They found some other maintenance work I needed so I chose to do some other services as we couldn't figure out exactly where the other noise was coming from. I took the car home and the other noise came on again on the freeway so I recorded it and emailed it to them. I dropped my car off the next day and also spoke to the owner Tony who is a great person. He was very patient, calm and ended up finding out what the issue was, and got it all fixed for me. After going through the legal process and receiving a court ruling in our favor, we are still waiting for payment that was ordered. Brian, the representative who appeared on behalf of the company in court, was present during the process, which makes the lack of resolution even more frustrating. What has upset us most is not just the original issue, but the continued lack of follow-through afterward. Having to pursue legal action was stressful enough, and still not having the matter resolved has been incredibly disappointing. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to do thorough research and proceed with caution. To those who have had a good experience with them thus far,just hope that they don't damage your vehicle and you have to take other measures, because if you do, winning in court does not settle the issue. After repeated calls and talking with Brian, their manager, will not return calls and have completed disregarded their legal responsibilities. We're talking a $3,000 repair. Work was done, car was running, I was satisfied. About a month later, check engine light comes on. Misfire.
