Food Gallery 32 is a food court offering various Asian cuisine and dessert. The Gochujang is on the first floor across from Kung Fu Tea. The Gochujang serves Korean "school food" such as Kimbap, fish cake soup, ddukbboki, tempura, soondae (blood sausages), and more. I ordered their Bulgogi Kimbab for $11.97 after tax. After ordering, I received a buzzer. When my order was ready, it buzzed and I picked up my order. There were 10 pieces of kimbab. The kimbab was packed nicely and didn't fall apart when I picked it up with chopsticks. However, it was okay and pretty normal. I think it may have lacked some flavor. Service was friendly. I've probably eaten here about a dozen times over my many visits to Koreatown's beloved food court. It's one of the first stalls you see inside the food court (on your left just beyond the taiyaki station) and has a nice menu of what is called "school food" in Korea. Kimbap, ddokboki (rice cakes), fish cake, noodles, and dumplings galore. Once you order and pay for your food, you're handed a buzzer that will go off when your food is ready, so you're free to find a seat somewhere in the court. I recommend heading upstairs or even a floor above that, particularly during peak times like weekends, and during the daily lunch or dinner rush. Shop's stall is located inside Gallery 32, decided on this stall since there were too many people lining up at the others (there's a reason why). The menu has a variety of combo meals to select from and decided on the Bulgogi Kimbap with Fishcake soup, also wanted to try the tteokbokki rice cake as well. They're located on the first level, on the left hand side when you enter the food court. I noticed how good their tteokbokki looked from other customers' trays, so I got what I thought would be the best of both worlds: Combo A, which had both kimbap and tteokbokki ($12.25). I picked bulgogi for my kimbap, which comes with 10 pieces. What I failed to realize, which wasn't clear from their signs, is that the tteokbokki in their combos come in a very small sized cup, rather than the regular black bowls. If it was clear, I would've ordered a full sized bowl of tteokbokki to go with my kimbap, as I would rather skip the disposable small cup and have the regular bowl. The kimbap goes great when dipped in the tteokbokki sauce, hence why the regular bowl would've been a great pairing. You order first and pay and wait for the pager to alert you when your order is ready for pick up. So it tasted like it had been in the fridge instead of freshly made. This is a food court stall and I think the food meets my expectations for that. For taste, I recommend E-mo over this place.
