For drinks I ordered Brown Sugar Bobba it was nice and refreshing. For Appetiserwe ordered Veg Spring Rolls and Veg Dumplings, I must say both was just delicious, nice and crispy. For entree, we ordered Vegetable Chow Mein and Ramen Soup Bowl, it was good but lacked a bit flavour. Our server was very kind and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this place if you like Chinese Food.

Service was meh at best: the young ladies were more interested in their phones and there were two of them to one of me. I initially wanted to try the soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), but the waitress convinced me not to as "they take too long" to prepare. Instead I went with the pork fried dumplings and the Taiwanrse sausage. The dumplings were very average: not bad flavor but they had a flavor and were uniform in a way that suggested they came right out of a bag from the freezer. There are much better and fresher dumplings to be had in Jacksonville. The sausage, however, was quite good. It was taught, porky, and had notes of five spice & maybe cinnamon. It further reinforced my view that meat always tastes best when served on a stick! It helped bring in the final score two three stars, making up for poor service and mediocre dumplings.

He mentioned wait times for tables, so I chose a Tuesday evening to try to avoid the crowds and it worked as I was immediately sat upon arriving. There are QR Menus on the table and my server directed me to view there. I spotted the Tokyo and was intrigued by the Ajitama Brûlée (signature torched seasoned soft boiled egg). What I Ordered: - Tokyo: For $16.95, I thought this was reasonably priced and excited to try as reading reviews raved about the umami flavor of their ramen. Without exaggeration, this was a life-changing ramen. The best ramen that I've had in my life!! The torched egg was genius and added a beautiful texture to the rich, and flavorful broth. The fried chicken thigh was a delicious protein and cooked so well. Honestly, every ingredient was crafted well and combined to make such a beautiful bowl. - Lychee Martini: What better way to toast to life, then with a martini! The popping bubbles were not my thing, but the flavor of the martini was delicious. I can see why many suggest trying it. This is my 1900th review on Yelp, and I couldn't pick a better place to review and RAVE about my experience. If you are in Jacksonville, RUN don't walk to this location for a stunning experience as it's a gorgeous location that is very cozy. Though I didn't wait, I definitely would to have a Tokyo Ramen again!

During our visit, a manager engaged in repeated personal interactions with my guest that felt outside the bounds of typical professional service. While I understand that friendliness is part of hospitality, the frequency and tone of these interactions became uncomfortable and detracted from the overall experience. After the visit, I brought this to the attention of the business directly in the hope that it would be acknowledged and addressed. Unfortunately, I did not receive a meaningful response or any indication that the concern was taken seriously. I'm sharing this here so others have a complete picture when deciding where to go, and so the business has another opportunity to reflect on how customer interactions are handled. With more attentive management and clearer boundaries for staff, this could be a much stronger experience.

The side dishes were very flavorful, and I also purchased two drinks that were absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided good customer service throughout my visit. The only thing is that they told me that they do not clean tripe in Korea which was hard to believe. I do want to share a concern regarding the preparation of the tripe soup. After beginning the meal, I noticed that the tripe did not appear to have been cleaned. At first, I wondered if this was simply the restaurant's style of preparation, but after researching further, I learned that improperly cleaned tripe can be both unpleasant and potentially unsafe to consume because tripe comes from the stomach lining of the animal. Uncleaned tripe may still contain food residue, digestive material, parasites, worms, bacteria, and strong bile or waste odors. This can potentially lead to issues such as foul smell, unpleasant taste, food poisoning, bacterial contamination including E. coli or Salmonella, and symptoms such as stomach cramps, vomiting, or diarrhea. Proper cleaning is generally considered an essential part of preparing tripe, especially in professional restaurants where customers would quickly notice if the cleaning process was incomplete. Overall, I appreciated the kindness of the staff, the quality of the drinks, and the excellent side dishes. I am only sharing my personal experience and concern specifically regarding the preparation of the tripe soup.

The decor and vibe definitely give Asian street market -- I loved the neon signs. Thomas was our server and he was friendly, quick, and attentive throughout. We ordered the Twice Fried Korean Wings, Bonchon, and Chili Crisp Cucumbers to share. The wings were delicious with the best crunch, almost like candied chicken wings. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead. The star of the show was the Hong Kong Wonton Soup -- the broth was authentically Asian, distinctly different from a classic French-style broth built on onion, celery, and carrot mirepoix. It was so good we ordered another one to go and took it to our mom to enjoy. We will definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes.

We started with the cheese and charcuterie board, which had a nice variety of meats, cheeses, fruit, nuts, peppers, and crisp bread. It was perfect for sharing while we looked over the menu. I ordered the Frutti de Mare, and it was delicious. The linguine came with shrimp, mussels, clams, and market fish in a flavorful white-wine and seafood broth with tomatoes, garlic, shallots, lemon zest, and olive oil. The seafood tasted fresh, the pasta was well prepared, and the sauce brought everything together without overpowering the dish. It was a generous portion, so the ocean definitely showed up ready for dinner. Our table also ordered risotto, lasagna, and pizza, and every plate looked inviting. My Old Fashioned was also very good: smooth, balanced, and exactly the kind of drink I enjoy with a nice dinner. Good food, welcoming service, a lively atmosphere, and an evening we genuinely enjoyed.

When we arrived we checked in for our reservation and even though we got here early, they were able to seat us. Since we were early we were able to order one cocktail on happy hour. I will say, I understand they want to have craft distilleries or alcohol, I wish they would have some of the bigger brands of alcohol. Some of the smaller brands just don't taste the same. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. I believe his name was John. He let us know that they just launched this menu. We were a little bummed bc we were looking forward to the strip steak with Bernaise sauce. We started with the fig pizza , meatballs, and bread. Word to the wise because they have an open kitchen, if you run hot be sure to dress appropriately. It gets pretty warm in there. The pizza was delicious. I loved the combo of blue cheese and sweet figs. The meatballs were flavorful and the sauce was really good. I liked the bread plate, just wish there were more dipping options. For dinner we all ordered the strip with the truffle fries and the peppercorn sauce. We really enjoyed the steak, but I liked the one with bernaise better. The steaks were all cooked to our liking. They knew it was my sister's birthday, so they brought out their ice cream with olive oil and sea salt. It's different but super delicious. We will back!

Yesterday was my first visit, and I ordered the Reuben sliders, the regular Reuben, a turkey slider, and the beer cheese soup. Everything was absolutely delicious! I also tried the key lime cookie, and it was so good that I had to go back today for another one. Because my first experience was so great, I returned the very next day to try something different. This time, I had the sausage and chicken gumbo, along with (yes!) another key lime cookie. The gumbo was flavorful and comforting--definitely a great choice. What truly stood out the most, though, was the service. On my first visit, my waitress--who was also managing--along with another server, were incredibly polite and courteous. Although I can't remember their names, they were both exceptional. Today, I had the best cashier/server who even brought me a sample of the gumbo before I ordered. I also met the kitchen manager, who was friendly and confident about the dish, and the general manager came out to introduce himself and was very welcoming. This place is a 10 out of 10! I will absolutely be coming back on my next visit to Jacksonville. I love this place! Kesha Bentley #MississippiGirl
