I needed a new remote keylock. Somehow my original key-lock got lost in Las Vegas in a car rental (long story). I went to Pep Boys in Union City. They did not have the Ford key-lock I needed. They said to go to Ford. I looked on Yelp and it said that The Ford Store is open until 7 pm on Sunday. Not True - only Sales is open until 7 pm. Parts/Service is not open at all on Sunday! Why does Yelp state they are open? The service/parts department needs to have their hours listed apart from the sales department. The service department opens early for mechanics and others that are in the automobile repair business. I think it opens at 8 a.m. Monday. Don't know about Saturday. Don't know when they close during the week. Like I posted, they need to have service/parts department's hours posted on Yelp. I came on Monday and paid about $72.00 (tax included) for a replacement. Told me to go to Service Dept. and they would program it 4 me. They did took about 10 minutes total. I have been in many places that took hours to wait 4 a reeeely simple thing. Still, they need to post their Service/Parts hours apart from Sales.... As 4 servicing my vehicle. I won't go to a dealer for service stuff. They charge way too much 4 everything. Too Bad. That could work as a way to get customers back. If the customer has ALL THEIR SERVICE NEEDS DONE THERE - the big ticket items are free (including parts & labor up to a specific value like $750 per visit and $2000 max for the life of the car). That means all the oil changes, tire rotations, and the like, are performed there. Tires are exempt. I doubt if Ford has the foresight to do that. Still, it is kind of like insurance. You pay extra hoping not to file a claim. read more

I have to change my review. DO NOT BUY THE SERVICE PACKAGE THEY OFFER. They very happy to sell you a car and the packages, But the service department is full of rude staff. I have been hung up on multiple times. When I requested to speak to a manager I was put through to a dummy voicemail. The online booking portal it all for show. Had my car serviced a couple of weeks ago I had to wait 5 hours just for regular service. Then this week we had our first rainy day my window wipers needed to be replaced I called to schedule an appointment the young lady stated just come in and buy the wipers and someone would put them on. After purchasing the wipers I go to one of the service reps he tells me I need an appointment for the 30 second job or I could go to the business across the street and they could do it. Very unprofessional wish I could give them a zero. I should not have to come back to get this resolved. I waited for Doug to come into the showroom he did not show up. He called me after I had left. Worst dealer service. The first time I went in for a dome light problem during warranty. Left the car there for a day for diagnosis. At the end of day they changed the oil and asked me to come in another for diagnosis because their electric guy wasn't in. I had to pay for a oil change that I never asked for and not needed. Another day I went in on an early morning appointment. But was told to leave there for the day. So pissed I took it home and did some research. At the end including trip to O'Reilly for the fuse, it took ~20 minutes. Second time I went in for a engine check light issue. They had said they have the part and asked me to come 8:20am. When I was there at 8:20am, they said I have to leave the car for the day which I didn't plan for. Then the guys told me they can't locate the part and have to order it again. The next time I went in for the same problem, they made me wait for the whole day for the repair and a software recall. Afterwards the windshield brushes were not aligned. They can only brush half way. In addition to the alignment issue, I found out the have the swapped the driver and passenger side arms which are the not same and must not be swapped. Underneath the hood, I can see fresh marks on the bolts securing the windshield arms. Clearly it was taken off during the service. Thanks for the horrible service from a certified professional Ford dealer on a 2018 Ford Escape. The car will only get worse through this dealer. Never get a Ford again! Update: Went back on an 8:00am appointment to ask them look into the windshield wiper arm issue. I want to inform them the problem and also hoping to get it fixed somehow. Simon the service consultant (?) greeted me with cold face. The first thing he said was it was a different problem from last time and it was not caused by their service, and I need an appointment for it (I do). In his words, "prove it" if they caused it. Told me I have to leave my car for two days for investigation and if they can't confirm they caused it then I have to pay for the repair, which may need parts that they don't have (claiming my car is too old). Basically my car needs to stay there two days, possibly another two days once they have the parts and I might have to pay for it. Not only the service is horrible the attitude of this Simon is crappy, as well as other guys I have talked to. None of them has a smile on their face dealing with customers. At the end I can't find the time, nor can I stand the frustrations to deal with these assh**s. I wasted three trips to still have a problem on my car. Thanks to these Ford morons! Never Ford again! Update: Did some research and got my hands dirty. Swapped the two windshield arms. Now they are working as they used to and look normal. Brought my flex here in march. After an initial estimate of 450 they raise it to 3200 for a water pump replacement. Get the car back 4 days later and it still has a check engine light. I was told the light is a residual code and to drive a bit for it to go away. 100 miles and a week later lights still on. Take it to my trusted mechanic and he tells me a solenoid was damaged during the repair of the water pump. Take it back to the dealership and they charge me another 800 to repair the damage they caused. Fast forward to July I'm getting an oil change and my trusted mechanic tells me the timing cover has been cracked and is leaking oil and that it looks like someone attempted to seal the crack with silicone. My mechanic whose been fixing my family's cars for 25+ years says that his expert opinion says the dealership over tightened a bolt causing the crack. They saw the damage and attempted to repair their mistake. Take my car back to the dealership they confirm that the oil is leaking but they say it's from something unrelated to the crack. They refused to repair the damage they caused and wanted to charge me another 3200 to fix the damage they caused. I have been disappointed time and time again by this dealership. My first encounter I purchased a ford mustang in 2012. Within a few months there were many problems with the vehicle, but because I purchased an extended warranty the problems were fixed. I also purchased a maintenance service package. Within a few months after that, not owning the car more than 6months, it is having problems intermittently started. So I take it in and they tell me if they can not duplicate the problem they are going to charge me just for them checking it out without correcting the issue (even though I have a warranty). I just took the car back home. The starter finally went out a few days later. I had to fight to get it covered they said it wasn't covered. I hadn't had the car 6 months. Next problem they do not honor their service contracts. I had mentioned that I had purchased a service package. While still within my contract guidelines I ended up paying for 2 service maintenance request. No one would honor my contract. I had to talk to the finance rep that did my entire contract. He found out some one input the information incorrectly in the computer. He went to talk to the service dept and they made a statement that my mileage was close to the expiration anyway. Close to and expired are 2 different things. He told me they would reimburse me for the services. He said he would call me in a couple of days. He did not. I had to go back to the store. And all they gave me was a one time free gas fill up. Not equal value to the services. They manager said he would not reimburse me. I already paid for the service with the package so technically I paid twice. And lastly I took my wife's car there just for an oil change. I figure they cant mess that up right. I get there and I'm being argued with for bringing a Chevy to the ford store. I have taken her car to the hilltop store and they just do the oil change, no problems. I wasn't asking for a repair. The rep gave me a hard time saying they hardly ever get a Chevy and the Chevy store is up the street. He also said they use genuine Chevy parts its going to take me 20 mins just to see if we have the parts. And he was giving some more reasons why they shouldn't do our oil change by that time I stopped listening. So we just left. read more

I took my car in for service due to a recall. I dropped it off at 8:30 am and took their shuttle home. At about 2pm, I received a call telling me the car was ready. I was working, but I called later in the afternoon and asked if I could pick up the car at 8pm. I was told I could, and the person took my name and said "we'll have it ready for you." I took an Uber from my house this evening and arrived at 7:30pm, only to be told that there was "no record" of my late pickup request. I spoke to the manager on duty, who repeatedly shrugged and said there was nothing he could do for me, but that IF he has the key to the lockbox, he would help me (gee, thanks.). I was offered neither an acknowledgement of the trouble, nor the apology. worst dealer ever. I was Looking for a new car in Feb/2016 and this dealer its only 2 blocks away from me so why not? the guy who tries to sell me a car was completely rude and he thinks he was a great businessman, a week after I drove all the way to Ford Fremont and I got way better deal and way better customer services. My lease was over, so time to return my car, Ford contact me and they told me I can return my car to any Ford Dealer, so why no? it's just there around the corner. As soon I get to the door a guy asked me "How can I help you ?" , I told him I want to return my lease. he told me to go inside and ask for the guy who handles that (he told me his name but I'm terrible with names). The lady from the front desk told me I need an appointment and he was not there (the guy from outside told me he was inside), she did not know when he had an availability on his schedule to make an appointment to me so she told me he will call me back (4 days and no call yet). Because I had a bad experience on the pass with this dealer and great experience with the FREMONT FORD, I decide to call the Fremont Ford, guess what?! the guy on the phone told me "come right now and we can set everything up for you quickly". I drove all the way to Fremont and with 10 minutes I was calling Lyft to get me home. If i could give them negative stars I would!! I bought my 2015 Lifted ford F150 in February. Since them it has been to ford 4 times and to 4 wheel parts 4 times. I have been having nothing but issues with the truck. I recently took my truck in to ford to have my transmission looked at and my front end was making a horrible noise when turning. I was told i would have my truck back by the following Monday. Keep in mind that I live in VACAVILLE and I have been the one dealing with 4 wheel parts NOT ford. After calling numerous times on Monday I finally got a call from Simon saying the truck had just been picked up by 4 wheel parts. I took my truck in on a THURSDAY and it didn't get touched until TUESDAY!! I was furious! They ended up fixing my noise in the front end after telling me numerous times that it was "a typical noise ann the F150s make". I was told my truck was ready to be picked up 10 days after being dropped off. When I arrived to pick up my truck it was brought to my attention that my lower A arms on BOTH sides of my front suspension were cracked. I looked under my truck this afternoon and found that the A arms are both stamped FO MO CO (ford motor company). I asked why they didn't fix it and this is what he told me. " We checked to see if it was a ford manufactured part and when it was on the lift we didn't see the ford logo stamped on it, therefore 4 wheel parts will have to replace them since they removed the originals". Number 1- there is absolutely no reason to remove and replace stock A arms unless your doing a full suspension upgrade for extreme off roading. Number 2- He sat there and talked down to me the entire time i tried to explain to him that there was no reason to replace the stock A arms. Number 3- Overtime I asked him to show me where it was supposed to be stamped he kept telling me to trust him it wasn't there. At this point I was beyond pissed off and frustrated with him and Dan the service manager. All they did was blow me off and keep passing me around to people. If i could give the truck back and get my money back I would. I have already filed a complaint with Ford corporate and my lawyer will be contacting them about my truck being a lemon. They are in contact with Corporate as well. I should't be having this many problems with something thats not even a year old. I shouldn't be having to deal with the company that THEY paid to install the lift kit. I shouldn't be dealing with service techs lying to me about my truck and talking down to me. Over the weekend I had the pleasure of doing business with San Leandro Ford. I was all ready skeptical due to all of the stories you here or should I say I've heard about shady car salesmen. So I sat in the parking lot for about 20-30 minutes before I made up my mind not to leave. But that was only because of the presence of one of the best to do it; accidentally. Like a second nature. I felt as though I had some type of connection with this gentleman. That's when it hit me. That's the guy to talk to right there. Believe me when I tell you all that Victor E. Perez was a pure Professional when it comes to the craft of being an honest person who wants the best for YOU!! Not one time did I feel like he was leading me on. Not one time did I feel rushed. I mean this guy was even willing to drive one of the vehicles to Vallejo where I live. Of course the naysayers who say "it's part of his job" and that is when I would say, you have to actually just go and browse a bit until you come across this gentleman. 9 times out of 10 you will probably know him soon as you see him in which hopefully this review will provide you to enough reason to approach him. No slick fast talkin. Exchanged words about each others family. Not once did the thought of "I made a mistake coming here"cross my mind. I can go on and on. Not to mention how, because this was a two day process. But he was the same person I met the first day on the second day. The same pleasant attitude the same pure personality. As a FIRST TIME BUYER he made me feel like been a customer for years. Or just did all of the things to guarantee that I at least remain one for that long. In which is ALL APART OF THE PLAN. My car has been in back and forth in the shop seven times over the past year. It's a apparent the mechanics don't have a clue how to fix the car or I have a lemon. My car was in the shop for 55 days. I just got the car back July 2017. Sept. 16, 2017 my shut down while my daughter and I were driving on the highway. Talk about safety, we were horrified. I towed the car to the Ford dealer. I bought a 2015 used car from them last week. There was one key for the vehicle and I told them that I would need an extra key. I went in a week later, and was told there wasn't a second key and that I would have to have one programmed and made. $233 before tax, after I spent $13k on the car. I've never purchased a car from a dealer, and been given only one key. I think the dealer could have done something more to rectify this situation. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE! save yourself the headaches from their deceiving contracts and lack of service. We purchased a Ford in 2015 here, and of course they were excellent at the time, but once you drive off the lot their service is HORRIBLE. They take forever to answer their phone, and screw you over with their deceiving contracts. As I mentioned, we purchased a used car in 2015 and had a 7 year guarantee, lo and behold, they will not honor it because of fine print stating guarantee starts from 2013! When we didn't even own it!!! Unbelievable! But of course this was not mentioned when purchased, because it's a horrible and stupid, shady tactic. All the service ladies are completely useless and rude on the phone. Condescending, every single time. No matter who picks up, and it's always "ladies"- rude every single time. Their service department never answers and all the people on top don't care to resolve or change anything. Highly do not recommend this place, go elsewhere. We ended up getting the Ford Fusion Energi from this Ford Store working with Mike Razman the Internet Manager. Unlike our experience at Walnut Creek Ford, he did not give us the runaround, did not lie about the availability of the car in our color in the Titanium model, actually honored the Employee Pricing Plan negotiated through my Husband's company (WC Ford should have honored the same as they said they would), AND the discounts and pricing on Ford's own website. Why not 5 stars now? There were a few communication issues and the car itself though brand new (54 miles) was dirty inside and needed to be detailed (a service they should have performed prior to us picking up the car). I am hopeful that when servicing the car time comes, we will have a great experience and I can add a star. read more

My friend Christina needed a new car. She really really really did. She had one of those cars that was somebody else's old, cheap commuter-car for years already before she got it, and then she continued to wring another seven years out of it. Trim pieces were falling off, it was filthy inside, and the engine was barely running. One of the wheels only had three lug nuts on, and when I tried to fix it for her, it turns out that the fourth lug was completely sheared off. So anyway, our friend Elizabeth C. got a new Fiesta from The Ford Store recently, and after checking it out, Christina decided that she'd like to get one, too. Elizabeth C. set her up with Dennis at the Ford Store, and I went along for support. So Christina had her mind set on getting the cheapest, most basic no-frills model, with an automatic transmission. Turns out they didn't have one like that, so we steered her towards a Focus, just to check it out. Of course, it was better than the Fiesta would have been, and the price difference between the two wasn't that much. It took some hard bargaining to get the heavily-marked-up dealer price knocked down. I was actually glad that Dennis' manager seemed pretty skeezy and that I could see through his BS, because I could be a hardass on the price without feeling bad. The negotiations were like a game of chess, with each move carefully planned in anticipation of the next moves. Try as we might, we couldn't get them to meet our price... until, we decided to walk away. They got a lot friendlier instantly, and kept us there just long enough to make another offer, one significantly more to our liking. Christina gave it the green-light and we drove home in her shiny, blue, brand-new Focus, aptly named "Harrison." Not the fanciest dealership experience I've had, but I've been to far worse places. We got what we wanted, but we had to work for it. A-OK; three stars seems to suit. read more

This is long but you don't want to experience bad customer service! I bought my Ford Fiesta in this dealership in 2014. Soon after realized there was an issue with the transmission. It shuddered between 10-20 mph. BTW Ford has known about this problem because apparently Focus owners have been dealing with the same problem. I bought a maintenance package for X number of free maintenance almost $2k. First time I brought it in for maintenance I asked them to look at the transmission. They said the shuddering wouldn't go away it is a result of the computerized transmission module featured to economize on gasoline. But I would have to keep it overnight so they could run the computer test, then more if there was an indication that a repair needed to be done or parts had to be ordered. I declined because I couldn't part with my car. Just had the maintenance done. Then I decided to check with Albany Ford taking into consideration what San Leandro Ford Service told me. They took it, ran the test and updated the software that same day and I picked up my car. That was last year. The fix worked pretty well. Only these past two months I started feeling a bit of shuddering again. Last year I found out that Ford extended the warantee for 10 years because of this known problem. No notice from Ford, just hearsay so I called Ford to verify. But if it takes several days to fix it you are out cold. No one will pay for a car rental. Not Ford, not the dealer, not your insurance (because the problem didn't happen on the road, it didn't break on the road, it is a known technical problem) I continued taking it to San Leandro for regular maintenance, no transmission issues. For my 30,000 mile maintenance I took it in. I had 3 days that I could leave my car so I did ask them to look at the transmission. I dropped the car off Thursday at 7:30 am. I told him (Phillip Balbuena) that I needed the car Tuesday. So he knew my parameters and my request 1. Regular maintenance 2. Look at the transmission (no repair request) 3. Change wipers 4. Need the car Tuesday I thought this was clear. End of day Thursday, no courtesy call. I waited until Friday at around 4:00pm to call them and check on the status. Phillip told me the maintenance was done but we're waiting for a transmission specialist to look at it. It sat there all day Friday and half the day Thursday. I told them that if they couldn't look at the transmission by Monday I would pick up the car on Monday. He told me there were about 50 cars ahead of me with transmission problems. Really? And ONE transmission specialist! On Monday I called and Phillip was not there so I asked to speak to the manager. He was busy so I left a message. I called 3 times every 1 Hr and a half and he did not return my call. So finally I told the receptionist Ito please have my car ready because I wasn't getting any response. I picked up the car at around noon.. The manager Dan Androti (sp) attended to me and said I just saw your message, we have two agents out I've been busy. The car was not looked at yet. I picked up my car. What I didn't realize is that NOTHING was done to my car. Mr. Manager did not once acknowledge/ apologize for my inconvenience. I contacted Phillip and asked him why he told me my maintenance was done but transmission was not yet looked at. He obviously lied. Proceeded to tell me he has cars in there right now that haven't been looked at for 7 days. I said why was Albany Ford able to repair my transmission in one day? His answer is that they do 5 times as much business. Then they need 5 times more service and transmission technicians. I regret buying my car there. I will never take my car there again! read more

We very recently purchased a new 2015 Ford Fusion complete with the luxury package (leather heated seats, bigger touch screen) and navigation. We started off wanting a lightly used one due to budget constraints but because of THIS location's salesman/manager (Mark) and his insanely low price, we decided to buy new for marginally more. My only gripe is that while the salesman/manager I spoke to at this location easily offered the absolute best price than any other Ford dealership we communicated with in a 25 mile radius, he was also kind of a jerk. He was condescending about some of our answers to the credit application form, generally rude, abrupt and aggressive. So much so that it led to us changing our mind about purchasing from him even after filling out all of the paperwork and having them run a credit check. We had arrived at the dealership close to closing time and told them we wanted to just confirm that the car they had was in fact the one we wanted. We peeked inside and LOVED it even though it had a white exterior and not a dark one. We were going to return the next morning but somehow decided to fill out paperwork instead. The total price of both our options - taking more rebates up front with a higher % APR for our monthly payments versus a 0% APR - came up to the SAME EXACT AMOUNT he quoted even with the sales taxes and fees. No hidden costs, no bullshit. Just awesome. But we were with our hungry and sleepy 21 month old daughter and when the awesome deal made us start considering getting a slightly more expensive car with an extra feature: the moonroof.. I started thinking it might be better to return the next morning. When I told him we might want a more expensive car and just wanted to take a peek at one, he snapped at me and said just to come back the next day since they were closed. Then he aggressively grabbed all the paperwork out of my hands (apparently this was so serious that asking nicely wasn't an option for him) and said I couldn't keep them to look them over. He was likely worried I would use them to try to bargain with another dealership... but we are pretty polite people... plus, I was actually and genuinely interested and the rudeness was just overwhelming. Especially in front of my daughter. We finally decided to buy from someone else instead of Mark - a very kind and thoughtful salesman who (with some effort) matched their price - David Gonzalez at the Walnut Creek Ford. I seriously wish we could give negative stars, because this place was a sh#t show....a Mickey Mouse operation...a HUGE WASTE OF TIME! My first mistake was trying buy a car from a guy named "El Bayunco". In Salvadoran Spanish that translates to "The Fool or Joker". After telling this guy I was interested in buying a mustang, he invited me down to his lot to look at some options. I stated that I lived in SF and that it was a 45min commute. He assured me I'd be driving out with a new car. I set an appointment for the upcoming Saturday and made my way down later that week. Upon arrival, I was quickly passed off to another salesman who apparently is the Internet director named Mike Razman. After re-explaining to Mike what I told "El Bayunco", he showed me a base model mustang which was not what I was looking for. He then showed me the Premium GT which was significantly out of my price range but reassured me that we could work the numbers and get me into that car. Mike said he was a straight shooter and didn't believe in the back and forth counter offer technique. This intrigued me until I looked at the clock and almost 4hours had gone by with nothing to show for. I ended up leaving the dealer with no new car. The next day Mike called me up and said he had 2 mustangs that were were in my price range and ready to go. After several back and forth emails throughout the week, I chose one and we set an appointment for the upcoming Thursday. Before I left SF, I called Mike and I reiterated that I didn't want to drive down there for nothing. I wanted to be sure I'd be driving off the lot with a new vehicle. Mike assured me that was going to be the case, so I left for San Leandro DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC When I got there, almost 2 hours later, I was greeted by the sales manager (skinny older Asian guy) whom I'd met my previous visit. He quickly tried getting me to start filling out and signing paperwork for a vehicle I hadn't even physically seen! I told him I wasn't signing anything until I'd seen the car. I asked to see Mike but he went and grabbed "El Bayunco" . I hadn't spoken to "El Bayunco " since my initial phone call to the dealer. When he approached me he said Mike had the day off and that the vehicle wasn't available! ...It wasn't even on their lot! I immediately called Mike and he said he would take care of it, and not to worry. A few minutes later, the Dealership manager (overweight white guy) came and spoke to me. He said that they couldn't get the car here unless I signed all paperwork, and even if I did that, the car couldn't be delivered until the next day because he didn't have any available drivers. It was only 4pm! Mind you there were 4 people at my table talking to me alone, not to mention the 3 service guys hanging up decorations in the showroom. As you can imagine, I was pissed off. Nobody was trying to help me, and all I kept hearing were lies and excuses from both the sales team and management. I walked out disgusted and disappointed with everybody that had a name tag on that day. If you want to visit a circus and catch a free clown act, head down to The Ford Store San Leandro, bring the kids. Or, if you prefer to be treated like an 18 year old kid buying their first car, even though you're nearly 30, go to the The Ford Store San Leandro. But if you're serious about getting a new mustang, head down to Petaluma and hit up the Henry Curtis Ford ask for Keiron or Mike. That's what I did, now I'm driving a brand new 2014 Mustang Premium GT. read more

I almost bought another car from these guys... ALMOST! Thank God I didn't. These guys are crooks. Everyone views car dealers and salesmen as shady, manipulative sharks and for good reason. You are not going to get anything different here. These guys will tell you one thing and do another. The sales process which took several hours was horrid and full of obvious signs to walk away but due to the fatigue and simple desire to get it over with, I just went with it. Now, around 6 months later, the car I bought has several factory defects, most of which are VERY common problems with the car I purchased. However, it's not on the warranty and they want to charge several hundred dollars just to inspect it. Not to fix it... just to inspect. I emailed the Service Manager, General Manager, and anyone else that would listen. And guess what?... Not a single response. STAY FAR AWAY! If you want a Ford, I heard great things about the Walnut Creek Ford dealership. I suggest you go there instead and save yourself the headache. read more

Let me start by saying that they are very unfriendly, I don't know if it was because it was first thing in the morning or what ,either way no excuses. You should be thankful first of all that you have a job and second of all that you woke up. I made my appointment to get my car serviced only to tell me that they don't service my car with a nasty look on the face . that they don't service my car and that they were sorry, that the girl was new and she did not know. Well then they should train her and she should know what vehicles they take and don't take. My personal opinion do not take your vehicle there. read more

Well this is part 2 of the F##k Fremont Ford. Same thing happened here. called to see if they can fix my sunroof before the rain comes again because it stayed in open position and cant close it but just as Fremont Ford told me just to call somewhere else!!! Again not even trying help in any kind of way to help with a open sunroof and rain coming soon. So i called Dublin Ford and they said "yea we're kind of slammed right now but will find a way to get your truck fixed before the rain comes." Amazed on how courteous she was and helpful going that xtra mile to help me out. I mean shouldn't ALL Ford Dealers be that way!!!!! I really wish Yelp would let us leave negative star reviews... We have been looking at Ford Flex(e)s for a while and we have an established relationship with this dealership. But we will probably end up buying somewhere else- but you need to BE WARNED AND BEWARE THESE PEOPLE!!!! After finding a Flex we liked my mom told the man who was working with us what she was willing to pay. We went for a test drive. Their salesman who went with us (Cyndy) was in the back seat with me...and there was something seriously wrong with this guy. He knocked on the window the whole time we were driving- it was rude and annoying because we were listening to the car to make sure there was no noises. I wanted to look at him and tell him to stop fidgeting that if he didn't want to come, he should have spoken up like an adult. By the end, he was making me nervous... Ok, they came and TOLD my mom her credit score, which is totally ILLEGAL! They are supposed to have a printout showing your credit- it's not a verbal thing! Then we came in to close the deal- supposedly after all the numbers had been crunched and everything was good. They tried to write up the paperwork on an older model with more miles- that we didn't even look in...but my mom was smart and had Cyndy write out the car we drove and was interested in, the year and the miles- it was brilliant because she was able to call Cyndy on it. Cyndy tried to say he misunderstood (he also forgot that he had met my dad the privous day...can anyone say "This is your brain...this is your brain on God knows What?"). Then he went in and got Louise. He sat and tried to hard ball my mom WHICH IS HARD WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY BROKE TWO LAWS- BAIT AND SWITCH AND NOT SHOWING HER CREDIT SCORE!!!! We were disappointed but whatever- and now reading other horror stories, I don't believe this is the "Accident" Louise would have us believe. I will be filing with the BBB even those these guys are not members (I wonder why???) I hope that someone sends in a consumer reports person and we will see how big Cyndy and Louise are when the watchdog groups are onto their unlawful and unethical ways. read more

Their customer service has really deteriorated. I am disappointed that it is like this now. I've bought two cars and used Ford Credit for both purchases and paid both loans off. I have had nothing but issues with the service department on routine pre-paid maintenance. The service management appears disorganized and unresponsive. In addition, I sent Family members there and they leases three different cars. They were extremely unprofessional when my family returned their lease. I will let them post their experience. I like Ford products; but I refuse to ever conduct business with this store. read more

I came in to have my 3 year old truck looked at for a few small issues with the side door and engine. They wanted almost $300 to tell me there was something wrong with it, plus $100 deductible to fix the problem (we had purchased an extended warranty). It seemed like an extravagant amount to fix a few small problems. Second, we live 15 minutes from the Ford Store and they refused to take us home so we drove all the way out there for nothing. They could have been a little more accommodating. read more
