I brought in my 2018 Audi A4 for AC repair and Barry and his team got it working again.

I waited 40 minutes and my car is still outside in the parking lot. Then when I ask for my keys the person doesn't even bother to tell me I'm next and when I'm leaving the parking lot I see them taking out a car from the shop.

I recently replaced all of my tires and wanted to get an alignment as a preventative measure. Before going to this location, my vehicle drove straight. I honestly considered not getting an alignment *because* it drove perfectly. But I've always been told to do the alignment anyway so that's what I did. Worst mistake. I dropped my car off in the morning of 8/16. Damone and I discussed I would be getting a full alignment and I left with my spouse while they took care of things. About 40 minutes later, I had 2 missed calls. I responded within 1 minute of missing them. I was told that my alignment was nearly done but my air filter was dirty. I said that's okay, I had one on order from Amazon and would be replacing it myself later this week. Damone accepts this and tells me my alignment is done. When I get to the shop, a different gentleman comes out and immediately tells me that my front left camber is off and I need to replace the camber bolts. He says this while showing me the print out of my alignment. They did all three wheels except for the front left wheel. Don't you think it would have made sense to call me BEFORE performing the alignment to tell me I needed to make repairs? Now not only do I have to make repairs, I have to get ANOTHER alignment. Brushing this off, I think to myself that I will have my dad take a look at the wheel and confirm what they said. He repairs just about everything on my vehicle anyway. So, I pay for the service and leave. When I drove home, my car no longer drives straight. It pulls SEVERELY to the right. Not safe at all. I call and Damone says to bring it back in. I bring my car back and Damone meets me outside, face mask off, and shows me the camber bolts. He says he wants to give me a deal because they acknowledged they did not go about this properly - he'll charge me for just the camber bolts, no labor, and they will re-do the alignment at no charge. I ask, how much? Damone says $70. And that's with or without labor? Without, he says. Meanwhile, we are looking this same set of bolts up on Amazon as he says this. They're less than $20 on Amazon and Damone wants to charge me $70 for them. I say no, absolutely not. Damone asks for my keys so he can check out the pull (which he never does) and me and my spouse go inside the shop and to the counter. The other gentleman returns and tries to give us the same run around but eventually brings Damone back. At this point, I am demanding a refund for the service I did not receive. Damone refuses and continues to try and confuse me, which he does horribly, and tries to make it seem like they are not at fault. He then tries to place the blame on the other gentleman who checked me out initially. The other guy did nothing wrong - he just checked me out and tried to up sell me and told me about the front left camber issue. Damone is the one that was in the wrong. As service manager and store director, it is his responsibly to ensure the store operates as a team. He failed in doing this when NO ONE notified me of this front left camber issue prior to service. Damone also did not mention it when he called me to tell me my filter was dirty and that my car was ready. Damone finally says he does not want to deal with me anymore and to call corporate. He says he cannot give me a refund because he "doesn't know how." A service manager that doesn't know how to give a refund? Lol, sure. Anyway, now I have to get in touch with corporate and hope that they aren't as awful as Damone. Needless to say, don't go here if you have other options.

We were on our way to the airport IAH when the driver in front of us swerved. He did that because he was avoiding a large rock in the road. Unfortunately that left us no time to do the same, and we ran our front left tire over the rock. We knew that it was bad immediately, and within a few seconds the tire pressure gage read 15 pounds and was going down. We quickly got to the exit lane and got off the freeway. We went under the freeway and pulled into a parking lot just as the pressure read 3lbs. We decided to call First Tire and see what they could do. Basically they told us to come in and we'd figure it out. We ubered back to our house, and with the car keys for the stranded car we drove to First Tire. We told Axel what happened and where the car was and he told me that they'd figure it out and call me. By the time we got to the airport, they had driven over to the car, put on the spare and drove it back. They called me to let me know about tire choices and they completed the repair along with a needed alignment that day. We let the car stay with them till we returned. They charged me for the new tire and alignment. This is what customer service is about. Instead of being nervous and focused on our broken car during our vacation, we knew everything was fine. It's always been a pleasure doing business with First Tire, and this just reinforces that opinion.

I had an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid done with them and I couldn't be happier. They…read moregot me an uber home and back because it was going to take a couple hours. All at a very competitive price. Also very transparent, no complaints!

Title: 5-Star Service from Mr. David and Mr. Devon!…read more I recently visited Take 5 for my SUV's maintenance, and I was blown away by the exceptional service! Mr. David and Mr. Devon are top-notch technicians who explained everything clearly and concisely. They topped off my fluids, replaced my dirty air filter, and changed my oil filter - my car feels brand new! The entire crew is friendly, welcoming, and works together like family. The shop is spotless and service comes with a smile. I'm definitely returning every 5,000 miles!

I have been going to take five for my last 405 oil changes and I know people who actually use take…read morefive. And the drive of service is exceptional, however, until you encounter a problem with them, and this is where it goes downhill.! and this is why I will never use take five again and I recommend you all not use. Take five again.! because when you encounter a problem, the customer service sucks. It is rated a zero.! you have no actual way to contact the store unless you go through the one 800 then when you have a problem, you stay on hold for a customer service representative to come to the phone. Mind you all from a one 800 number.! what's the phone you explained to them and only them what is going on and at that point they still cannot help you! You are only able to leave your information with the service prep as she will then email regional manager and they will take 5 to to reach back to you! And at this point they have not even reached back out to me! After several attempts to continuously, try to contact them with urgency due to a problem that they caused to my vehicle! I was in Dallas when I originally got my oil changed when I get to Houston I need another oil change to discover the oil cap has been put on too tight from the previous take five in Dallas! Now that's not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is to take five here in Houston is we are not going to touch that we could not get the cap off. You will need to drive back to Dallas to have them to take it off.! so in disbelief, I tried to go to the Dodge dealership to see if they will take it off for me because I'm just thinking take five is exaggerating! But nope the dealership also says it is too tight. We don't want to risk breaking the entire house so therefore we will not take it off either unless you plan on paying $2000 if we break the housing unit.! so now I go back and to take five to talk about the unfairness of this. I don't have time to drive back to Dallas to take care of this problem that they have caused because of this point now you're causing me another problem from my job time and my money ! They tell me there's nothing they can do except send it to the regional manager, and I will have to wait 5 to 7 days to hear from him which they're also telling me he's probably going to tell me also to drive back to Dallas! Absolutely ridiculous! As I told them you were risking my vehicle the motor of my vehicle because at this point, I don't know how much oil is in the tank because it needs to be changed so me risking to drive to Dallas to do further damage to my vehicle is unacceptable! So at this point, this is date three and I have not heard from regional manager, and the cap is still on and I still cannot get my oil change and my vehicle is still at risk of messing up the motor! So then we go to if the motor is messed up the vehicle is messed up, but then who replaced the vehicle! So take five let me ask you is it worth you getting someone here in Houston from take five to repair this cap situation versus you be responsible for an entire vehicle? I will urgently wait for your answer? Yvette vette77477@gmail.com
