This was the Lox & Loaded I got and it was really good

Went for breakfast around 10:30 and we're almost immediately sat. My sister with mild autism got the strawberries and cream coffee thinking it would be more strawberry flavored and when our server asked how she liked it she admitted she didn't and our server was quick to offer a more strawberry flavored drink (strawberry lemonade) and we saw later that unprompted the coffee was removed off our bill. Sever was kind and engaging and patient with my special needs brother, when he dropped his hearing aid she jumped in to help find the battery. Food was great and the atmosphere was awesome, all of us really enjoyed our meal (sister even said the texture of her eggs were perfect lol). Would definitely recommend and would love to go back again

Went around 11am on a super busy morning, but I had added myself to the Yelp waitlist ahead of time (love that it shows your spot in line). When it said we were 5th, we went in to check in and they actually sat us right away, which was an awesome surprise. We started with the tropical mimosa flight, which was pretty solid overall. The menu is extensive and it has lots of options which can be a little overwhelming sometimes but love variety. I tried their new dish, the Monte Madame. It's basically a French toasted croissant sitting in cheese sauce and topped with an egg. I'm usually not into "wet bread" (major texture thing for me), but this was actually really good. It looks like a sandwich, but definitely wasn't meant to be eaten like one, so I just used a fork and knife and treated it more like a stuffed French toast situation. The place was packed and loud (not unexpected), and our server was really attentive. Food took about 40 minutes to come out (yes, I timed it) but honestly, it ended up being worth the wait. Parking was a bit tricky, due to the time and competing business around but there is plenty of parking. Overall, great spot with creative brunch dishes. Just be ready for a bit of a wait if you go during peak time.

    Decor is fun and comfortable

YUM. I have been to the Cambridge location before but never this one. Very spacious here and fun decorations in friendly toast fashion. The food was great and menu had a LOT of options that I was v interested in. I ended up getting the Medley Crue, add avocado which was DELISH. Our server was great, the only gripe I had was that it took a LONG time to be seated on a Tuesday at 12ish. There was 8 of us, but a lot of tables empty - I get it people are short staffed and can't fill their tables but from arrival to departure j think we were here for just under two hours. Which I'm all for on a Saturday morning when I have all the time in the world. Anyways, I'll be back to dive more into this menu but this place sure does get busy.

You can't go wrong with their ultimate breakfast with cinnamon raisin french toast.

Having eaten at their Portsmouth restaurant as many times as possible, I was excited to visit this Friendly Toast, and I was not disappointed. We took advantage of the Yelp "Get On The Waitlist" option, which allowed our commute time to reduce our actual wait time there by about 2/3. The restaurant is huge (it was previously a Fuddruckers) and the decor is fun**3. The menu is pretty much the same at all of their restaurants, meaning way too many good choices. This time I went with their classic Monster Breakfast. Our meals came out quickly, and everything was, of course, delicious. One thing that surprised me was that instead of servers coming around with carafes to refill your coffee, each time you wanted more, you got a fresh cup. We had a terrific server as well, which made the experience even better. When I'm in the area, there are places I could get to more quickly for breakfast/brunch, but I'd rather take the few extra minutes and drive here.

Good menu, yummy food, very good service, good vibes. What more could one expect from a super breakfast experience? Oh yeah, the good company. Highly recommend.

Very friendly as well as quick service from a large menu. Great breakfast at an affordable price. I visited maybe twice or three times even. I my wife and baby both are quite a bit and enjoyed it. We had first busy and the 12 of us were quickly waited on and got exactly what we wanted very quickly. I feel like if your looking for a quality and fast breakfast for the family-this is it. You have enough time to get comfortable in your birth, enough options to enjoy what you want and your out the door at a pace that makes sense

    Drunken pumpkin latte

The drinks are the thing to go for when you're here. I got the seasonal special - drunken pumpkin latte. It was strong while still being exactly what it's advertised as, a spiked pumpkin latte. The Irish red eye had a rich coffee taste and it is a must have. Great way to start the brunch! The food was just regular breakfast food, but what set them apart are the home fries! They're so well seasoned and flavorful, I could literally just eat a bowl of those. The pancakes weren't as fluffy as they could be , but they weren't bad.

Food is always great but the recent menu change didn't give much variety. Bring back the menu and 5 stars it is all day. Service is great.

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Thank you for the amazing service.

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

When I checked yelp, it had really good reviews too, so it was worth the try. I was really impressed with the ordering experience. They knew what they were doing. And if this obviously wasn't their first place. Although the chicken Shawarma was hanging and could be cut at any time dripping with juices, they actually had a container full already cut chicken Shawarma. Looks really, really juicy fresh and yummy. So we would pass on Shwarma next time. Too bad. For the dinners, two shows chicken Shawarma one chose halloumi salad, and one chose falafel plate. For the sides, we tried the hummus, vermicelli, rice, regular potatoes, spicy potatoes, Fattoush salad, and all looked really good. The atmosphere looks to be the type that I wouldn't really want to sit and have a romantic dinner at, but it does have a nice bar on the side, and there were a few people sitting and enjoying the trick with their food. We got takeout. The chicken Shawarma was pretty dry, and could have used a little bit more spice. We got the garlic aïoli on the side, and it matched it well. The hummus is excellent consistency, but needs a bit more spice also. Perhaps some of the dry spice they sell in the store. The halloumi on top of the salad is excellent. Really excellent. We drove a half hour to get home, so the halloumi was no longer warm, but that's expected. The salad under the halloumi, was really good. Very fresh, a bit different with the mandarin oranges, raisins, and slivered, almonds, and it all went well together. The dressing that comes with it, is the fig, balsamic vinaigrette, and that tasted just like a bottled fig balsamic glaze. It's the sticky very strong taste, and it was perfect on the salad and the cheese. Tabouli was great taste and yummy. So fresh. Disappointed in the pita, wish they were cooked in house. Cookies for dessert were pretty amazing. Homemade in house and they tasted it, and though they were kind of pricey, we would probably get them again. We really liked this place. 4 stars because of the dry shwarma.
