't charge you extra if you opt for brown rice like other establishments might, so that's a plus! At the end of the line they also ask you if you want your bowl with or without green onions! When The concept of Flame Broiler is pretty simple, as is their menu options. They have a few bowls you can choose from and you can decide if you want to add some veggies with your protein (chicken/beef or a combination of the two). I think that it should be noted that you can only get a mini bowl if you're not trying to get the orders that have veggies in them! They don't have many sides or much else, but the way you do order is you go around and it's kind of a chipotle kind of line (with less options and toppings). They have plenty of seating inside and outside of the establishment and it's very clean too! Definite pluses! Though Flame Broiler's not my cup-of-tea and I don't think it's amazing, I can see myself coming back here for convenience to feed my grumbly tummy during my lunch hour since this is only a few mins away (walking-distance) from my office. read more

It seems to be very poor quality meat. I can walk here from my office so I was hoping it would be decent . The chicken I had previously wasn't any better. Checked out this spot this last week, they must have just opened. Parking was aweful, super tight and not many spots open. Just a few people in the place so not sure who owned all the cars. The place is HUGE. I think the biggest FB Ive been in to. Very clean (brand new). Nice patio too. If all the people can find parking they can fit a large crowd inside for sure. I was surprised that they didnt have any grand opening specials or even a basic lunch special. After asking about any specials he came up with a coupon that gave a lil discount but then refused to stamp my card because of that discount. If compared to other Flame Broiler the food is the same, amount is the same, same packing ect. No lunch deals kind of works against them. My work is in between them and the one on 4th.
